I purchased a new Samsung TV with an unusual manufacturing defect. Instead of returning it to the store, I attempted to get the TV repaired using Samsung's service network.
Service Quick wasn't just a waste of my time - they were completely useless and discourteous. The person I talked to _insisted_ that I could not choose "other" for the issue, I had to pick something listed on Samsung's website as a "problem," and refused to set an appointment for a technician to look at the TV.
I ended up escalating the issue to the Samsung Americas CEO's office. Another service provider was assigned, a tech was sent out to identify the part required to repair my TV, and repairs were completed as quickly as practical given the shortage of the particular part involved.
Recommendation: Don't use Service Quick.
Service Quick botched it, period. I want you to put them on blast for being incompetent and rude in public to keep others away from them. Stick with the assigned provider Samsung CEO’s office; Service Quick has blown their opportunities and doesn’t deserve any more chances whatsoever. Next time give them a miss.
