FOCUS Broadband review: Wi-fi/internet

I have had issues SINCE ITS BEEN INSTALLED
OVER AND OVER THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT LOOKS PERFECT FROM OUR END.
Finally had someone come out and run a test from a different source or something and both the tech and lady I was speaking with said “you need to call and get reimbursed for the months it’s been like this“
Call is she said and let us know when it gets fixed..
So I did, Not I have had it for over a year,
Just now actually works, The lady I spoke with today said well” We can pay u back like 29$
What!$! This company is horrible, No communication no good notes from ticket to ticket,
And they have service in this tv park, I pay the tv park 40 a month no negotiation for pure [censored] service so I got my own, Only to find out the [censored] service interrupts it..

Crazy, They numbers make no sense, There
Packages should all say, 1995 service cause that’s what it is..
As soon as I can switch to anyone else I will!
It’s a monopoly should be illegal..
