Beyond Major Rip Off!!!
All set schedule wants is your up front money! They are a scam and the biggest rip off ever!
Highly Unprofessional and unethical that's for sure.
They pitch themselves as a lead generation company but you have to hunt for your own leads. Some higher up guy just let me know that my money could not be refunded because I have leads that I can select from but I have neglected to do so. I told him to prove it and show me where those leads are. He couldn't and said that they would not refund me the upfront money I paid because I only want warm leads. Give me a break! How sad that they are so desperate for the $1,497.00 I paid up front.
Company misleads you and scams you
I have had this service for a year and not only has this company not produced any viable or verified leads, they had fraudulently charged my account without my consent an additional 1659.00. Buyer Beware. Any 5 star reviews on here are fake. I tried to rectify this but management told me "too bad!" The sales person told me when I first signed on it was a onetime deal and I wouldn't be charged again unless I was successful. Not one lead was verified, some were over 3 years old. I posted my experience with Lab Coat Agents group within Facebook (200k agents discussing what works in the industry) and the level of agents who have been screwed is egregious. Every single time an agent posts a negative review, a new bogus positive review shows up.
I have spoken to about a dozen agents regarding this company and its all the same complaint, leads are crap and fraudulently re-charged their account. The sales reps lie to get you on board.
There is a whole tiktok thread about all the agents who have been scammed by this company. I recommend contacting anyone who gave a 1 star review on google or check with better business bureau. But don't take my word for it.

Recommendation: uh no
Awfully I waisted my money with this company and now months into it, not just didn't get the 'sure leads' for serious prospects in our area but
Awfully I waisted my money with this company and now months into it, not just didn't get the 'sure leads' for serious prospects in our area but they are sending me now fake and already listed properties/sellers to my account. Their excuses from my account manager is their providers don't have much going in my area to offer... so why not refund my money than, right? Not just embarassing but illegal in my state putting myself in very akward situation to set up fake in person appointments as well as already listed homes for sale... so wrong! Many emails and request for my 'customer care manager' to contact me and they keep cancelling my requests to talk to a manager above him to refund part of my investment as I can't take a chance to loose my license because of their awful lack of understanting the 'don'ts in my profession'... I never liked people puting negative reviews before but this time, after trying for over 3 months to resolve and no accountability on their part, I feel completely ripped off! Sadly that we can't stop companies like this one. Now I know to look at reviews and public opnion and sure will make sure until they refund my dollar, nothing good will be from me. DO NOT BUY into their fake system. Save your money to take your clients who know you to lunch or something... you will be better than waisting with them.
They just did the same to me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst possible *** and even worse customer service. I gave them a shot for a year...never got a single decent lead out of them, and then I was automatically charged again for another year (without my knowledge prior to my year being up) and CANNOT get them to refund any portion of this stupid service. TOTAL SCAM! Seriously the Complaintsboard.com needs to step up and SHUT THEM DOWN. This is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with in my life.
Horrible experience. The leads are terrible, and are not located close to my target area. I tried to cancel but they wouldnt refund my initial investment. When I got an email from my broker saying do NOT use any lead generation sources that require a percentage of commission under any circumstances. He said that these companies are a risk to the brokerage and he would NOT sign the commission disbursement form for any transaction coming from this source. So my broker forbids us to use these sources, wont sign the form allowing me to get paid, and I can be severed from my broker if I continue to work them. But still they keep calling and texting me with these s*** leads and wont refund my initial investment. Pathetic.
Please stay away from this company. They set you up for auto renewal and charge money even if you do not need their service. *** also ***. I did everything they wanted me to do, but got zero leads.
Leas are poor. Not worth the time or effort expended. They do not honor requests to cancel a renewal. And, it is like pulling teeth to get your money back. I have disputed with my bank, so hopefully my $1766 will come back to me for the renewal that I did NOT authorize and sent an email to cancel well in advance of the renewal date. Stay away! This company in unprofessional and unethical at best.
I think SetSchedule is very misleading
I think SetSchedule is very misleading. I signed up in November for a 1 year subscription. No success. I have received leads. The typical internet lead bogus names, already purchased months prior, no idea why I am calling them. This is pretty common for internet leads. The kicker is the auto-renew. They automatically renew another years service without warning, without email confirmation, without a text, without a phone call. Then there is limited customer service or support to assist you. I called to cancel my subscription and was routed to a bogus call center who could only tell me to call back, I call back and then was told they can only take a message, I call back they can not provide a better number to reach my success coach, I get a text message to schedule a monthly optimization appointment in 2 weeks, I speak to the success coach on 12/14 and he told me there is nothing he can do and that this is how they run their business. The quality of leads has not been good. But my issue is how they do the auto renewal without warning. They do this with the complete understanding of taking advantage of people. This is why you can not speak with anyone. This is why their bots, emails and phone calls go unanswered unless you are trying to purchase their service.I would lose my real estate license if I treated my customers in this manner.

Auto Renew is Bull... It is unethical it should be illegal because it is to easy to abuse. It's always hard to find or in small print and most of the time you're unaware of it, Like in my case with SetSchedule. Now I'm trying to get hold of anyone and I can't. I'm going through my credit card to refund the amount unethically charged. If it were a decent company, I would of received an email, text or call regarding an up coming renewal.
By far the worst lead generation service out there.. they hound you with sales calls until you waste $1600 joining, only to leave you without support and a service that takes the leftover thrown out leads from other services. I've been trying to get my account closed and money returned for months and get no response.. They actually called while I was typing this message to let me know that they do not have a refund policy and will not return my money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!I only gave them 1 star because I had to, otherwise they would have gotten none.
Does not offer anything of value. Complete fraud. None of the leads were interested in real estate. They asked where I got their information and many said they were on the no call list and are going to turn my phone number in as a scam number and report me to the authorities. I received 13 leads and everyone was fake. One told me they were calling the realtors association to get my license revoked. None of the leads wanted any information or requested anything to do with real estate. This company is simply a data mining scam company that doesnt provide any value and lied to me about the service they would provide. I asked for a refund the first week and they wouldn't respond. I'm now filing a lawsuit against them.
Total scam! The salesperson told me they work with the heads of Zillow, Realtor.com to get leads.I looked at their leads near ***. They were total bogus. When I clicked on the lead it was a blank page. And they charged me $1600 and refused to give me my $ back.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $!THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR.
so I get this call from a rep name Neda from set schedule promising that I would be getting seller leads for $1822
so I get this call from a rep name Neda from set schedule promising that I would be getting seller leads for $1822. She never mentioned that they would be a mixture of Renters! and buyers and I told her over and over that all I wanted was seller leads and she confirmed that it would be delivered to me. Once I paid the money and get the profile made and up and running here comes a flood of renter and buyer leads which I told her that I did not want. I called the set schedule rep and of course she did not answer. I emailed her and she says " give it one more week, after your training it will be better" I go through the training and its this guy on there just showing you how to work the system and I ask "how do you turn off renters and buyer leads?" he says you can only turn it off while you are on the website but once you leave it turns back on to all leads coming through. I told him I cant believe in this day and age that you can not just leave those renter and buyer leads off. I emailed the set schedule a few times and she cut communication all together. They have to reps call me and tell me to start working renter leads and try to convert them into buyers. I told them again I did not sign up to be sifting through garbage leads that you provide. All in all agents please stay away from this company they will just rob you and provide garbage in return.

This company purchased my information and constantly calls, texts, and emails me for business.I have told them for over a year that I have had 2 friends that used their service and both got their money back as they were totally dissatisfied with the services and therefore I want to be taken off their list. They NEVER took me off the list. I even changed my phone # and they found me again.Clearly the NO CALL LAW has no power as I am not the only one being completely harrassed by this company. What will it take to get them to stop?
Worse company I have ever been in contact with - basically they will hound you with calls until you sign up. Once you do, it's impossible to get in contact with anyone even after spending $1500.00 I had a legit reason to cancel the contract and they would not work with me in any way.BEWARE ! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO HANDING OVER ANY $$
There couldn't be a worse company out there! Unfortunately, I did not see all the horrible reviews first either, HUNDREDS of them...but called the 2nd day to cancel. I NEVER SIGNED THE 2ND AGREEMENT TO ACCESS THEIR PROGRAM AND BEGIN TRAINING. What a way to run a company. They don't care and don't read these reviews. I guess I'll get the same cut/paste response. Pathetic.
They were very helpful in making my transition into my new apartment very smooth. I had a very good experience working with this company. Organized, fast, and efficient. I would definitely recommend using company!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! The salesperson promised that the leads were purchase in bulk from Zillow and other big portals where serious buyers are looking. He said the conversion rate is 10%, He said I would receive live transfer calls. He said the leads were pre-screened. Everything the salesperson promised was a fabrication. A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. I paid $5995. It has been over 30 days and I have receive no Zillow leads, No live Transfers, No pre-screened leads. I called to complain and the rep *** told me she would contact the team to ensure that I receive Zillow leads and this never happened. The Zillow lead promise is how the company gets agents and broker to pay. It is a fabrication, con and fraud. The reason they will not send Zillow leads it that they cost a lot of money. The company chooses to promise high quality leads purchased direct from large portals and then send what are called SetValue.com leads which is a website that does not even offer homes for buyer to search. The leads that come from this site cost very little as they own the site and do not have to pay a major portal. They know full well that these leads are very low quality. They also do not pre-screen the leads as the salesperson promised do not provide live transfer leads even though the salesperson guaranteed that I would receive this lead type. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Good luck using their horrible platform. Good luck getting any service or help. Good luck getting and decent leads at all. Basically stay away, no run.
The WORST - terrible customer service- not one valid lead - no responses to questions or requests. DO NOT DO IT! Total scam
zero stars they charged me after I attempted to cancel. Which was before my renewal date. They also charged me a day before my renewal date. The leads have been terrible. Please don't fall for their pitch. Save your money or just give it away. That would be a way better use. I had to give one star unfortunately there isn't a setting for zero stars
IF I could give a negative rating I would
IF I could give a negative rating I would. I tried to contact this company from the first few days to to cancel, it is next to impossible to reach set schedule to discuss issues. Furthermore, they are not based in the , they route calls and training oversees and basically hang up on you when you call to complain.DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT sign up, they are a FRAUD. do not be fooled by their comments to try and negate what they are doing. They are a huge scam. They buy leads and resell them, they DO NOT check leads for quality. You will never get a good lead. Numbers and emails are fake. They are not knowledgeable le, their training was over zoom from another country and the calls kept dropping. They do not have customer service and when you do reach someone, they are rude and hang up on you. I dont need to go any further, the other reviews below are exactly what has happened to me. the leads are garbage and are for leads an hour away for 100K. Its absurd. They also send repeat leads of the same person over and over. I cannot believe they are still in business. They steal hard earned money from people without a care in the world. If you go on social media you will see numerous negative reports of the same. The *** attorney general needs to look into this company! From the online social media reviews some agents tried to go to their office and said it didn't exist. I am in NY so I cant verify if this is true or not.

They contacted me asking if I'd like more leads
They contacted me asking if I'd like more leads. They said they can provide me vetted leads, multiple per week. Sounded like a great option. I asked them what vetted meant and they told me they work with a company that reaches out to people, these people have to do a few things before I ever get the lead. Sounded like there was some skin in the game so the leads could actually be good. They charged me $2k plus a percentage of every sale. Worst money I EVER spent. I asked for a refund and guess what... nope! EVERY SINGLE lead has NO idea why I am calling them. I tried, I called number after number and Setschedule says just keep going. WHY? Why would I waste my time calling people if every time they hang up or just show confusion? One confused number is one thing, *** makes me nervous, over 20+ of the same I just give up. You seriously might as well be calling people out of a phone book. They keep telling me to GIVE IT A YEAR. Come on... If you say they are good vetted leads, then they should be good vetted leads. Every lead I get should at the VERY least know why I'm calling. That's it, plain and simple. Don't give me this hold on for a year ***, I'll spend my time calling numbers that make sense. If you're thinking about going with SetSchedule, just know, it sounds good, but the leads are terrible. Total waste of money. I'd love to see this company do better with their leads, offer refunds. More than likely I'll be charged again in one year even though I've asked them not to.

They come on tell you all of these promises
They come on tell you all of these promises. The leads are not qualified or good leads. One of the leads said she felt forced. I could not believe how bogus they were. Then suppose to have like an account manager who of course he is so busy you have to make an appointment. I just wanted my year to be up and I started emailing close to my renewal date saying I didn't want to continue because of the leads and service and of course no contact. You can't reach anyone by phone without an appt. I ask him to help me that I didn't want to renew he said read the invoice. I emailed several times with the response you need to talk to your leader was a constant response. I tried to get him to be a human being with some compassion, no way! He just kept emailing follow instructions on your invoice that I got on my renewal date It says you have to give 30 day notice before your renewal date. No one would even say that when I started emailing weeks before. They just want more money with no help, and bogus leafs. If you want to waste money for nothing this is the company. With no customer service. I told them per my attorney not to call but email. I get an email says look at your renewal invoice another $964.00 because I am premier . He wouldn't help me no one would help me. By this time I am appalled at my great customer service. I did write a nasty couple of emails. I kept asking for help with no help. This is not fair it is deceptive. If I have to pay for another year I would much rather donate it to a company that cares about its customers.

Real estate professionals BEWARE!
Real estate professionals BEWARE! Should you receive any communication from SetSchedule RUN AWAY! I was promised exclusive leads (to include a minimum number of seller leads) and it's been a complete and total failure. Leads I call minutes after receiving them answer the phone exhausted and ask, "Is this a Realtor?" and then explain how they've received several calls. Seller leads? Forget about it! It's possible that the promises being made reflect poor training on the sales reps part about what services SetSchedule can offer their clients. When I reached out to SetSchedule I asked them about the discrepancy between the services promised and what I was receiving. They encouraged me to take more webinars and utilize their self-help section to work the leads they were giving me. Failure to address the issue, I asked them to *** me for the time I used their services and then prorate a refund to me. They flat refused. This communicates to me that they have no intention of bringing any remedy or relief to their clients and that their sales reps aren't in fact poorly trained. To the contrary, they are well trained in the art of scamming hard working professionals out of their money and in fraudulent activities. I've made the decision to *** the charge on my credit card as fraudulent due to the fact that I did not receive the services I was promised and I encourage anyone else dealing with SetSchedule to do the same as they will not make any attempt to remedy their deceitful lies or make any refunds. Side note: I'm not sure how this business has more than a 1 or 2 star rating. I'll bet good money all these 5 star reviews are fake.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam! They talk trash on *** for recycling leads to realtors. I complained to them for the lack of leads in my market and the first thing they did was offer me all the leads from the past month that other realtors in their program already claimed and paid for! I was furious to learn that the owner of this company has been found guilty of fraud by the SEC (federal government) and they are notorious for creating fake appointments for agents. I demanded my money back. Nobody helped. They have been sending me "congratulations' emails for 'passing their training' and are no longer responding to any of my complaints. I never went through the 'training' because my 'agent success consultant' only suggested calling old leads that had been given to other agents! They were unable to bring in anything new and have stopped acknowledging my complaints. Also, the few leads I did get had no idea what SetSchedule was or why I was calling. They do not vet any leads, just send you phone numbers of unsuspecting people and hope to get a referral out of it. It's very evident that they are rampantly stealing people's money. There are reviews from past employees on Indeed that say the product is a scam and all the employees do is listen to angry realtors on the phone all day. In the first week I was with them I had the same lead sent to me 3 times, which was a fake lead supposedly from a Facebook campaign they were doing. This company should be investigated and brought to the attention of the Attorney General of California for fraudulent business practices and not providing customers what they pay for. This is the most deceptive company I've ever come across. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SETSCHEDULE! ***, Realtor with ***. Indian Wells, Ca.

Disappointment, frustration, regret!
This service deserves a zero-star rating. The sales rep excelled in deception! Initially, I was promised a referral service comparable to well-known ones, with the assurance of verified leads. However, my experience has been filled with unverified leads, unwanted renter inquiries, and so-called buyers who've asked me not to contact them again, plus no seller leads. Regrettably, I ignored the reviews and spent $1800 on this futile service. Despite the sales rep's suggestion to try it for three months with a hint of a partial refund, I'm skeptical due to the company's reputation for scams. After a month, I'm frustrated with myself for falling for this scam. Their list of potential sellers is inaccurate, targeting homes that have recently sold. While their platform appears impressive, it's superficial. I've also read about others struggling to cancel their subscriptions and being charged regardless. Complaints on Complaintsboard.com are met with generic contract citations from Set Schedule. This company is a sham, and people should steer clear.

Lies Lies Lies, I was told during the sales pitch that I would have live calls from real people searching for a realtor, for sale and purchase
Lies Lies Lies, I was told during the sales pitch that I would have live calls from real people searching for a realtor, for sale and purchase of a home. I never received a live call. I started receiving live calls after complaining and asking for my account to be closed and do not wish to do business with Set Schedule months and months later. When I contacted Set Schedule to ask why I'm not rcvg live calls I had an agent tell me that it takes many months to start getting live transfer calls. I was never told I would need to wait months and months before rcvng live calls. I don't have time to make cold calls, which I mentioned multiple times to the sales rep when discussing services. A couple months into my services I was fed up and did not want to continue to make cold calls, I'm not that person who makes cold calls. I asked for my account to be canceled, not renewed and turned off completely. I made at least 35 cold calls and not once did anyone ever respond! According to Set Schedule these callers and potential buyers and sellers are vetted and are looking for real estate agents. LIE LIE! I get 5 calls a month from Zillow and manage to close at least 2-3 of those calls monthly. Live calls with real people looking to purchase a home. I never asked for my money back, it's my fault for falling for their lies, I'm owing that part of my mistake. I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT/SERVICE CANCLED! I've asked for months and months to cancel my account and all of a sudden I'm staring to get calls from Set Schedule to transfer a lead. I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT CANCELED AND CONFIRMED IT'S CANCELED. I do great with Zillow and actually got and get what I pay for, no lies, no waiting period, and Zillow rep answers my questions when I have them and the calls are vetted as Zillow mentioned in the sale pitch, unlike Set Schedule.

Complete Scam!
Complete Scam! I spoke to an *** who said that they had a great lead generation company and gave me the spill. He sent an agreement for me to sign and said that a rep would call the next day to get me started. After signing the agreement and end of phone call, I decided to review the company and saw all the negative complaints filed against them. I called SetSchedule the day I signed as well as sent a text message to *** notifying them that I did not want their services and to reverse the charge as it was reflecting pending on my credit card that day. A guy called me who was supposedly an Account Manager and he refused to listen to me and refused to reverse the charge. I told him how can you make someone stay with you when they ask for the charge to be reversed the same day the charge went thru. If you are able to charge my card, you can reverse it. I did not setup any services with them and do not use their services at all. I filed a dispute with my credit card company the same day as the charge and today I was notified that SetSchedule sent the Agreement to them stating no cancellation whatsoever. I have printed out my documentation reflecting that I demanded cancellation the same day the had me sign the agreement and will be placing in the mail to my credit company tomorrow. I spoke to several different people with this company the day the charge was put thru as well as a couple days after and none of them would listen to my demand to reverse the charge while it was pending on my credit card. All *** Agents, do not and I say do not sign anything with this company, they commit fraud! I have received no services from them and told them I did not want their services and they took my money and wont give it back! This is a big *** to learn as they took $1995 from me for nothing! I will also be filing a complaint with the Consumer

I paid an extremely high fee in the beginning for real estate leads that also has a 20% referral fee if I closed on one of the leads
I paid an extremely high fee in the beginning for real estate leads that also has a 20% referral fee if I closed on one of the leads. The leads are either not in my area, looking to rent not purchase a home, bad contact information or a false listing opportunity to customers in the area that have asked that I tell SetSchedule to take them off their list as they never intended to sell their home. Communication is poor with this company. They set up Zoom meetings monthly to review how things are going and do not show up to them. When I asked why the leads are not viable, I was told to incubate them and call more than once. I was told they would get new zipcodes for me and they have not. When I asked for a refund and to terminate our business relationship, as they are not honoring their side of the agreement, I was told I needed to speak with Dhaman Gill. A time was set up for he and I to speak at 5pm on 2/11. I was called 6 minutes late at 5:06pm. When I explained all the issues I was told I could not have a refund and that I am expected to continue to work the leads. I use a CRM system and call all leads often on a very strict system with a 22 point touch system along with pay a Concierge Service to answer when I am away from my desk. The lead has to be viable to call/communicate with. When I explained this to Mr. Gill and how his lateness to our meeting shows an example of his company's inability to uphold the same caliber of customer service as mine in communication and that I did not need a lesson in documentation and communication tactics, he began to yell at me erratically. He started spitting out all his medical issues and accusing me of "reminding him of them" - all which were unknown to me and not appropriate to discuss in a business setting. This was so over the top unprofessional given it is not my business what personally ails him and has nothing to do with the call at hand. A simple reschedule could have been requested at any time earlier that day by him or a coworker as he claimed to be spitting up blood. Since that did not happen it went along with the other times I was not called back or my emails were left unanswered. Do not waste your money on this company. There are much better service providers out there for real estate leads that have true leads. I used several and this one is not worth a glance at.
BEWARE! This so-called information technology company is a big fat FRAUD!
BEWARE! This so-called information technology company is a big fat FRAUD! Dont waste your money or time. They are thieves, who mislead Realtors with a promise of real products/services and legit leads..all of which they fail to deliver! They sent me all fake leads, with fake emails and fake phone numbers. Im out $1995 because they refused to issue a refund under any circumstances. I tried to request a refund within a week of signing up and I was not only ignored at first but eventually after many attempts to cancel and request a refund I was told NO. I caught on immediately to this fraudulent company within a day after signing up and attempting to contact the leads theyd send me, 99% did not answer the phone or respond to my text messages, or emails even after adding them to my CRM. The 1% who did answer me, either had no clue why I was calling them because they were not in the market to purchase or sell real estate or they already bought a home or they already had a realtor(all these reasons were the first Red Flag that Id been scammed). Second, and more telling, was that again the majority of leads were invalid or fake because there was zero response no matter how many times I tried to contact them.Third Red Flag and the most frustrating is that this company knows they are scamming people when they make it very difficult to reach them by avoiding my complaints, by not providing an easy and efficient way to reach their customer service department or billing department theres no phone number to reach them if you want to cancel the fraudulent service and no clear direction on how to cancel. After numerous attempts to do this and reach a live person and getting re-routed to a voicemail for the marketing department you know its a scam. So I finally get through via email only and I am instructed that in order to cancel, to avoid auto-renewal in one year from signing up, that I have to write to the company via email to their billing department.I know how to work with legit leads and close deals, with many years experience, but only if the leads are Real and this company does not sell you Real leads. I even tried to dispute the charges with my creditors and that didnt work in my favor thus far because this company comes back to my creditors telling them I signed a contract with them. Well That contract means nothing if its based on fraudulent practices! This fraudulent company should be shut down permanently and I will be going to hire authorities to see that they are shut down.Ive worked with other lead referral services who are legitimate and provide viable leads who actually want to purchase real estate and who actually pick up the phone and email me and correspond with me and these other lead services dont charge upfront fees and Ive closed several deals in just a few months. If there was an option to give this company zero stars and a Red X, I would but in order to write the review you have to first choose a star. Stay away from this company!

Well, here is the hard truth we have over 20 agents on our team, most of whom have 5-30 years of experience + are broker associates, speak Spanish, we built out our system "cadence" exactly as instructed. We paid $4995 last year and they gave us 800+ bogus leads, the accuracy was 0% and over 50% of them were duplicates. "We DID NOT CLOSE" ONE TRANSACTION FROM SETSCHEDULE. They called us this year again and made wild claims and promised us a better experience if we paid $2,995. Please note, this was our 2nd time trying Setschedule, as we had $1,000+ for a non-team account. But we realized every time, Setschedules claims kept getting grander with each phone call about how there is system is "better now" Long story short, on 10.28.2020, I realized we were scammed after I spoke to Matt K the director of sales for 45 minutes. I was promised I would get an update, that was three weeks ago, I also emailed Matt 4 days later @ Matt.K*** @*** and copied his supervisor Rich R @ Rich.R*** @***. I have not received an email back. This company is getting real estate agents to compete with one another when in fact they are creating our own completion. PLUS, The app sucks. The data sources they are using are "F-" grade. The consumers never opted in or request any information. So we paid $4,995 and were to pay an additional 20% on closed sales. IF you are a real estate agent please save your $$$$ and invest in your own marketing locally and invest in yourself and your career. I will be filing a claim with a credit card company as I know the service I was promised was not rendered. IF you are a consumer please know that SetSchedule is stealing your information and selling to hard-working real estate professionals in a distasteful fashion with a false pretense. They are tracking your behavior on *** and the web, trying to predict if you will be selling your home. They will sell your information to the highest bidder and take no responsibility for their actions. Please remember these guys have never sold a house or worked with an actual human real estate client. They have "Ai" which in short is a b.s. texting system but most consumers are looking for a real connection with a human, not a robot. We real estate agents should not get marketing advice from some data center and in fact, we should charge these "data geeks" a fee because we are professionals with a license. They nothing about real estate and please check all the reviews. If you got scammed too, please call your credit card company and tell them the truth, you got scammed. Check the real reviews, *** If you want to pursue a class-action lawsuit, please contact me.

The SetSchedule sales agent sold me on 2-3 "leads" per week in my area for a year
The SetSchedule sales agent sold me on 2-3 "leads" per week in my area for a year. These were described as leads from multiple sources online (around 12 different companies) where folks who were interested in buying or selling real estate had submitted their information. They described them as coming from sites like *** and other popular real estate and marketing websites that collect data. Live calls, in some cases. I paid $1800 to sign up for the Gold program and they are to get a portion of a deal when something closes. Sounds like a reasonable plan, right? I'm a few weeks into this contract and so far I have been provided 3 "leads" from SetSchedule. 2 were from outside of my area and the third was inside. All "leads" so far have been sourced from LJ marketing Group (as detailed upon acceptance of them). The one in my market was data for an older lady: phone number, address, basic housing information and preferred time of day to be reached. Sounds like a decent start, right? After a quick phone call, this "lead" let me know that she was not interested in selling, questioned how I got her contact information, and why I was calling her, as she has not been looking at real estate, nor is she planning on moving ever again. She loves her house and wants to die in it. I since had my "Account Optimization Call" with a representative of the company who informed me that this is in fact considered a lead, and that it sometimes takes a while to nurture leads before they buy. You don't say? I argued that this is not a lead and that it is Cold Call data and he argued that data is a "lead." This is just how some come through. Sure wish I knew this before signing up. I actively use ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, and now SetSchedule. Even the worst of leads from any of the other sites (save *** because they are cold call data) are better than what I have seen from SetSchedule. I do not need cold call data, as I use *** and had no idea that what SetSchedule considers some "leads" would be that or I 100% would not have signed up. Much like other negative reviews, I think these practices are deceptive and reek of scam. I would love to get together with a few others who have been conned out of their money by SetSchedule and feel they have been deceived as well to see if there's an recourse, or at a minimum, we can help others be saved from this company. Every other real estate site that sells ad space or leads does not use the term "lead" as loosely as SetSchedule, in my experience. Be careful of this deception, as they informed me that there are No Refunds offered. I've spent thousands of dollars a month on multiple lead service companies and understand fully that a lead who comes through may or may not pan out and that it's the agent's job to nurture the relationship. However, I encourage anyone who is looking for cold call contact data to use *** and anyone looking for real estate lead use any of the above mentioned sites over this one. Spend your money on companies that deliver on what they sell, not this one. As you peruse the reviews on this website and others, you will find that many of the 5 star reviews are very brief and suspect at best. Be careful out there fellow agents and brokers.

It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to ethics and moral standards. They are liars but they are also dumb liars because enough people have been screwed over by them now that we are all documenting enough for a class action lawsuit anyone interested contact me
Your company blocked me from a platform because I responded to negative feedback from other realtors you know showed with Joseph Toledo to my onboarding appointment. I have documented five emails with no response. I can't even use this platform because I've been blocked so your company is going to be my mission to take down on social media and legally because I have talk to over 30 Realtors that have documented the same scenario I have and we are starting a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested You're more than welcome

I have been contacted by 7 different sales reps or "Product Educators" by SetSchedule, many 2-3 times each even after I have requested no more texts. I've texted each one and have left voice messages (none of them answer their phone). I finally got a hold of one after I scheduled a meeting with them and they told me they did indeed get my messages. I asked them to take me off of their list and put me on a do-not call and do not text list. They said ok. The messages continued so I made another appointment to talk to them. They told me they saw two different profiles for me with only one of them stating "do not call". I asked them why I have two profiles and they told me that the sales rep creates a profile for me. I asked for both of their profiles of me to be marked as do not call. I got another text last week and again, set up a meeting with them (every text has a "calendly link" to schedule a meeting any time). I asked them to not contact me. He got mad at me for scheduling time on his schedule and told me that they wouldn't bother me if I don't schedule which is a bold face lie. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called the customer support line and told them about that conversation and also asked them to make sure no more texts get to me. The customer service rep said that both profiles they had for me stated do-not-call. Today, I got another text a week after all of that. This is my 12th text from 7 "Product Educators". This needs to stop.

Filed a complaint, sent them a cease and desist letter and they answered promising I would never be contacted again, 2 weeks later Ive been contacted twice in one day. I am sick of being contacted over and over. Ive been harassed and this is a violation of privacy and ability to live in peace. This company has become so overwhelming and wont leave me alone. I want to contact an attorney and file suit. This has gone on for a year
I was coerced into purchasing a program after they offered continued discounts to make it work for me. I immediately knew this was a scam when I got off the phone, now no-one is answering my calls and my "specialist" has blocked my number. I immediately tried to get a refund before any services were rendered, this complaint is being filed in the same day to prove that I have not been rendered any of the services provided in the docusign agreement that I was coerced into signing. I demand I get my money back and this be made right. I will be going through my bank channels to block this payment and get a refund as best I can, but this needs to be addressed and this company needs to be penalized.
This business is a scam. They promised me secured verified leads instead they gave me fake phone numbers, which intern after four I requested a refund immediately. They also told me they were inbound *** and if by chance, I did get a hold of someone it was someone outside of *** that did not speak fluent English. They will not call you back or provide good customer service. There was never anything disclose that it was not refundable especially during the first couple days.
They continue to contact me. I have requested they remove me from their spam/contact lists more than a dozen times. They contacted me AGAIN today. I have documented their contacts over the last two years and can provide documentation that proves they continue to contact me after being repeatedly asked to stop. What do I have to do to get these people to leave me alone? I feel that it is bordering on harassment at this point.
I paid over $1500 for 9 face to face scheduled meetings with potential home sellers over the course of a year
I paid over $1500 for 9 face to face scheduled meetings with potential home sellers over the course of a year. Without going into detail here about some bad NON-Appointments, I received 0 of my "GUARANTEED" 9. Zero for nine is not poor service, it is no service and should be refunded. When I called for a refund I was told my Agent Success Consultant was the only one who could help. He put me off with the stated intention of trying to get me some leads as I still had "a couple months". In actuallity, by my third call with him, while he was still putting me off, and I found out my renewal had not been cancelled (after clearly stating I wanted a refund and not to renew in every prior contact). I was only 2 weeks from an automatic renewal when he finally provided the form and means to cancel. I barely dodged that bullet but still wanted a refund. He told me "that's not going to happen". It seems there is no means for providing a refund to a customer who did not receive ANY of the promised scheduled appointments. This is not a short coming, it is an absolute lack of service/performance. To have no means of providing a refund is ridiculous. They did not have any trouble with billing... I checked reviews and found endless lists of people with nearly identical experiences including warnings on the auto renewal! I did not receive what I purchased. The appointments where "Guaranteed", and I want my money back. The only path for resolution finally given was the email for their legal dept. I emailed them and they did not respond. I guessed this in advance.
I have asked a million times for this company to STOP texting me. They just keep calling me from different numbers. If you try calling them to complain, they will put you on eternal hold. Their employees made the mistake of leaving a traceable phone number where I was able to track several employees with this company who will NOT stop texting me to request lead services. I have filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General as well as the DO NOT CALL LIST which my number is listed. My next step is filing a lawsuit for harassment and will seek damages for every text and phone call that I have tried to block that has been received to date!
Setschedule is a lead generation company for real estate agents to pay for leads on prospective sellers and buyers. I signed up with setschedule and paid an upfront fee to sign up. What setschedule sells you is completely different then the product you receive from them (none of the leads are viable after a short period and numerous complaint that the leads are not valid leads some with non working contact information I asked for my money to be refunded and they have refused to refund me even though I have been unhappy from the beginning. There are over 250 complaints against this company on your website alone - Is there anyway a class action lawsuit can be started with all affected. This a scam company offering no real product
Terrible service which promised a lot and didn't deliver much. First they promised they can start sending me leads when I finish my cancer treatment last year, but started sending them right away (so I lost two month out of 12). Then they started sending me leads with unrealistic budgets. I complained and complained, but didn't see the result. They said that I would be assigned to ONE representative who would be helping me throughout the year, but every time a new person would be contacting me. I was promised to receive VERIFIED LEADS, but got only leads from secondary market, and I wasted a lot of time checking them with no positive results.I complained about service and told representatives several times that I'm not going to renew with them. At the end they scheduled the telephone call, but never called me. I thought the service was cancelled, but they charged my credit card $1650 on 10/28/2022 without my knowledge, didn't email me receipt and refusing to refund it. If you read reviews from different people you can find the same complain over and over again. It looks like it's used towards many and everyone fills like they've been tricked, lied to and robbed. (see SiteJabber for reference. They are crooks and thieves. They do not deliver what they promise. They used my credit card to renew the service without my knowledge and claim that they don't have the refund policy.

Set Schedule is a company whom makes their money off of fraudulent sales pitches and contracts that maintain their lack of liability for creating the transactions. The problem is, they pitch their memberships based on GUARANTEED LEADS. Leads that myself and many other brokers never received, and "verification" that was NEVER done. How can we organize a class action lawsuit against this company?I spent over $6,000 for a year with them and never had a single REAL or VERIFIED lead. I was promised over 30 a month. I'm not complaining that the leads didn't result in transactions, I'm complaining that there were no real leads. Hundreds, if not thousands, of other brokers have the same complaint. I spoke to an executive of the company, Rich, who ensured me that he'd listen to the audio calls between me and my sales rep to determine if there was a lie and if so he would take action and we could discuss reimbursement. Just so happens the recorded calls weren't stored, and when I was trying to reason with him, he denied ever offering this! The company is fraudulent and they are thieves and unfortunately prey on up-and-coming agents who invest their last dollars for business that set schedule doesn't deliver, they just make phony data and a platform to make them look like they do so they can maintain protection behind their lengthy contracts, that they PRESSURE NEW MEMBERS INTO SIGNING WITHIN MINUTES FOR MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS (coercing new clients not to read fully and into paying one lump sum up front). They've even admitted being taken to court a thousand times. This business and this behavior needs to be stopped and shut down.

They cold called me and I ALWAYS shut down these lead services, but they assured me 5 different times that they were a back end only referral service that takes 20% with ABSOLUTELY no up front or ongoing costs to the agents. Based on this info, I was willing to do a 15 minute onboarding webinar to see how the lead system works to accept leads. After they got me on the phone, they made it very apparent that there is very much up front cost at almost $3,000 for the year that they say equates to 100 leads annually. I already buy leads from Zillow directly and especially after reading the reviews and getting this nice surprise of upfront costs, there is no way I am lining their pockets and falling for it.Don't waste your time even picking up the phone, just another fly by night that won't deliver...
I paid $4000. on 10/13/22 Was told we would have Qualified Leads and I have 4 of my Realtors working on this since day 1. I have asked for certain zip codes and have been told several times they were working on it. Now they do not even answer the phone and the number for my original contact person is not his voice mail. I have emailed and called every day this week and no response. Not one of my agents have had a real lead, people don't know why they are calling. I took a lead myself and passed it to another one of my agents (I was told I could give it to any of the agents) When she called the number Set schedule said she had to pay and join up. I am a small *** and $4000. is a lot of money to my company. I am hoping you can help me.
I have asked REPEATEDLY for SetSchedule to remove me from their spam email, phone and text campaigns. I am NOT, nor will I ever be, interested in their "leads." They need to lose my contact information permanently. This is pure harrassment at this point.
I was contacted by setschedule sales from a cold call
I was contacted by setschedule sales from a cold call. They promised good and exclusive real estate leads for sellers and buyers. Upon trying it for nearly 2 months and about 100 leads I aggressively chased. Absolutely zero of the leads where worth my time. The few phone numbers that where legitimate (about 10) when they answered they told me they sold or bought their home 2 months ago. All but one of these 10 leads where old and they didn't understand why I was calling 2 months late. I would recieve texts about new hot leads constantly, and I went into the app immediately to claim them, only to find out they where useless. Last monday I recieved one, I claimed it, (supposedly exclusive) I called the lady, she said she wasn't interested in selling and 4 agents had called her the previous Friday. I had enough, so I went on setschedule as if I wanted to sell my own home. Sure enough I got a text for my own lead with the information I had entered, I claimed it, and 14 realtors called me in one day. I discussed with many of them how useless setschedule is. And none of them had any luck with the leads either. I have emailed them repeatedly with one generic response "we don't refund" but with an email to not auto renew my subscription. And I emailed that address 5 times to not renew, and they don't respond at all. I have called repeatedly and it only goes to voice mail and it says voice mail box is full. They are impossible to contact, and I have a "rep" that has made appointments with me via text for training calls 3 times and he never called. I just get generic texts I can't respond to. I paid $1637.00 for this useless service and I want it all back.
Setschedule guaranteed a lead generating service with complete satisfaction in my real estate area and proper training on their app. I paid them over $2000 for this guaranteed service and found within days this was fraudulent. I called to complain and get out of this ridiculous contract and the refused to refund my money. Most of these complaints are followed up by how sorry they are and they will follow up but I know with out a lawyer my money will not be seen. Any Realtors out there please DO NOT GET PULLED INTO THIS!I should have realized this when my bank rejected them the 1st time.
Horrible and deceiving company, you will get answers from overseas agents when you call for support. And you will get scammed out of your money. Money I paid them is wasted money. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Stay away. I paid them over $1,500 on 2021. They committed to providing quality and several leads, but the leads have been garbage and are recycled leads. When I called them to get my monthly leads, they refused to give me my agreed upon resupply of garbage leads from them. This has not been resolved as of yet 11.3.2022 and I will not be renewing my subscription with them, I requested for management to contact me but they have not, and the phone number I was given to call management is not the correct number.
I have requested via phone and text numerous times to stop contacting me for sales purposes, and to remove my phone number from future solicitations. I continue to receive calls and texts. I want confirmation that I will not be contacted again.
They reached out to me. They, SetSchedule were dishonest about the service they offer.SetSchedule promised real estate leads.Sent false info and data. They, SetSchedule, won't respond to any of my requests for assistance.I disputed charge of $1995 with Capitol One.I filed complaint with FTC They keep sending me leads I haven't engaged with them at all.
This was their response to my first complaint- Hi ***, As per the terms of agreement with agent and associates, the Annual Gold Membership
This was their response to my first complaint- Hi ***, As per the terms of agreement with agent and associates, the Annual Gold Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated January 3, 2022 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). I already transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you as soon as possible. If you need any other assistance in the meantime, below is a link to our *** that takes you step by step on how to do things within the app. https://support.setschedule.com/support/home.First off this was not on the paperwork that I signed. That is a very small link you have to click on to see it. The sales agent *** never mentioned the link and she also stayed on the phone waiting for me to get the receipt and sign it. It all happened within a matter of 10 seconds. She should have said click on the link, read the contract and then sign after you read it. She scheduled me for on boarding the next day at 2pm. I cancelled in writing and text message within 3 or 4 hours. It was the same business day. I did not onboard, nor did I take any leads or services whatsoever from setschedule. Reputable companies will not take $2,500 or $2,025 of your money without a time period to cancel and without completely making the buyer aware that all sales are final. That was not conveyed to me at all from the sales agent or the paperwork I signed. I expect a full refund.

I am a Realtor at a prominent real estate agency and seek local leads
As a Realtor, I sought local leads and engaged with Set Schedule, which promised viable solutions. They assured me of numerous leads in my high-value area, despite a private MLS system dominated by brokerages and Zillow. Trusting their claims, I paid and joined their lead program. The sign-up was quick via Zoom, with high-pressure sales tactics and little time to review the fine print on docusign. Hidden in the details was a no-refund policy. After over six months without a single lead, I requested a refund. They admitted to not fulfilling their contract but refused to refund, citing the policy. Their inability to access our private MLS at eastendli.com and lack of leads in my area, which they failed to disclose initially, demonstrates their deceptive and misleading sales approach.

I have attempted to contact the company several times to cancel the subscription
I have attempted to contact the company several times to cancel the subscription. I attempted to cancel prior to renewal but the software did not work. I don't use the system, it is a scam and the company has lied about their product. The promised verified, EXCLUSIVE leads. When I started the program I contacted 'leads' provided by the company that insisted the inquiry on their part was weeks old and that they had been contacted by as many as 8 agents, this is not exclusive and these leads were resold. Everyone of these 'leads' were angry to be contacted. I stopped subjecting myself to their verbal abuse and anger and stopped using the program. When I tried to cancel, the software did not process the cancellation request. I was billed another year. I started numerous requests to cancel and be refunded, stating that I hadn't used the product in months and months. In December, I answered the phone and accepted the call in error. It was an individual that was not a valid lead as they were not buying real property, they wanted to buy a mobile home in a mobile home park. That is not a valid, verified lead as promised by the company. I am a Realtor, I only sell REAL property. I never answered another call and was told that I could cancel the renewal one year later. I was lastly told that I would be contacted again that same day for the 12th time for no result but was never contacted. I've spent hours trying to get the entire renewal refunded to me to no avail. I've been lied to from the get go and have been billed two years. I want the renewal refunded in its entirety from March 2022. The final email I received said 'we're so happy you're with us another year'. I can't even log in as I've been blocked. I have nothing to show for hours of wasted time with this company.

I am learning this company is a scam
I am learning this company is a scam. I am a real estate broker and purchased this lead service. I paid $4000 up front for access to the leads for one year in addition to a 20% referral fee for every closed transaction. I was told by my sales rep that I would be guaranteed leads in my target area and if they were not able to provide that then they would refund me my money or partial refund. As part of my contract I was also entitled to 600 "data record" cold leads. There system is now making me pay for each of those leads individually. I have been told its a glitch in their system and have talked to 4 different techs over the last month and it is still not resolved. I was also told twice that a request has been put in to get me leads in my target area. It has been a month and a half and none of these glitches/issues have been resolved. Considering I paid for a year contract, a month and a half is a long time to be dealing with glitches and issues and not receiving leads. I understand there was no guarantee for the leads to actually close but I am physically not even receiving ANY leads to even call to try and close. Basically they took my $4,000 and now will not answer/return my calls. Oh, and lets also mention that after they wouldnt return my calls, I called my sales rep about my "growth team" not returning my calls. This is a direct quote - "Oh yeah, if you have any issues just call me. Those other people are from *** so they dont even know left from right"... What he didnt know is that I am part *** and I found that to be very offensive. I am all around disgusted with this company and would like a full refund. I have contacted my bank and they advised me to start with a consumer complaint and that if this doesnt work they will start the process to "charge back".

I'm a realtor with a prominent, well-known office
I'm a realtor with a prominent, well-known office. I received a text message asking if I was interested in taking on referrals and being part of a referral network for real estate sales. SetSchedule claimed that they have numerous qualified leads in my area that they needed help servicing. Their pitch was very smooth and they hard pressed me to join their sales network. They continuously sent me text messages stating that there were buyers looking for a realtor in my area. They also said that if I paid the $2400 I would be refunded a portion of the money per transaction, roughly $300 per transaction I handled. They stated that I needed to make this $2400 deposit in order to ensure that I would be active in my working with their leads in my area. I finally gave them $2400 and they proceeded to send me leads that are fake. As a matter of fact, I called on their so-called leads and occasionally I would get a reply via text stating that they are NOT interested in buying any property at all. These so-called leads who were advertised to me as buyers looking for realtors actually asked me to not contact them as they are not interested in buying anything or selling anything. Every single so-called lead that Set Schedule has sent me has been fake. Dead phone numbers, people who don't want me to call them, or just plain made up leads out of thin air. Meanwhile, they have continued to try and charge my account and my bank has contacted me and I have stopped them from being able to charge me further. When I looked up this company, Set Schedule on the Complaintsboard.com site, I see hundreds of realtors who have been scammed in an identical fashion for thousands of dollars each, some for as much as $8000. So I looked a little further, and the founder and CEO of the company has been convicted of financial crimes by the SEC. I have filed complaints with the authorities and the

This company charged my account $1650 that I did not authorize.1: I spoke with a rep on the phone
This company charged my account $1650 that I did not authorize.1: I spoke with a rep on the phone. He told me about the program. I was considering trying the program at the time. He sent me an agreement. I did not want to proceed with the agreement or the contract. I clicked on it, but didnt think anything was signed.2: Someone called me and said that I had signed a year contract and needed to pay. I said I had no interest in setting up a year contract with them and there must be some mistake.3: someone else called me and a supervisor got on the line. I said that I was not in a position to pay for a year, and had no interest in proceeding. The supervisor asked me if I would like to try the system for free with their pay per click program. He said that no charges would be deducted from my account unless I decided to except a lead. The leads range between $.99 and $10. He said its a good way to try the system without paying a lot of money upfront.4: I said sure. That sounds good. I gave him all of my personal information including a credit card to put on file. Right before I gave them the card number I asked one more time nothing is going to be charged today, correct? they said nothing will be charged They just need the card on file to set up the free account.5. That night I see a charge on my credit card for $1650. I did not authorize this charge. They robbed me. I tried calling the number back and the call could not be connected. It said the number had been disconnected or is no longer in service.6. Ive been trying to reach out to them constantly ever since with no luck. No one will call me back and no one will help me. This company is a scam. They promise multiple live connections to clients every day. Since Ive been a paid member now I have not received one live connection or one real lead. Its all fake. Its all a scam. Please request a recording of the conversation and a full refund. Its been very scary dealing with them.

Last year in December, entered into a contract with Set Schedule for services
Last year in December, entered into a contract with Set Schedule for services. Personally, we had a rough year with family. We made a few attempts to use the service in the first 6 months, but family matters prevented us from maximizing the service being offered. In November , one of the Set Schedule staff called me. I was excited because I needed to cancel the services and just hadn't done it yet. The conversation with the staff was light and they understood that I wasn't using the services and I no longer needed the service. Last week, I saw that Set Schedule had initiated a charge on my account. I was surprised as I had already spoken with someone about it. I tried calling Set Schedule that same day. I got no return call. I tried again the next day and also used the chat feature. I also tried email. No response. No response. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said they could not help me and that a return call would happen. It did not. I received another email today and hit reply. Asking again for the funds to be returned to my account as I did not agree to have services continue into the next year as I had spoken to someone in November about it. No one along the way said I needed to send an email to the billing department. I had been speaking and communicating with the sales staff. No one offered to direct me to the correct location. Instead, they ignored my request to cancel services and processed the charge for $1800 even though I was under the impression that I had communicated a cancelation in advance of the renewal After my phone call today, the person I spoke with said that they did not process my request and that my request for canceling was not routed to the billing department. They also informed me that I would not be issued a refund. I am asking for Set Schedule to correct the mistake made by them for not processing my cancelation request and to correct the error with a credit to by card or issuing a check.

I was sold a lead generation platform for me and my team of agents
I was sold a lead generation platform for me and my team of agents. I was told that we would have over 300 leads a month, and could get as many leads as we needed. We were signed up, set up with *** added to the desktop site and downloaded the app. Then, nothing. We were supposed to have "premium licenses" allowing my team members to set radar points in order to obtain lots of leads. It took me being a squeaky wheel, and the full month of January to get this to happen. Then, no leads. The very few leads that did trickle in were very unhappy people on the other line, and not the verified leads that SetSchedule sold us. Repeated emails and zoom calls with VAs in *** only let to the very common response by everyone: "I will reach out to our development team", or "I just sent a message to our development team". Same thing over and over. Even the person who so confidently sold this lead generating platform to me, disappeared. I was then told by (name not disclosed-Head of Development maybe?) I no longer needed to contact Rich and he would be my contact. He would request more information and get back to me, and here I am. I paid $14,392 for a year long contract, which was to provide my team with at least 30 leads a month per member and we are growing with a goal of 20 team members. So far we are 13, and we have only had 36 leads. We should have seen a minimum of *** in *** of 2022, total of 720 leads...much more than the 36 we have received, and of which are bad phone numbers, bad emails, angry people, and no one that even thinks they ever had any interest in buying or selling. I have been selling real estate for 26 years, have had my buyer team for 6 and am not a novice to the lead generation platforms out there. We thought we would try SetSchedule, because they did an amazing job selling this almost too good to be true lead service. I repeatedly tried to find a solution, but end up at the same dead end. :(

I received a phone call asking if I was looking for verified vetted leads both buyer and sellers interested in making a real estate transaction
I received a phone call asking if I was looking for verified vetted leads both buyer and sellers interested in making a real estate transaction. I said as a real estate agent I was always looking for potential business opportunities. I then was given the setschedule promotion sales pitch. On how their program could help build my business. I was also told that the leads are verified and vetted to be good leads. I was apprehensive they would provided as described but assured that if I sign up for the year I would be very satisfied.I have worked with other similar lead generation programs that provided a similar service and was able to make connections and also close transactions. Shortly after attempting to work with their leads I could see that the sales pitch and actual product did not perform as promised. I made several calls to attempt to end my contract and requested a refund to be told the contract was for one year subscription and to review the signed contract there is a no refund policy.I was told I needed to speak with their specialist for advice on how to make the program work. I was told at this time they pick up there leads from several of the large lead generation sites and these should be solid leads. I was asked to set up all the leads on a lead generation drip campaign and monthly newsletter to keep my name on the leads mind when they are actually ready to make a real estate transaction. After several of the coaching sessions I was told that when I signed up I also signed up for auto renewal of the plan. I told them I did not want auto renewal. The agent did say he could remove the auto renewal but there was no way to get a refund. I explained when I do actually speak with a lead I receive a very angry and upset person who ask why am I calling they have not asked for anyone to sell their property or not interested in making a purchase, and then told please do not call again. Setschedle appears to be based outside the *** and you have no recourse.

On December 1, I was called by a representative of Set Schedule, a real estate lead-generating company
On December 1, I was called by a representative of Set Schedule, a real estate lead-generating company. I told the representative on the phone that I was not interested in paying for leads because my past experience with other lead generating companies was that the leads were trash--the people were not verified sellers or buyers and nearly all had no idea why they were being contacted by a real estate agent. The Set Schedule representative told me their company was different and that they verified all leads by phone before sending them on to subscribing agents. He told me that unlike other lead generating companies, the contacts that will be forwarded to me will be people who have been vetted and truly are interested in real estate services, either buying or selling. I responded that only if that was absolutely true, might I be interested in their services. He told me it was absolutely true and that I would not be disappointed. I negotiated the price down to $1650/annually and signed my invoice. Well, long story short--they totally lied. Not only is their app pretty awful (and at one point, was not operable for about 5 days), but their leads are not verified. I watched their initial onboarding webinar, not because I needed help with their very basic app, but because I wanted to know why I wasn't getting any verified leads. Literally, the people they sent my way had no idea why they were being called--the exact scenario I had told them I wanted to avoid. I learned on the webinar that there are leads that they think might be interested in real estate based on things like social media activity, and there are supposedly verified leads (which show up slightly different on their app). I never get these and wonder if they even exist. My subscription gives me 100 leads a year, but they are all worthless and unverified. I want a refund for the remainder of the year and renewal cancelled. I contacted them; they keep trying to get me to take more webinars. Not what I need.

They showed no remorse in taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals like myself. After months of frustration and being unable to make a withdrawal, I stumbled upon "MULDELL LTD" professional assistance. They were an absolute game-changer! With their expertise, I was able to track down the scammers and retrieved my lost deposits and profits.
