ServiceMyCar.ae Avoid ServiceMyCar.ae: Poor Service, High Prices, and Long Wait Times

I had a big problem with my car recently. It would just stop while I was driving and all the power would go out. I was really worried about it and didn't know what to do. I tried to get in touch with ServiceMyCar.ae but it took them four whole days to come and pick up my car. When they finally did, they told me that there was nothing wrong with it and that everything was fine. I couldn't believe it! I knew there was something wrong with my car, so I sent them some links from the internet to show them what was going on. They finally realized that it was the alternator that was causing the problem and they fixed it for me. But then they charged me a huge amount of AED 2,900 for the work they did. They did give me a discount of AED 100, but it still felt like a lot of money.

But that's not the end of the story. After they fixed the alternator, they found another problem with my car and they are still "investigating" it. It's been 13 days since my car broke down and I still don't have it back. The service advisor keeps telling me that they are testing the car and that it takes time. But I don't know what state my car is in and I'm really worried about it. To make matters worse, the service advisor has stopped responding to me. I don't know what to do now.

I would definitely recommend that you avoid ServiceMyCar.ae at all costs. They don't seem to know what they're doing and they take a really long time to fix your car. Plus, they charge a lot of money for their services. If you want to get your car fixed quickly and for a reasonable price, I would suggest looking for another service provider.

ServiceMyCar.ae Mixed Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae: Impressed with Mobile Service, Disappointed with Battery Issue

I was really impressed with the mobile service provided by ServiceMyCar.ae and gave them a full 5 stars. However, the very next morning, my car wouldn't start. The previous day, the ServiceMyCar.ae technician had informed me that my car battery was at 30% and would need to be replaced soon.

I immediately contacted ServiceMyCar.ae to report the problem, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful. They did not offer any assistance except for a chargeable service fee to jump-start my car. I was disappointed that they did not see any connection between the previous day when my car was working fine and the current situation where my car wouldn't start.

I decided to call 800Battery for help, and they arrived within an hour. After assessing the battery, the 800Battery technician informed me that it was only 22% charged. He also mentioned that you need at least 50% battery to start a car. I was left wondering why the ServiceMyCar.ae technician did not advise me to purchase a new battery immediately.

This experience has left me doubting the quality of the rest of the work done by ServiceMyCar.ae. If you decide to use their services, my advice would be to start your car before making any payments while their serviceman is still present.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unprofessional and Overpriced: My Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae

I recently had an experience with ServiceMyCar.ae and I must say, I'm not entirely sure where they stand as a company at this moment. My first experience with them was fair, but I have to admit that their charges are way too much. However, I was still okay with the service provided. Unfortunately, my second experience with them was not as good. My car was there for 7 days and literally nothing had been done until I pushed them to return it back to me. They used to be professional, but now they are not. Even when I complained, I didn't get any replies and I couldn't talk to any responsible person over the phone. It's like they hide themselves very well because they are expecting such issues. I had to send an email to ***@servicemycar.com and then wait until their majesty calls me (which mostly doesn't happen) unless I run behind them like a dog. I'm not recommending them at all.

Additional to all the above, I found a huge scratch below the right door after 2 days, and I was surprised by that. I am referring it to them because I am pretty sure that it wasn't done by me. It's disappointing that they didn't take care of my car properly and now I have to deal with the consequences. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ServiceMyCar.ae to anyone.

ServiceMyCar.ae Nightmare Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae: Overpriced and Incompetent

I had a bit of trouble with my trusty Yaris and decided to give ServiceMyCar.ae a call. Little did I know that this would turn out to be the biggest mistake of my life! After they picked up my car, it took them a whopping 2 whole days just to check it (if they even did that!). On the third day, they called me up and asked me what the problem was. Seriously, what did they do during that so-called "diagnosis"? When I told them what was wrong, they promised me a computer-generated report (which was most likely fake) and told me I'd get a quotation.

Now, here's where things get really interesting. The quotation they gave me was a whopping 3200 AED for a radiator issue, when the actual radiator assembly only costs 210 AED plus labor charges. I was absolutely disgusted by their ridiculous pricing and told them I wasn't interested in their service and just wanted my car back. And guess what? They charged me a whopping 625 AED just for checking my car, which I'm pretty sure they didn't even do properly. To make matters worse, they held onto my car for a total of 4 days, during which I had to rely on taxis to get to work.

Overall, my experience with ServiceMyCar.ae was nothing short of a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.

On a more positive note, I was able to get my car fixed up by OpenBonnet.ae for a mere 450 AED (including labor), and their service was absolutely top-notch!

ServiceMyCar.ae Beware of ServiceMyCar.ae: A Review of Poor Service and Fraud Billing Practices

ServiceMyCar.ae is not a good choice for car service. If you want a cheap service, go to a local garage, but if you want a good service, go to an authorized service center. ServiceMyCar.ae may offer you a good deal and promise to do the service quickly, but once you confirm, you will see their true colors.

Firstly, you will never get your car back in a day or two. Secondly, nobody will give you a proper reply. Thirdly, they will give you a long list of faults and services required. Fourthly, they will call you for their benefits only. Fifthly, once you confirm, they will take 24 to 48 hours to reply. The list goes on and on.

They won't deliver without taking the money first. It's a real trap. I got all the things done for my car not even a month before, and you can check the list they provided. My car is in working condition and completely fine, so I completely opposed any additional service. Please check the attachments for better clarity.

They delete the links once you reject or approve, so no evidence is left behind for the fraud billing. I managed to have a screenshot of two, but there was one more sheet for additional services required.

ServiceMyCar.ae Disappointed with ServiceMyCar.ae: Overpriced and Poor Quality Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ServiceMyCar.ae. I mean, where do they even get their prices from? It's like they're living in a different dimension or something. I drive a 207 Peugeot, not a Bentley, but you wouldn't know it from the prices they're charging me. I did a quick Google search and found out that they're marking up parts by like 500%. I mean, come on, 580 aed for a pair of rubber bushings that I found online for 30 aed each? And don't even get me started on the engine mount for 870 aed or the stabilizer bushings for 280 aed. These are just simple rubber parts, people!

I was quoted a total of 7000 aed for some spark plugs and suspension elements. Can you imagine what they would charge for an engine repair or gearbox overhaul? It's insane! I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The mobile app is a good idea, but they really need to double-check their partner service companies and their pricing policies. This was my first time using their service, and I'm really disappointed with what I got.

Oh, and don't even get me started on the inspection videos. They're not even aligned properly when viewed from the app. I'm running Android, so maybe that's the issue, but still. It's just one more thing that's making me regret using this service.

I really hope the management sees this feedback and does something to monitor their car service partners. I wish them the best of luck with their business, but they really need to step up their game if they want to keep customers like me.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unprofessional and Ridiculous: My Terrible Experience with Servicemycar.ae for Car Servicing in UAE

I would like to share my experience with Servicemycar.ae for car servicing in UAE. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. I recently gave my car for major servicing on 3rd Jan and today is 13th Jan. The car is still with them and I have not received proper communication on the status of my car after I gave them approval on last Friday 7th Jan. I have called customer care for more than 20 to 30 times since then just to get an update, but these people are just not bothered to even call the customer once and give the update. It is only me who is following up for my car. There is no single call or message from them. This is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous.

My service adviser Mr. Needal is doing work from home and just trying to bully me by avoiding to talk to me and give me proper update. After giving approval a week back now they say repair work takes 15 hours, so I am wondering what 15 hours of work they are doing with my car from last Friday. I am paying more than aed 4000 and have gone through tremendous frustration and inconvenience from last 10 days.

This is the worst ever experience I have had with Servicemycar.ae and I will never recommend them to anyone. They are fraud and cheat customers. I urge everyone to avoid giving your car to Servicemycar because god knows what they have for you.

I hope Servicemycar.ae will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and communication. It is important for any business to value their customers and provide them with the best possible service. I hope my bad experience will help them to improve their services and avoid such incidents in the future.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unprofessional and Untrustworthy: My Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae

I recently had a service with ServiceMyCar.ae and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with their service. While I appreciate their effort to provide a convenient service by coming to my location, I found them to be unprofessional and not trustworthy.

One of my main concerns was that there was no proof of what parts were bought or replaced. They only shared their own invoice which did not include the official part code or name of the items. This made me doubt if the parts were genuine or not. I also did not receive any pictures or invoice from an official distributor or parts supplier for the parts.

Another issue was that the main concerns that I had with my car were not fixed or diagnosed. I had clearly mentioned these concerns in the comments while booking, but no agent spoke of it, nor did the health check or report even mention it. All the parts that were highlighted or needed to be replaced had nothing to do with my main concern or why I even booked a service in the first place!

It's clear that ServiceMyCar.ae was just following a standard of services without treating every customer on a case by case basis or taking a customer's comments into consideration. This made me feel like I wasted my time and money with them.

When I raised my concerns with the complaints department and technical person, I asked for a refund but they ignored my request. They were not helpful and did not seem to care about my concerns. When I even mentioned that I would raise a complaint to DED consumer rights, the technical person carelessly said go ahead do what you want.

Overall, I would not recommend ServiceMyCar.ae as I found them to be unprofessional, not trustworthy, and not customer-focused. I will be taking my car to another service center to check my main concerns.

ServiceMyCar.ae Autofix Multibrand Car Service Center: Low Costs, Poor Performance, and Unreliable Customer Service

This garage, also known as "Autofix Multibrand Car service Center" in Abu Dhabi, caught my attention due to their low costs and pick up/drop off vehicle service. However, like many other clients, I was disappointed with their services.

Firstly, the costs for repairs were not overpriced, but they did try to drain my money as much as possible, even for small parts. Secondly, their reliability and job performance were terrifying, not to mention the delays. I paid for a sanity check of my vehicle and received a report that did not detect an issue that I had been receiving message alerts for weeks. When I asked them to check it again, they told me I had to pay for another check since the issue was not visible during the first inspection. I had to explain to them exactly what to check, and their response was to change all the suspensions and compressor, which would have cost me over 15k+ a month before. I chose to go to another garage to double-check this information, and they reported that the stabilizer bar was not properly fixed and had been damaged, causing the metallic noise I was hearing.

Furthermore, when I contacted them about the metallic noise, they asked me to bring the car in again for another control. Their conclusion was that it was due to a plastic part, but this was a metallic noise when I drove. They told me that the suspensions and compressor were in good condition, despite asking me to pay for their replacement just a month before. When I showed them the message alert, the technician remained silent.

Other garages I visited reported that some little parts that were supposed to be replaced by new ones had been replaced by other garages. When I did my very first check with them, they were supposed to verify the fluid levels, but two weeks later, my car was signaling that the cooling liquid was empty, and I had to buy and replace it myself.

In conclusion, this garage is a real danger, and their customer service is unreliable. Jason, the salesperson, is not trustworthy, and discount requests are not worth the time. They will only give you 0.001%, which is a joke and an insult. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

ServiceMyCar.ae Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism from ServiceMyCar.ae

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the service I got from servicemycar.ae. It was a total mess from start to finish. I brought in my Volkswagen Touareg to get serviced and to have them take a look at the lights, sunroof, and mirrors. But right off the bat, things were not looking good. It took them four whole days just to get back to me with a quote, and even then, it didn't include any of the stuff I asked them to look at. The first quote they gave me was for AED5,000, which was already pretty steep. But when I called them up to ask about it, they promised to call me back and never did. When I finally got a second quote, it was for a whopping AED26,000! And get this - they were quoting me for Porsche parts, even though I drive a Volkswagen. Like, what the heck? It took them another couple of days to finally give me a quote that made sense, but even then, it was for work that I didn't even ask them to do.

After three whole weeks, my car was finally returned to me, but it was a total disaster. The mirrors didn't even work, even though I paid AED875 for a new mirror switch. When I called up the manager to complain, he told me that the mirrors were old and wouldn't move. Like, what kind of excuse is that? And to top it all off, they threw away the parts they worked on, even though I specifically asked them to keep them. I sent the car back to get fixed, but it came back the next day with the same issue. The driver even told me that I could just move the mirror with my finger!

I was so fed up with this company that I took my car to my local garage to get it fixed. And guess what? They found that some of the wires had been stripped and cut, and there was glue and screws in places where they shouldn't be. My local garage fixed the issue in just an hour and charged me AED900. They even told me that if I hadn't gotten it fixed, my car could have caught fire!

When I called up servicemycar.ae to complain, they just brushed me off and said that the car was in that condition when they received it. Like, seriously? How can a car service company release a car that's a fire hazard? It's just ridiculous. Overall, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from servicemycar.ae. I definitely won't be using them again.

I had a recent experience with ServiceMyCar.ae and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I took my car in for a routine service check and some minor repairs. However, they ended up keeping my car for a whopping 4 days! I was not happy about this at all, as I rely on my car for daily transportation.

To make matters worse, the charges they applied were extremely overpriced. I was shocked at the amount they were asking for, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I tried to get in touch with the person in charge of my case, but it was nearly impossible. The hotline was always busy, and when I did manage to get through, they would tell me that the person in charge would call me back later. This was very frustrating and time-consuming.

To top it all off, when I finally got my car back, I noticed that there were some scratches on it. When I brought this to their attention, they had the audacity to tell me that the scratches were already there before. I was not happy about this at all, and I felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for their mistake.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with ServiceMyCar.ae. I will definitely be avoiding them in the future, and I would not recommend them to anyone else. The service was slow, the charges were overpriced, and the customer service was lacking.

I recently availed the services of ServiceMyCar.ae for a major service for my car. The service was satisfactory and they called me to inform that some of my car parts needed replacement. I agreed to the replacement and the total cost came up to AED 3965.

However, the next day when they dropped my car off, I was shocked to find out that my cash, which I usually keep in the car for emergencies, was missing. I had around AED 700 in cash and it had been stolen. I immediately contacted the company and informed them about the theft, but they denied any involvement and refused to take responsibility for it. Unfortunately, I had no evidence to prove that I had kept the money in the car.

This incident left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the company. I had a really terrible experience with them and would not recommend their services to anyone. It is important to be cautious and careful when dealing with such companies and to ensure that all valuables are removed from the car before handing it over for servicing.

In conclusion, I would advise others to avoid using ServiceMyCar.ae for their car servicing needs. The company's lack of accountability and responsibility has left me with a negative impression and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

ServiceMyCar.ae Terrible Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae: Missing Service Book and No Response from Complaints Department

I had a really bad experience with ServiceMyCar.ae. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They took my car and said they took my service book too, but when they returned my car, the service book was missing. I complained to Athina and Laavan from the complaints department on July 28th, but they haven't responded to me yet. I've tried following up with them, but they're not acknowledging me. It's really frustrating because if I try to sell my car without a service history, it will be worth less. They created this problem, but they're not doing anything to fix it. It's like they're hoping I'll just forget about it, but I won't.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unprofessional Service and Hidden Fees at ServiceMyCar.ae

This company, ServiceMyCar.ae, is not very professional. I had a problem with my car window not rolling up, so I gave it to them to fix. They were not honest about how much they would charge me. They couldn't fix my window because they said they didn't have the parts, but they still charged me 350/. They charged me 150/ for pick up and delivery, even though I went to get my car back myself. They didn't tell me how long it would take to get the spare parts. It could be a month, it could be a week, who knows? I won't be going back there again. I learned my lesson. I'll go to places that are tried and tested, even if they charge more, because they'll do the job or tell me clearly before charging me if they don't have the required parts.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unsatisfactory Service and Poor Customer Support at ServiceMyCar.ae

I recently had my car serviced at ServiceMyCar.ae and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I went in for a routine oil checkup and service, and they provided me with a few quotations for replacement items. I selected a few items to be changed, and the total cost came out to be 829 AED.

However, when I received my car back, it was not running properly. There was a noticeable vibration coming from the engine, and the acceleration was not working as it should. I was unable to take my car anywhere, and it was a huge inconvenience for me.

I immediately registered a complaint with ServiceMyCar.ae, but they were not very helpful. They claimed that the issue was not present when they checked the car, and that it must have happened after I left their garage. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility and poor customer service.

In the end, I had to take my car to another garage for service, which was an extra expense for me. I felt like I had been scammed and taken advantage of by ServiceMyCar.ae. I wish I had checked the reviews before giving them my car, as it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

Overall, I would not recommend ServiceMyCar.ae to anyone. Their service was subpar, and their lack of responsibility and customer service was unacceptable.

ServiceMyCar.ae Disappointing Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae: Slow Service and High Charges

I heard about ServiceMyCar.ae on the radio and decided to give them a try for my car's service. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The pick-up was delayed by an hour, which was frustrating. Then, it took them more than 6 hours to send me the health check report. I had to wait another 16 hours to receive the price estimates, and they promised to deliver the car after another 8 hours. It was a total of 30 hours, which is too long for a car service. I could have gotten my car back in one-third of the time from the dealer service.

The initial promotion price of AED 249 is misleading. They add labor and parts subsequently, which can be expensive. For example, just to check a flickering tail light, they charged me AED 170 for troubleshooting, and then I had to pay for the replacement bulb. The labor charges for front and rear diff oil change were AED 340, which is quite high.

Overall, I would not recommend ServiceMyCar.ae to anyone. The service was slow, and the charges were high. It's better to go to a dealer service or find another car service provider.

ServiceMyCar.ae Unpleasant Experience with ServiceMyCar.ae: False Information and Delayed Return of Vehicle

I recently had an experience with ServiceMyCar.ae and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had a simple repair that needed to be done and decided to give this company a try. However, I was 1) informed by them that I needed to replace my battery. Since my battery was still under warranty, I told them to leave it and I would get it replaced elsewhere. When I took it to a different service center, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery and that it was perfectly fine. I could have wasted my money on a job that was not needed.

To make matters worse, when I got my car back from ServiceMyCar.ae, there was an awful clicking sound that wasn't there before. It was very frustrating and annoying to hear this sound every time I drove my car. I tried to contact the company to fix the issue, but it took them 4 days to return my vehicle. I had to constantly call them and they kept promising me that they would deliver my car, but it never showed up. It was a very infuriating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, my experience with ServiceMyCar.ae was not a good one. I was given false information about my battery and my car was returned to me with a new problem. It took them a long time to return my vehicle and I had to constantly call them to get updates. I would not use this company again and would advise others to stay away from them.

ServiceMyCar.ae Disappointing Service from ServiceMyCar.ae: Demand for Full Refund

I recently had a service contract with ServiceMyCar.ae for my Lincoln MKC. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the car after the first major service. The car suddenly stalled and I had to send it back to the company for repair.

After paying an additional 1625 AED for new parts and labour, I was told that the issues had been resolved. However, after driving the car for two weeks, I noticed that the same problems persisted. It was clear that the previous repair work done by ServiceMyCar.ae had not resolved anything.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by ServiceMyCar.ae. It seemed like they were just guessing and using the "trial and error" method to fix the car. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and lacked basic business ethics.

To make matters worse, they are now asking for a payment of 4685 AED for work that they are not even sure will fix the stalling issues for good. This is unacceptable and a waste of time and money.

As a customer, I demand a full refund for the service contract and for the work done so far. I hope that ServiceMyCar.ae will take responsibility for their actions and provide better service to their customers in the future.

ServiceMyCar.ae Extremely Disappointed with ServiceMyCar.ae's Customer Service and Delivery Time

I recently took my car to ServiceMyCar.ae for a major service, break pad change, and some spare parts. Normally, when I take my car to an authorized service center, it only takes one day to complete the service. However, at ServiceMyCar.ae, it has been three days already and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me. I have tried to escalate the issue, but it seems like it is not helping at all. All I have received are empty promises about the delivery of my car, and I have had to call them over 50 times in the past three days just to get an update.

It took them one day just to send me a quotation, another day to procure the spare parts, and now it has been over one day since they started fixing the parts, and I am still waiting. These people just do not seem to understand how auto service works. If you are planning to go there, be prepared to leave your car for three days or more for routine service. I shudder to think what would happen if there was a major issue with my car. They probably assume that it is just okay for the customer to be without a car for a few days, or at least that is the impression I get from their casual attitude.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at ServiceMyCar.ae. They have a very poor understanding of how to treat their customers, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
