My Amazon order for two frames somehow went from the original supplier to Sendaframe. I didn't care as long as I received my frames in good condition. Unfortunately, one frame arrived with broken glass.
The contact person at Sendaframe was very friendly and helpful and suggested that I get the glass replaced at a local shop and send them the paid bill. I provided all the required documentation and waited for my credit, but Sendaframe sent the credit to the original supplier!
I was Sendaframe's customer when they took over the order and yet the original company received a "bonus" for the broken glass. I have tried to contact Sendaframe, but they do not respond. Very poor.
Recommendation: Seriously consider whether you should deal with such a company

Disappointing customer service. I sent a picture of the defective glass alongside a ruler because I had to prove I wasn't lying when I told them the frame wasn't true to size. They replied that I had sent a picture of the cardboard. Last I checked light does not reflect off of cardboard. Unbelievable. They do not offer free return labels as far as I can tell from their website. The company takes a day at a time to reply to each email. I won't buy anything from them again. I hope I get my money back. Their website really should not have a search by print size option since the glass isn't the size they are claiming it is.

I always check with ComplaintsBoard.com before doing business with a company that I am not familiar with. This is so with Sendaframe. I ordered a frame that requires engraving. Though there were problems through some misunderstanding (on my part) and shipping, the company was courteous and quickly rectified all matters. Their customer service was excellent!

I must say that in all my life, I've never seen the best packaging EVER. You used Styrofoam pieces and Bubble wrap and it was put in an appropriately sized box as well. And I received it 3 days later with free shipping. Can't beat that. The young lady I spoke to said that she would really appreciate if I made a review on the ComplaintsBoard.com. So - what a wonderful company! I had used them before, about 2 years ago for a large order of Christmas gifts and then thought about them when I needed this wedding gift asap. The customer service rep went way beyond what I would expect of someone, helping me to checkout. Then someone called to check if I needed a gift card (I didn't). And - as I said - my gift arrived only days later, packed as if a truck could run over it and not damage it. I have ordered from other companies and others - beautiful too, but this was a jewel. These people are SO nice. I was speaking to the rep online that I have used for years, [insert rep's name], and she told me about a review here that she said was malicious. I see it now - and I am glad to come to their defense with a review that I hope will help this wrong. I have purchased my holiday gifts from send-a-frame for several years and have only received the highest quality products and service. Their prices are terrific and they price matched when I asked about it. They have even gone above and beyond! 2 years ago [insert rep's name] somehow lost my order that had engraving. When I called them (yes - they answer the phone!) they took ownership of the problem and shipped a completely new order with air service that saved the day. What company does that nowadays? I am a huge online shopper and I can tell you that no one works like these folks. I do get the same couple of people each time I have used their online texting, so I guess they are a small company. Well then a small company really works for me. Thank you send-a-frame for a wonderful experience every time. I hope this helps.

This company does not honor the policies or "guarantees" stated on their website and their customer service is horrible to boot. Their website states they will meet or even beat the price for any frame they sell if you can link to a store that has a lower price. You are supposed to submit a price match request to them and they "guarantee" they will reply back within 60 minutes maximum during business hours. I send in a request during business hours, then more than an hour passed with no reply. I went to their live chat customer service to ask how much longer it was going to take and why they bother "guaranteeing" something specific if they don't actually plan on doing it. I was connected to a service rep who was rude and clueless. She kept claiming that for the price match to be done, the frame had to be listed as "in stock" on the competitor's site, and she claimed this was stated on Sendaframe's policy page. Their policy page says absolutely nothing about the item needing to be listed as "in stock" - the words "in stock" are not even written anywhere on the whole page! I called the rep out on this and she kept insisting I was wrong, even though their own website is direct proof showing I was right. Rather than being polite and trying to make things right so they could get my business, the rep kept being horribly rude and insisting over and over again that I was wrong. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. All this over a $6 discount. What kind of company needs to fight with a customer over $6? Thanks to that service rep, they not only lost the sale, but made sure I will never buy from here at all, and tell everyone else to stay away too.
