This place cheat and lies to people! Don't trust what they said! They just want to extend the time then say cannot cancel purchase! So dishonest! The Antonio (sales men) say everything so good at beginning.. he have no experience and know nothing about the car we buy (Mazda). He don't even know the car have back up tire and tell me it doesn't come with it. After u buy the car, they don't care of ur matter at all. Even what they promise u for repair. I call him for 1 week+, he only answer my call 2 time. Everytime said I will call u back but He NEVER! I purchase the car on Saturday 2pm, get home realize the top roof is damage, full of dents and dings. I go right away to the store on Sunday 10am when the store open, I said big problem with the car, the Antonio don't even mention to us when we ask him Saturday *Anything we need to know about the car? He said no crash, all good.! * Sunday when I go I said either fix or I cancel purchase. The Manager come said will ask the mechanic guy see how to fix it! I purposely ask 3 time in front of him, are u going to take care of it. And he said Yes! After that, no one call me to drop off car for fixing.. I call so many times to Antonio he hang up on me. Didn't pick up at all. I call the place, the front desk people said will ask Antonio callme back later but HE NEVER! I end up dropping off car on Thursday then whole week still no call..

The following week Friday, I call him 3-4times and text him ask when I can take back my car, then only he pick up my call and said the roof top can't be fix. The manager not willing to fix after asking the price *around 3-4k*. I told him, why don't he said from beginning, I won't even buy the car!* then come up with so many excuses, say is used car no one see the top! Who is no one?! I DO!
When I go to store they come up with *They didn't promise me* *they need to ask* * working people not here to check the car* so many excuses just end up not fixing the car for us! Then I said is ur problem for being not honest at beginning now come back *play words* with me and push responsible away! That's so bad! The manager say if I want to cancel purchase they need to charge us 25% fees and our 3k deposit will not be return! Even I change other car alsocan't! Need to pay 25% fees! The way the manager talk is really rude and unprofessional! He said he's not mechanical so he don't know the top roof cannot be fix. He need to wait 1 week only the mechanical person come and tell him can't be fix. Such a funniest excuses EVER! he said they don't know the top roof have dents nd dings and is not consider a damage! Is more than 20dings on top also scratches. Don't tell me when people trade in the car they didn't check! They just purposely don't tell people at beginning. When I complaint he try to extend time, then said cant cancel purchase! He think I'm women and know nothing, chinese and dont know English so play words with me!
I will post this comment and review all over ur website and all link to tell people how they cheat people! Even online price is cheating! After try out car we went back to showroom, only he come up saying the website price is with 3k deposit money, then they add another fees 3k as all car dealer fees. Our car online say 25k then when we go there he said is 28k then add another 3k dealer fees (something like that) and tax, it end up 34k+++. After I accept now what?!

When I'm back home, everything he promise also he didn't fix. He said have to order a clip to fix my front bumper. But he didnt.! I have prove of all Calls and msg that he never answer and reply. Also pictures! And, when they can't fight back, Antonio said he is off for wedding! Who believe?! When we sign paper they call us do good review for them. That's why so many people say good review, after buying they don't care u at all!

We called for an appointment to see the vehicle. Appointment was made. Called the day before to make sure the vehicle was still there, and it was, along with someone acknowledging our appointment. Received a confirmation at 6:45 pm the night before, and at 11:45, called them to say we were on our way, only for them to say they sold it. This is totally unacceptable. I can't believe people would just sell it, knowing someone was coming to look at it. Totally disappointed.

I bought a car from Pristine Mitsubishi on December 15. I had to drive it back with temporary plates. However, a week later, I got pulled over by an officer who informed me that the plates were expired. This put my license at risk of being suspended. Additionally, I was misled into purchasing a $4000 warranty for my car, even though it already had a factory warranty. The salesperson, ***, was very unprofessional and didn't act like a good salesman. I want to cancel the warranty and get a refund for the unnecessary purchase.

I bought a car from here on May 29. I also got the extra warranty for the car until June 15, 2022. But then on June 15, 2022, I traded in the car and didn't need the warranty anymore. I talked to the dealership and told them about the trade-in and showed them proof that I paid off the car. They said I would get a refund check. It's been five months and I still haven't gotten the refund check. I've been talking to them since June 15 and they keep transferring me and putting me on voicemail without fixing the problem. I want a refund for the warranty, minus the 13 months that I had the car.

I called Pristine in September, and the new dealer told me to cancel the warranty because I already have car insurance and it's too expensive for my loan. Pristine said I had to go back to NY to cancel the warranty, but I just moved to SC. I called the warranty company, and they sent me a cancellation form. I cancelled it, and they sent a check to Pristine. However, Pristine gave me a hard time. They didn't want to send the check to my lien holder. After calling Pristine for 3 months, I have a record of my phone calls. They only sent $445.00 to *** when they were supposed to send 72% of the $5,000. I'm asking for a copy of the check they received from the car warranty, but they're not answering the phone or saying anything. I just want to know how much money they got back from the warranty company, please.

I bought my car from Pristine Mitisubishi on October 29th. I took it back on October 31st because the padding under my rear bumper needed fixing. They kept my car at the shop for 2 days and when they returned it, they had fixed the padding and also checked the brake pads (apparently they needed to be checked). I paid in full on October 29th, so why weren't the brakes checked then? I got my car back on November 2nd, but I had to bring it right back on November 4th because the rotors were making a terrible noise. They had to fix the rotors again! I was without a car for another 2 days! And guess what? I had to go back to the dealership for the third time because there was a loud thud and noise in my car after the last fix. I sat with the mechanic who had been fixing my car all 3 times, and he said it was a strut issue. The mechanics at this dealership all suggested that I should take my car to the *** dealership because I have a dealer warranty with them. They didn't want to admit that they were the problem with my car, even though I had only owned it for less than 2 weeks. They couldn't fix the issue and didn't even want to try. I took my car to *** and didn't have a car for 3 days because of Pristine Mitsubishi's negligence. I was told that my calipers were screwed in improperly, the screws were so loose that the mechanic at *** unscrewed them with his fingers. The mechanic at *** also said that it was never a strut issue like the mechanics at Pristine Mitsubishi had promised. The mechanics at *** said that this was a major lawsuit because not only were the caliper screws loose, but it was also a terrible brake job. I followed up with the mechanics at Pristine Mitsubishi to get a refund for my expenses at ***, and they promised a full refund. But guess what? I got nothing! I need a refund for my travel expenses and all the expenses I paid to *** because of the incompetence at the dealership.
