I buyed a washer from this place on 11/26. They give me a 90 day warranty and no returns. The washer didn't work so I called them the next day. They send a guy to fix it but he needed another part. I tried it again and it still didn't work. I talked to the boss and he said to bring the receipt and they would give me my money back. I brought it and he took a pic of it. He said it would take a week to get my money back because they had to pick up the washer. They didn't tell me when they would come get it. They took my old washer too.

I called them next day and they said they would come back but they didn't. I called again and was put on hold for like 30 minutes and no one answered. I called again and again until someone picked up. They put me on hold again and didn't answer. I called a third time and the lady put me on hold and went to lunch without answering my call. I have a friend who saw all of this. Finally, I talked to a man who I think is the boss. He was loud and rude and said nothing happened. When I said it did, he hung up on me. Now I have to find someone else to take the old appliance.
This appliance store has delivered 3 different refrigerators and used their contracted delivery service that I paid $45 dollars cash to set up the refrigerator to only find this refrigerator is also defective. They will not refund my money for the refrigerator and I am within the 90 day contract for replacement. Since it has been several refrigerators and neither I could use to the full intended use I asked for refund and the owner is never available to discuss my issues. In this time, the delivery company is refusing to give name of company or name of owner and refusing calls as they did the damage to a new ceramic floor, took apart the refrigerator doors then refused to put them back on so groceries spoiled then the repair person came 3 days later to connect the doors to the refrigerator and connect the waterline to make sure the ice and water worked on the door and then the refrigerator leaks water that has now caused water damage to the floor and basement ceiling. I had a contractor that is remodeling the kitchen assess the damage and gave me an invoice the owner has not tried to settle or resolve my complaint or refund.

I bought a stove and fridge from Scratch & Dent on 2/10 for $350. I called at 10:30 am on 2/11 to check delivery time but a mean lady said drivers start at 11 am and couldn't give me a window. I rented a Uhaul to pick up my stuff but the stove was dirty and not checked. They said they'd deliver it later but I refused and got a $175 refund. On 2/28, I found out the fridge isn't cold and there's ice in the freezer. I called on 3/1 and Kevin said I need to bring it back for repair, but it's not on the receipt.

I bought a fridge two days ago. I talked to the sales lady and she said it would work. She said it was all good and had a 90 day warranty. I paid $380.00 for it. I couldn't get it that day but they said I could get it the next day after 2 p.m. I knew it was used but they said it worked fine. The next day at 2 p.m. I called and they said it needed to be cleaned for 30 more minutes. I waited an hour and picked it up at 3 p.m. I plugged it in and waited an hour. It's been more than 24 hours and it's not working. I went back to the store and talked to the sales lady and her friend. They said there was no boss. I talked to the service guy too. They wanted me to pay $50 for them to come to my house. I asked for my money back but they said no. They said it would take two weeks to a month for them to come.

I bought a fridge from Scratch & Dent Appliances in 12. The first fridge went out two days after I got it. I called them and they were giving me the run around at first and they're supposed to have a 30 day warranty. They said no refunds and sent a tech out. The tech said the fridge couldn't be fixed. I called Kevin again and he said he'd give me a loaner. I'm in remission from cancer and need a fridge for my meds. Two weeks later, they sent the loaner out. The loaner went out too. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't give it back and I had to pick out another one. They said they didn't have any fridges at that time. I told them I needed a fridge. They said they'd call me when they got one in. I finally went in and picked out a fridge. They delivered it and now this fridge isn't working. I called them again and they said they'd send out another tech. The tech came out and said there's a part that needs to be replaced to help keep it cool. He said it has to be ordered. I called the owner again and he said the part hasn't come in. I'm going in to ask for a refund or another fridge and now we're in the new year with the same issue. I lost $1800 in meds because I can't refrigerate them and the insurance company won't replace them and this is affecting my health. I'm losing food because it can't be refrigerated.

They were supposed to deliver it on Saturday, but he said that he needed to put a thermostat on it. When they did deliver it, two days later, they didn't get here until 9 p.m. It worked fine for awhile but then things weren't staying cool and there was water on the floor from the side of the refrigerator. So we called about it and he said they could send someone out on a Tuesday. I got a bunch of runaround. I asked for the phone number for corporate and he refused to give me the number. He can't get someone out here until Thursday and in the meantime I have to go buy coolers to preserve my food. He claims that he guarantees his products for 90 days. This refrigerator lasted just about 30 days.

We purchased a washing machine in April with a 6-month warranty. Less than 30 days after delivery of the washing machine it started leaking and we have contacted the company multiple times to repair. When we first spoke with them one of their staff members, Ashley had just passed so we were sad as well and requested that they take care of the situation after the memorial and they agreed. Then after several calls, they made two repair appointments and never showed for either after we confirmed the same day. Finally, after many more calls and visits, we reached someone again and they said their repair person had to be quarantined for 14 days and would do when returned and never called back. They finally agreed to replace the unit since this has been going on for months and then they never did or call back. They have stopped taking our phone calls. We went to the business during business hours and they would not answer the door although the guy was inside looking right at us. Our tenant had been without a washing machine for months now and this has to end. This has been a terrible experience as they are so inconsiderate. They were good when Ashley was alive but now they have gone to the dogs.
