I bought a *** Tuscan for my son on January 31st. I paid with a certified check for $24,000.00 and $983.00. The car was advertised as certified. However, it is now February 7th and I still haven't received the car. They keep making excuses, like the muffler needing to be fixed and the part not arriving. They have been giving me excuses every day since January 2nd. The car should never have been listed as certified. I want a full refund of all my money.

I took my car to Mirak Chevrolet-Hyundai around 4/18/2022 because it kept dying on me. They checked it out and said the wrong oil filter was put in. They were the ones who changed the oil and filter. When I mentioned this to them, they said the manager would have to give me a refund and it would take about 2 weeks. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received my money back. I've called many times and they always say the manager isn't available. Today, I went there in person and once again they said the manager wasn't there. I want the full refund of $133.83 that they promised me!

I bought three Chevy Trax from Mirak Chevy. They are giving me difficulties with a petty matter - giving me mud flaps. This is an example of Mirak Chevy being the worst, unorganized, unaccommodating, angriest, and accusatory bunch of bullies. The whole way through, the Sales Manager assured me that I would be given mud flaps if I financed through the dealership, and I cooperated. Afterwards, I never heard from them. I reached the General Manager, ***, and the General Manager ordered them at no charge. I didn't pick up the mud guards immediately, and now the General Manager is angrily unwelcoming me to the dealership. Furthermore, no one answers any longer, other than a couple of random swearing texts.

The cabin air filter cover was broken, preventing closure. I reported this to the service advisor, who initiated a repair order. The dealership was to order and fit a new cover. Despite two attempts, the issue persists, and my calls remain unanswered.

They told me the interest rate would be 21%, which would make my monthly payments around $630 for 48 months. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that the amount was over $4,000 higher than expected. This meant that my payments would be $603 per month for 6 years.
I specifically mentioned to them that I didn't want any additional features with the car. Despite this, they have been refusing to provide me with a copy of my sales contract and financing agreement, even after I visited their dealership twice in person. I have reached out to the district attorney and Santander (the financing bank) and I am currently waiting for their responses.
During a phone call with my bank, the finance manager kept pressuring me to sign more paperwork without giving me a chance to read anything.

I already paid $407.25 for my vehicle excise tax, and I confirmed with the company that they received the payment on 4/1. However, this amount keeps appearing on my monthly statement. It's frustrating because I paid it in March! Additionally, the finance company is misapplying my autopay payments, which should go towards my monthly lease, to cover the $407.25 I already paid. It feels like they're trying to double-charge me! I contacted the manager about this issue, but there's been no resolution after a month. Now, they're warning that my payments will be overdue starting Friday, despite my timely payments. It's just not fair.

I had a problem with the electric harness that powers the lights for my trailer. I was in a 3 car accident, my truck was in the middle, and I was hit from the rear by a Dodge Ram pickup. I took the truck to Mirak *** where I bought the truck in December . They estimated the damages to the front and rear of my truck and took my truck for 2 weeks on April 21. On May 4th, my truck was all fixed and I thought the harness on the back of the truck was all set.
I went camping in the 3rd week of July in New Hampshire and hooked up the trailer to the back of the truck. However, there was no left blinker for the trailer. So, I bought a new bulb for the left blinker and replaced the old one, but it still wasn't working. I brought the trailer back home from New Hampshire and made an appointment to have the harness checked by Mirak. The appointment was on August 11th and my truck went into the shop around 9:30 am. Thankfully, it was fixed by 10:45 am. The trouble is, I had to pay out of pocket since there was no insurance involved. This job should have been taken care of in April when they had the truck for 2 weeks.

They asked me to send the information multiple times, but I didn't receive any call backs for two weeks. However, they did a hard credit check. When they finally called back, they asked me to send the information again and did another hard credit check, even though I don't own the previous vehicle anymore. I traded it for my current vehicle. They told me they couldn't refinance a vehicle that I only made one payment on, even though I've already made six payments. I told them that they were the ones who contacted me, not the other way around. They said I emailed them about the vehicle I no longer owned. I told the finance manager that I never contacted him, but he contacted me about my current vehicle. I resent him the email he sent me and told him that he damaged my credit by doing two hard credit checks. After that, he ignored all my messages. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me for asking him to refinance a vehicle I no longer own.

On April 15th, my car engine light went on. I called Mirak service department and was told I couldn't get an appointment until May 1st. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me not to worry about the engine light unless it starts flashing, then pull over and have the car towed. Around April 21st, I had my car towed to Mirak because it wouldn't start. I again spoke to someone who told me they couldn't get to my car for 3 to 4 weeks. I asked for a loaner, but they said no. I asked for them to pay for a rental, but they said no. I bought the insurance policy that comes with the car when you buy a used vehicle. The policy is expensive. Around April 23rd, I spoke to the service manager and asked if I could take my car out of there and have it fixed elsewhere, asking if they would pay for it. He said the car has to be fixed by a certified dealer or I void the warranty. They have left me without a car for almost two weeks now, and my car hasn't even been looked at. They wouldn't give me a rental because they don't have mechanics in the repair shop. What I want is for them to pay for my rental and have my car repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

On April 26, I bought a long-lasting car warranty for our Livery vehicle from Mirak Chevrolet Hyundai. The mileage was 51265, and it cost $2840.00 for 3 years or 36,000 miles. During that time, the truck needed a lot of repairs, and I thought my Mirak extended warranty would cover them. But it turns out that the repairs were actually covered by the *** warranty, which covers up to 80,000 miles, not the Mirak warranty I bought. So, during that time, the Mirak extended warranty didn't pay for any claims. When the *** warranty expired and we needed repairs, our extended warranty claims were denied because ***, the company that holds the extended warranty, clearly stated that they don't cover Livery and/or Commercial vehicles. I had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket twice because the claim was denied, and Mirak didn't reimburse the cost. If the extended warranty was legitimate, I wouldn't have had to pay anything or seek reimbursement. *** said that Mirak sold me a fake contract. This extended warranty ends at 87,000 miles, and as of today, May 6, our mileage is 84,661.
