I signed up with this company sometime around July or August of 2021 or maybe even June. Sorry, I can't remember. I had my first claim around Septemberish of 2021. Paid for the technician to do a virtual call to access my dishwasher and paid my monthly premiums on time. My claim was approved in November 2021 and was told a check for $200 will be mailed out to me. I have called several times and was told consistently that my check should be mailed out and it takes up to 8 weeks to process. 2 months! That's ridiculous! All this time with a broken dishwasher and to send me what is owed to me so that I can purchase a new dishwasher! I have names and direct contact numbers as well the dates with whom I've spoken. Unfortunately, I had lost the card I was paying my premium with at the end of January 2022 and forgot to call the company with a new card. However, I was so upset and disappointed with this company that I decided not to give a new card until I had received my check from them. I made a final attempt to collect my check and was then told because I hadn't paid my premium for January 2022, I wouldn't receive my check! This was the manager that had said this to me! His name is Stanley and I spoke with him on 03/28/22. I cannot believe a business like this can do this kind of fraudulent activity and get away with it! I've paid my premiums and service fee and did everything I was to do as a paying customer and they NEVER did their part. Now I'm without a dishwasher and a check to help replace it! I decided to read some reviews and found that I'm not the only one they have done this to! This company should not be in business at all! They are stealing people's hard-earned money! All I'm wanting is what is rightfully owed to me and that is my $200 check. Please help me! Thank you kindly!
In mid May I submitted a claim for my clothes dryer which stopped working. Their technician came and recommended replacement. I was promised a check for $300 by July 14,2023. I have made numerous calls to the company and cannot get a date when this would be resolved.

Definitely would never buy this service policy again. Read the coverage carefully, they don't replace broken appliances, but send you a small reimbursement. Roof leak? Only cover shingle repairs (although they may reimburse you a tiny amount of the bill if you get it repaired on your own.) They send technicians who are way overpriced, only cover a percentage of the bill (I replaced my water heater, their local technician wanted $1300, I bought one for $500 and had a plumber install it for $200. They did agree to pay me $500 they would have paid their contracted company, but only when I got angry and complained loudly enough.
