So, I decided to call them twice, only to be kept on hold for long periods of time. The first time, I was on hold for 56 minutes before giving up and the second time, after an hour of waiting, I got a recording stating that they couldn't take my call as the mailbox was full.

As someone who is only 5'1", the table was supposed to be lowered as much as possible. Unfortunately, the lowest height still turned out to be three inches higher than my standard sewing table, causing some inconvenience. I tried to reach out to their customer service through several phone calls, but I didn't get any helpful response.
To remedy the issue, I bought a higher chair so that I could sew with my new machine without any difficulty. However, I found myself sitting on the edge of the chair, which eventually caused it to roll away from under me, leading to one unfortunate fall. Being 72 years old, falls could be dangerous to my health, so I couldn't continue using the new machine with that kind of risk.
Despite reaching out to the service guys multiple times, they were not helpful at all and one of them was even rude. This made my whole experience a complete nightmare. I have a degenerative disc disease which makes it even more challenging for me to use the machine. Although the sewing machine is excellent, I can't use it, and it's just sitting idle.
To add to my frustration, it took three long weeks of repeated phone calls before I could finally learn that the service guys didn't know what was wrong with my Servo motor error code. Eventually, a general sewing machine repairman in our area was able to fix it, and everything works fine now.
