It was determined our dryer could not be repaired and we were offered a

"buyout of $350.00". That was done and approved on January 20, 2022 and here it is May 18, 2022 and our buyout has yet to be sent to us. They keep telling me it's being processed. I have called several times and have been told my concern is being escalated. After reading Google reviews I find we are not the only ones going through this. Also, they say they are open 24 hours/7 days and they are not.

Desired outcome: I would like my buyout check sooner than later.
