VOIP Service
Their service is absolutely the worst. We've been with them for a couple of years now and over the past 6 months call quality and reliability has gone down the toilet. We constantly have digital breakup and dead air on calls. Nexogy keeps saying that it's our ISP, however this behavior is across multiple locations and various ISPs (Verizon, Paetec, TWC, Cablevision, Cogent). The issue arises because they have a single cage in a colo data center in Miami with no redundancy.
Do yourself a favor and choose a provider that does not lock you into a multi year contract.
They still haven't provided the package of services, which I ordered 2 weeks ago
I subscribed for the new package of the services through www.nexogy.com. I waited two weeks, but they still haven’t changed it and I haven’t received new services and programs. The rep continued to provide some promises, but in reality they did completely nothing. The company is awful and not recommended, so please stay away from them and share your views about them.

They aren't very truthful, I have had there service almost 6 months. (the worst 6 months of phone service in the 30 years I have been in business. I started documenting phone issues in Aug, we have had phone problems 17 times. We can't even forward our phones without calling and waisting 20 min or more on the phone with them. When we ask to unfoward they always screw something up, then the phone don't work, back to tech support. 12/05/12
Terrible, Terrible service. When my credit card expired this is the first call that I got. "hello I'm from Nexogy just to let you know that we are disconnecting your phone tomorrow." When I asked them what he was talking about he went to research and said "oh it seems that the credit card that you have on file expired" I told him that this was not the correct way to tell me for the first time. He apologized and said he would send me a new credit card authorization form. He did and I returned it within an hour and then asked them to confirm receipt, which they did.
The next day my business phone was shut off. When I called to complain, he waited to charge my card again before he would reconnect, instead of doing it immediately, since this was their error. Judging by the amount the dollar amount that we earn per hour from phone calls they cost me a total of $609.00. Yet they felt that a $30 discount of my next bill will make me happy.
Then I closed my account. Now I see that they decided to charge $360 to my credit card, which I'm sure they will attribute to some kind of cancellation fee.
