Service Plus Home Warranty review: Home warranty service

January 2022, this company soliciting for business, and I agreed to try out service plus, the company take $45.00 out of my account monthly and I had not used them until October 19, 2022. When I call for service for my appliance the company operator stated the service cost was $75.00 and they were going to discount it to $60.00 the tech from Complete appliance charges my account $75.00 without telling me and I assume he charge me 60.00 and sent my receipt to my e-mail address. When I look at my account online, I realize he charge $75.00. I call him (complete appliance) and that's how much he said that Service plus told him to charge. I call back to talk to company (Service Plus Home Warranty) and the operator sends me to customer service like she doesn't remember the conversation. So, I explain to customer service about the situation, and he says some mumble jumbo about their policy, so I says to him I want to cancel out and he says that I am in a contract for a year, I stated to him I never sign a contract. Home warrant says since they got 1st payment (January 29th, 2022) that starts the contract

Service plus sent tech that did nothing and says nothing wrong with appliance and buy dish washer magic for cleaning cycle.
