STC charged against postpaid which I terminated last year

Dear Concerns,

Please check as there are some unused rated events against one of my old mobile number [protected] (Account # [protected]). Since it was in use of my driver, who left me last year during end of June. And after that i never had any hint about it. And I wasn't reminded from STC as well for the pending amount & activated VAS. I visited Branch today to acquire a Smart Phone, when I collapsed with this trouble. Kindly wave me off all unrated events & provide me with the actual Billed Amount. I'm a regular user of STC, you can evaluate my billing history of [protected].

Dear sir,
I have a mobile number [protected]. For the last one month, 10 SR every week deduced from my mobile card. If any unwanted internet application is ON, plz OFF it and Kindly stop this deduction.

u will recieve a msg by the same no showing u to which service u have subscribe to suppose there are 3 or 4 or 5 services
all will be mentioned by serioal no

STC load deductions

i do not know why my cellphone load was always deducted well in fact iam not using it.please stop deducting unnecessarily your robbing me in broad daylight. they are always deducting 10riyals.so the tendency do not load more than 10.please stop this scam...

STC fake lottery calls

Today 27/11/2012 at 5:00pm i got a call from [protected] . a person named IMRAN called me up saying that he is calling from STC services & saying that i have won 200.000SR in lottery.he was also saying that cross check the no on your sim i.e 8996601 than called back .i told him iqma no but than i find it fishy than i asked him some cross questions on the authenticity of draw than he said the same thing as previous compliantent have reported.than i disconnected the call .i think he might have understood that i am not going to trap easily.so, friends beware of these types of fake people & don t gave any of your personal details..

I was scam by name mohammad ali an indian guy and he use number mobile [protected] I lost 3, 150 saudi riyals and i gave my iqama number too please any advice to any one. Im worried now maybe they will use my iqama number for bad works,

I am receiving a SMS from http://m.ar.ksa.skill2thrill.com and immediatelySR12& SR 5/- is deducted from my balance in two times,
when I check in my STC -SAWA site this amount is not appearing, but the balance in my mobile shows less this Amount.

STC unwanted payment

Dear Sir,
I have a problem with my Internet Bills in the last two months my compensation are only SR592 when I go to STC Olaya Branch to settle my payment I was amazed that my payment is now SR1776 and I ask them why I need to pay this huge amount the only thing that STC owe me is SR592 for two months. When I calculate SR1776 it is consuming of 6 months. I need to disconnect this due to transfer of residence.
The other payment shows on my SAMBA SADAD is now SR1, 184 and now this is 4 months charge.
As per my contract my monthly payment is SR296 and the credit limit is only SR1000 if I exceed this amount it will automatic disconnection.

I already paid last July 4, 2012 before going on vacation with the amount of SR740.40 here I attached the payment receipt.

In Olaya the STC internet connection is really slow. I asked then to change the cabina. Since it is very old. They said they cannot do that. Please increase the speed of our internet.

STC deducting 1.30sr

Everyday, I received a message from my samsung mobile with stc no. [protected] and they deduct 1.30 sr, not only that, i'm recieving also a message from 802600 and almost 6x or more I received everyday. Yesterday I decided to send a tex message stating unsubcribed then send to 802600, then I started to received a message stating the I requesting to terminate my samsung mobile service, coming from this unknown email ad - h. [protected]@gmail.com.
Please help me to stop this kind of messages.

STC 10 sar getting deducted every week

Hi,
On every week start i.e Saturday morning, 10 SAR get deducted from my mobile.
Till date I have already lost 60 SAR.
My mobile number is [protected]. I have not activated any special services and neither I had received any sms relating to any service getting activated on my number.
I tried to contact 902 customer care, but no one picks the phone which is absolutely terrible.
I tried STC outlet and they were unable to help me as they did not understand the problem.
Request you to please check and deactivate any such service on my mobile.

Please call customer care on 902 listen the option carefully or read your last messages carefully...one by one which you received from SAWA centre.
I also faced this problem before... i lost so much amount but finally I come to know that customer care person can solve this problem.

Dear Sir,
Every week I got the same message "You are still registered to the STC Facebook SMS service" from SP30466 follows number and deducted SR.3.00 riyal from my account. So, can you please SP follow all messages and numbers SP 30466 block to the number . kindly deactivate for the fake message center and blocked for all the SP followed all message. please please deactivate the service as soon as possible.

Before I was received SMS everyday from SP follows number and got the message "You are still registerd to the STC Twitter SMS service" and deducted SR. 3.00 riyals from my account, but last time i was compliant to the complained board and still we didn't get the message and no deduction from my account. Today i got the same matter message from SP30477 follows number and deducted SR.3.00 riyal from my account. So, can you please SP follow all messages block to the number . please please deactivate the service as soon as possible.

STC is the worst telecommunication company I've ever seen or heard of. There is no one to listen to your complaints as I tried to get into the head of STC or complaints, asked many of the STC staff who failed to help resolving my problem with no success. The reply was that the chairman of the STC has no time to meet customers.
I once have returned an STC product that was received from two of the STC staff who were supposed to have cancelled a year agreement. That never happened and after receiving a bill after another many of STC personnel kept advising me to pay the bill and everything will be refunded back to me once the issue is solved. Nothing has been solved and after paying a sum of 2600 SR I still have received two other bills of over 600 SR each. This sounds fake but believe me its true. This is stealing and forgery isn't it?. A friend told me I shouldn't have paid anything from the start as no one has any right to bill me anyway. I have certainly made a mistake because I believed those people who sounded very helpful over the phone and willing to resolve the situation without being decent enough to say we cannot resolve it. My next step is to refer to the police for a court action.
