My Samsung dryer was only 3 years and it did not produce the heat. I called Samsung Care and they created the ticket #. Service Quick wanted me for $140 upfront via credit card. When the tech came, he stayed at my laundry room for 3 min and he said he would come back with spare part to fix the issue and he never came back.
After that, I have found out Service Quick from Samsung has a rate F from BBB.
This company is a scam to collect $140 from customers and get away.
Finally, I had to buy the new dryer at Lowes.
The bottom line never buy any products from Samsung and never deal with Service Quick any more.
I have to rate this company, I would give zero star.
