Sell Off Vacations review: Misleading and incorrect information store selling products

I bought a resort package from selloffvacations for 2 and it was bought online. Three days before the flight I called their office and spoke to one of the agent name Dominika Bobak just to confirm my flight to be all ready to go and I specifically asked and mentioned that my gf and supposedly to be my wife has the all the travel documentation that she needed because she has a Philippines passport and I have a Canadian passport. Dominika said that all documents that my gf has is okay and she’s good to go. Our flight to Mexico cancun (Seadust resort) is all good to go. We arrived at the airport September 15-22. The agent at the airport said she cannot fly because she needed a Mexican visa….. I then called selloff vacations and spoke with Sylvia and asked her if I can rebook the flight so I can go by myself without my gf. She then said yes to book another flight I’d have to go to the airport and check the flights in the board where it all shows the availability of flights there I am in the rush to go to the airport and tried to look for flights but didn’t find any because air Canada only has 1 flight to cancun daily and it starts at 7:45 am if missed then the next available flight is the next day. I called air Canada and she said I was misleaded by that person (Sylvia) and can check online instead of going to the airport. I wasted so much money including to get to the airport and back to my home, $60X3=$180 on top of that I had to call air Canada to buy another plane ticket that cost $469. sellfoff vacations ripped me off big time. I’m not a rich a person and this was one of my bucket list and I wanted to go there with someone I loved and now she had broken up with me. I need some kind of justice to this incident.
