Serra Chevrolet I cancelled my warranty on 3 Dec 2019 and sent the refund info to Serra Chev in the 1st week of Jan 2020

I cancelled my warranty on 3 Dec 2019 and sent the refund info to Serra Chev in the 1st week of Jan 2020. But they still haven't given the refund to my lien holder. I called and went to Serra multiple times, but nothing happened. On 10 Feb 2020, the General Sales Mgr said the check would be sent the next day, but as of 21 Feb 2020, I still haven't received it. My loan is paid off and my account is closed. On 24 Feb 2020, I went to Serra in person, but they were too busy to talk to me.

Serra Chevrolet Me and my hubby got this Truck from Serra Chevrolet Inc

Me and my hubby got this Truck from Serra Chevrolet Inc. on April 27,2020. But since we got it, we had to take it back 5 times coz the dash had lights on and it was running wrong. It's a big pain in the butt. Every time we call, they never tell us straight what's going on with it. We think this Truck is not dependable and we want our money back or a new Truck. Serra Chevrolet I got a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from Serra Chevrolet Inc

I got a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from Serra Chevrolet Inc. on August 14. When I got it, the check engine light and low tire pressure were on. They said it just needed resetting, but it still came back on. The tire pressure is still low and the shocks seem bad. I tried to talk to the manager, but he's never in his office. I took it to Town and Country Ford and they said the dealership needs to send it to them. I need a reliable car because I'm handicapped and I thought I got one for my safety and others. The manager hasn't called me back and I haven't even got my tag yet. Thanks, *** Al.

Serra Chevrolet I got a Chevy Impala from Serra Chevy on September 20th

I got a Chevy Impala from Serra Chevy on September 20th. I drove it for 6 days and then the check engine light came on. On the 8th day, I took it back to the dealership for maintenance. After 4 days, they said it was fixed, but when I went to pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. So, I took it back again the very next day. They finally gave me a loaner vehicle after telling me they don't give them. My purchased vehicle was still in their possession for 2 weeks. I finally told them I wanted to cancel the loan and get my $1800 down payment back. It's been 1 month and 2 days since then, and I've only driven the vehicle for 10 days total. I returned their loaner vehicle on Oct 18th, 2021, and I still don't have my own vehicle. The Impala is still with them, and I haven't received my down payment back. I've been talking to them every day about this, but I'm not getting any results.

Serra Chevrolet and the V8 emblem still missing

and the V8 emblem still missing. I was told they couldn't do anything else and that I should just be happy with what I got. I will never go back to Serra Chevrolet and I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not care about their customers and their work is subpar. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Serra Chevrolet I got a 2017 Camaro for my wife at Serra Chevy on 3/27

I got a 2017 Camaro for my wife at Serra Chevy on 3/27. It had 47,000 miles on it and was still under warranty. But we had to take it to the shop 4 times since then for big problems. The Chevy dealer in our town had to replace all the heads and cooling hoses. Now, I gotta pay $1365 for a harness for the transmission. I don't know much about cars, but the service tech says it needs it. Some mechanics told me that Serra knew about the problems before we bought it. I don't wanna let my wife down, but it's crazy that we've had to fix it so much in just 7 months. People trust dealerships to be honest, but I guess I was wrong about Serra. I'm not rich, and I feel like they took advantage of us. What's the point of having a car if you can't drive it and still gotta pay for it?

Serra Chevrolet Got a car from Serra Chevy Inc

Got a car from Serra Chevy Inc. and asked them to check the brakes 'cause they felt weird. They said they were fine, but they didn't even check 'em 'cause of some wheel locks they couldn't open. Brought it back 'cause it was still messed up, and they said they'd have the wheel lock key and a loaner car for me on Monday. But they didn't have either. They said they don't do loaner cars 'cause someone sued 'em after an accident, but I don't believe that. After I argued, they gave me a loaner car, but when I got my car back, they said they fixed it by reattaching the fender liner, but it didn't help. Took it to Firestone, and they said all my rotors were warped and the rear pads were too thin. Took it back to Serra with the measurements from Firestone, but they refused to fix it. So I took it to a Mobile Express mechanic, and they said the same thing as Firestone. Ended up replacing everything except the front rotors, which they were able to fix.

Serra Chevrolet This car place didn't do what they said they would when I got my "new" car

This car place didn't do what they said they would when I got my "new" car. They messed up big time. I got a lot of problems with them: 1) Even though I asked, they didn't tell me when the warranty started on my "new" car. I asked a bunch of times but they didn't give me the info until 3 weeks after I bought the car. And then I saw that the warranty started over a year before I bought the car! That's not right. I told Dave Clements about it but he didn't say anything back. 2) When I got the car, I found out that they didn't fix the master cylinder right. So I had to take it to another Chevy place for 4 more days to get it fixed. 3) It's been over a month since I bought the car and I still don't have my tag and registration. I paid a lot of money for them to do it right but they didn't. And they didn't give me a temporary tag either. The state says I have to have my registration within 30 days of buying the car, but I can't because of what they did. I'm so mad and they won't even talk to me about it.

Serra Chevrolet I had a really bad experience with Serra Chevrolet

I had a really bad experience with Serra Chevrolet. Reginald and Dave were terrible. They told me I was approved, but they hit my credit five times and still couldn't help me. I went to the dealership on October 30th and spoke to Reginald. He was the worst salesperson ever. He said they were waiting for a lender to approve, but it was already late. He told me I could take the car and come back, but I didn't feel comfortable with that. I wanted everything to be finalized first. He said he would call me on October 31st at 11:30am, but he never did. I had to call them. Finally, Eric called me and said I was approved. He said he would call me back about the car I wanted, but he never did. I called on November 2nd and asked to speak to Eric, but he was off. I spoke to Dave, who was really rude and told me I was ridiculous. They ran my credit and I didn't even get a car. Now my credit is affected. I don't understand how this dealership is still in business with such terrible customer service. My uncles worked for General Motors for over 40 years, and this is how they treat their family and friends? It's a bunch of crap.

Serra Chevrolet Serra Chevy sold us a car on 3/14/22 but it had a lot of problems

Serra Chevy sold us a car on 3/14/22 but it had a lot of problems. The heat didn't work, there was an oil leak, the radiator fan was loose, the check engine light was on, and the battery voltage and speed sensor for the front tires were showing on the diagnostic box. We told the finance company about the issues on 3/15 and they said the dealership needed to fix them before they would approve funding. The salesperson said they would fix the issues before financing, so we took the car back to the service department and they fixed the heat. But they said we had to bring it back to fix the rest. When we did, the dealership wouldn't give us a loaner car so we had to reschedule. On 3/28, the salesperson said we needed to send more information before financing would be approved. The dealership said we had until the end of the day to send it or the loan would be denied. We sent the info but told the finance company that only one issue was fixed. They said the dealership needed to fix the rest before financing would be approved. The dealership said they would fix the issues once financing was approved. But on 4/5, the finance company said financing wasn't approved and we needed to return the car. When we did, the general manager said financing was approved on 3/30 and they wouldn't fix the issues or take the car back.
