Services rendered: new front door (excluding storm door)/new gutters/new siding of our home. We recommend Vista Home Improvement if: you don't mind errors from the wrong siding color being ordered and delivered, and from the wrong quantity of product being delivered to finish the job without delay; if you don't mind nothing being done for a week (crew was pulled from the job) and the frustrating lack of updates/communication from the foreman, project supervisor, and team leader; and if you don't mind the lack of replies to emails and return telephone calls from your project specialist-team leader, if you don't mind discovering installation errors instead of the foreman knowing about them because he isn't on site regularly enough or long enough; if you don't mind a 5-week siding job for your one-story ranch style home; if you don't mind in the final walk-through a wavy siding board is noted and hopefully will flatten out in the sun (thankful for warranty); if you ask for the advertised Specials of the month ($1500 worth in our case) based on date of signed contract and that falls on deaf ears by your product specialist-team leader; if you're okay with the owner of Vista having your money and never checking in with you; if the work order for gutter install omits the gutter guards and a phone call to *** is needed because she is the only one at Vista who acknowledges the customer and gets things done. If you can live with all that, then Vista is the company for you.

The job was moved up two months - awesome!
The work crew from *** was great: courteous, hard-working from sun up til sun down; always busy, never on their phones or goofing off; cleaned up the job site each day. *** (5 stars) at Vista is super helpful & friendly. She doesn't make excuses, doesn't point fingers/make excuses; she just gets the info and calls you back in a reassuring, knowledgeable tone.
We love the finished look of our home. 5 stars for that.

We have had Vista do two projects in our home,a bath remodel and a new cellar door installation.Both times the projects were completed in a short time and very well done.Now that I am getting older it is nice to know I don't have to be taking on large projects myself,Vista came in took care of business and left the house clean,I don't know how much more anyone could ask of a good contractor,also the Reps and office people were great👍

Disgustingly overcharged for a small bathroom remodel. Horrible job done. Vista didn't finish what they were contracted to do and BLACKMAILED me saying they would not finish unless I left them a good review. $17,000 for a pathetic bathroom remodel. I wouldn't recommend Vista Home Improvement to my worst enemy. Would rate under 0 stars if I could. Work was never truly completed and now VISTA is removing and blocking my reviews on several social media platforms. SCAMMERS!
