Seafancy refusing to issue me a refund.
I ordered 3 items from Seafancy.com on July 16th. It is now August 23rd and still no order. I reached out to their customer service, [protected]@seafancy.com, they keep giving me the run around. Saying it’s on the way and not to worry. They provided me with a tracking number, but the tracking has not been updated since August 2nd. I reached out requesting a refund and Sophia, their customer service agent keeps brushing me off and giving me the run around. She keeps giving me repeated information and says if they refund me, the company would have no money and no product. How is that my problem!?
I’ve continued to request a refund, 15 emails later, still no refund or sign of my order. Who can me get my money back?!

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order from SeaFancy. I mean, their website looked pretty legit and they had some cute swimsuits that I just had to have. Anyway, I'm supposed to get my swimsuit on May 20th, so we'll see how it looks when it finally arrives. But, honestly, even if it fits well, I don't think I'll be ordering from SeaFancy again. They just aren't reliable and don't communicate very well. Plus, I found some similar swimsuits on Amazon that fit great and only took a couple of days to get to me. So, why bother with SeaFancy? They took way too long to respond to my messages and it wasn't even that helpful when they did.

But, lucky for me, I know a thing or two about international trading law. And let me tell you, I don't like being crossed. So, this isn't the end of the matter. I'll be sure to spread the word about Seafancy and their shady practices.

So, I ordered from SeaFancy on May 12th and got a confirmation email right away. But, it's been a while now and I still haven't gotten any shipping info. Last week, I got an email from them asking if I got my order yet and telling me to email them if I hadn't. So, I did what they said and emailed the address they gave me. But, it bounced back! Like, what the heck? The email address doesn't even exist!
I'm starting to get pretty frustrated because I really want my order. I mean, I get that things can take a while to ship, but it's been over a month now. And, I can't even get in touch with customer service because the email they gave me is wrong. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I hope they fix this soon because I don't want to have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank. I just want my stuff!
