The sales rep falsely claimed I'd get the top VW Tiguan (33k) for the lower model's price (29k).
When I leased a VW Tiguan, the sales rep assured me I'd get the premium model for the economy price. I agreed to the lease, enticed by the deal. However, upon reviewing the contract at home, I found he charged me nearly 38k! He had promised the 29k price, but it was a false claim. I'm disappointed with the deceptive business practices and their treatment of me. Initially elated at the thought of a bargain, I realized they exploited my trust. I wish for no future customers to endure such deceit.
I wanna talk about a problem I had with Volkswagen of West Islip
I wanna talk about a problem I had with Volkswagen of West Islip. So, I bought a car from them and they only gave me one key. They said they would send me a second one, but it's been eight months and I still haven't gotten it. I've called them a bunch of times and they always say they'll call me back, but they never do. I'm really frustrated with this whole situation because it's causing a lot of problems for me. I really need a second key and I want to talk to a manager or someone in charge about it. Can you please look into this and get back to me? Thanks.

I've been tryin to get in touch with customer complaints or their finance department for like a whole month now, and all they keep sayin is to call back. I gave 'em a trade-in worth 22 grand plus a bank check for 2*** for a brand spankin' new Golf R 2022. All I gotta do is pay off *** bucks... but Bank of America is tellin' me that my total due is over ***. Like, seriously, how does that even make any sense?
I went to the dealership to cancel the warranty and the lady in charge of finances lied to me
I went to the dealership to cancel the warranty and the lady in charge of finances lied to me. She said I could only cancel it with the warranty company. But the warranty company said I could only cancel it with the dealership. I paid for a plate transfer that I never got, but I did get a paper saying it was registered. The bank they said was easy to use won't take my bank account.
On 8/13/2022, I bought a *** from this car dealership!
On 8/13/2022, I bought a *** from this car dealership! I traded in my old car, which I still owed around $25002.13 on. I put down a $5000 deposit and gave them my trade-in! But when it came time to sign the contract, they increased the amount I owed to $29,299.78. They did this so they could get more money from the new loan bank, which ended up increasing my loan! It took them over 45 days to pay off the loan, which almost messed up my credit! And when they finally did pay it off, they only paid $24,465.96. This left me with a $536.17 plus interest on a vehicle that I don't even own anymore. They're saying I have to pay that, along with an extra $4,297.65 that I shouldn't have been charged!

I bought a car in March 2022
I bought a car in March 2022. During the financing process, they told me about a program called uptempo, which was mentioned by ***. They didn't tell me about any fees at that time. They assured me that the loan bank would handle any fees since they trust UPTEMPO to handle payments from the lender. But then, I got charged a fee that surprised me. I immediately called Volkswagen of West Islip, but they refused to help and said *** wasn't available. They said they left him messages. Both Volkswagen and KARAN haven't responded to my issue or provided any service regarding the refund I requested for the fee that was supposed to be the bank's responsibility.
On 4/18/22, a colleague in finance mentioned approval for a loan at 16% interest rate
On 4/18/22, a colleague in finance mentioned approval for a loan at 16% interest rate. I was offered two down payment options, but despite choosing the lower interest rate, I was placed on a higher rate loan with the same down payment. Additionally, I was compelled to buy a warranty for loan approval. The original loan offer was retracted within two days, pushing me to pay extra for the warranty. It's evident they aimed to profit an additional $2400, regardless of the loan terms. They deceived me, increased my down payment, and imposed a higher interest loan. This matter warrants investigation. I demand the initially discussed loan without the new $2400 stipulation. If I must accept the 19% loan, I expect a $2000 refund, as the down payment should have been $8k, not $10k.
I'm writing this cuz I want my $2,500 back from my cancelled car insurance
I'm writing this cuz I want my $2,500 back from my cancelled car insurance. This biz and Citizens Bank don't seem to know where this check is. Cuz of the complaints I seen bout this company, I don't trust them to give me my money back. They say they sent the check to Citizens Bank in June and it got cashed on June 3rd. Citizens Bank was supposed to send me the check on June 17th. But if they did their job better, they would've seen that I already paid off the loan with Citizens Bank. Now they can't find the check. I want proof that shows Citizens Bank cashed the check. If they can't show that, this company needs to write me a personal check cuz they're messing with my $2,500. In the docs below, you'll see they gave me a fake phone number and maybe even faked some proof to shut me up. I thought this person was doing their job.
I called for a service appointment on Friday 05/**/20 at 2:00 pm
I called for a service appointment on Friday 05//20 at 2:00 pm. When I got there, a service rep named Paul helped me. I explained to him that my car had a problem before with a part that they didn't have in stock. They said they would call me when the part arrived, but they never did. Now I have another issue with my engine, and I found out there's a recall for it because I looked it up myself. They never called or mailed me about this problem. Paul said they would look at it overnight, but I felt rushed. He said it was too late to do a diagnostic, but I couldn't leave my car overnight because I had to work the next morning. I asked if they had a rental, but he said they didn't have any available. Then the manager overheard and told me to come back the next day after work for the diagnostic and they would give me a rental. When I came back the next day on 5//20 at 1:45 pm, Paul greeted me rudely and asked why I was there. I explained that I was told to come back for service, but he said he didn't recognize me and couldn't find my paperwork or appointment. After searching, he found the papers from the day before and said they didn't have a rental and couldn't help me. He said I would receive a call about when I could get one. I felt hopeless, discriminated against, and victimized by his attitude. My vehicle is a leased car, and I pay $565.00 monthly. I always make my payments on time and take good care of my car. I don't deserve to be treated this way, especially when there's a hazard that affects the safety of me and my family. Please help me!
I bought a 2020 Volkswagon Atlas Cross Sport from VW of West Islip on 1/21 and I've had the car in the shop multiple times for different issues
I bought a 2020 Volkswagon Atlas Cross Sport from VW of West Islip on 1/21 and I've had the car in the shop multiple times for different issues. In November , I had a problem with the car where all my sensor lights were blinking and my windows rolled down for no reason. VW checked it out, reset it, and I got the car back the same day. About a week later, I had the same problem again - windows rolled down and sensor light went off - so I brought it back for service once more. This time, they said it was the window harness sensor and they had to order the part, so I was without the car for a few days. They replaced the harness with the same model that was already in the car. On 2/27/22, while driving the car and approaching a traffic light, suddenly the windows opened, the car sensors went off, and my parking brake engaged while I was moving, causing me and my passenger to jerk forward. Luckily, there was no one behind me. I had to stop the car in the middle of the road and turn it off to disengage the parking brake. I called VW on Monday and they told me to bring it in. When I brought the car in, they told me that the part has been on back order since November and I would have to wait at least a month for it. They also said they didn't have a loaner car, but Volkswagen would cover $53 a day for a rental. So, I rented a car for a month. One week later, on 3/9/22, they called me to say they have a temporary fix to get the cars on the road until the part arrives. I'm worried that they will again replace the harness with the old model until the new one comes in. Is this temporary fix reliable? I don't want to go through a similar incident to what just happened, which put me and my passenger in danger. This would be the fourth time with this problem. Today, they told me to come get the car. I rented a car for a month and I'm concerned that I'll have to return it at a higher rate than what I agreed to.
