Sharaf DG bad service

I visited sharaf dg deira city centre on 7.6.19 evening, 9pm. Selected one hp printer and then looking for a mobile for my wife, we got a gentleman explaining about samsung a50 model (we were uncomfortable with the smell from his cloths, while the person insisted to the same model to go for etc; where we went ahead and look for another few models as he assisted and we selected the same samsung model. I saw on smart watch in samsung but he mentioned "all watches are finished in last night!" any how we went ahead to pay the printer and samsung a50 where the real heroine appeared. She smartly taken the mobile and printer and went ahead to swipe the card, where I asked about the narrated foc items - she mentioned its out of stock and you have to come back after 3days to collect it. I cancelled the item then she advised us that 'if you dont want dont take!' the glorified seller shouldn't treat a customer like this. Will you expect a customer to be diverted towards a package of offer and without even informing - you are collecting money! Do you believe that a customer has no other choice than sharaf dg!
I thought about to meet customer service there - then don't want to waste time for nothing where some one might have monitoring the neatness of staff and communication etc; which I believe not there.

Sharaf DG delivery of items

On the 1st of April 2019, I decided to get all my appliances for my apartment from Sharaf DG. Everything went smoothly. And received some of the items on time as promised. Until more than thre weeks passed and I didn't receive 5 items. So i went on Monday 29th April 2019 to submit my complain and i was promised i will receive my items first week of May and i took one of the items which is the Home theatre. So i have pending 4 items (TV / Microwave / Toaster /Kettle) to be delivered in first week of May which is already more than on month later than the original delivery. I accepted and waited until i called the customer service on 6th of May to check and i was told i will receive it 7th of May after 12pm. AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED, so i called on the 7th with the customer service and i was told i will be contacted again. Waited three days and then called again and AGAIN NOTHING.
So i went to the store in City Center on 15th of May and was referred to the customer service where again i got the same reply (we will contact you).
I REALLY REGRET TO HAVE RELIED ON SHARAF DG bearing in mind that i wasted a lot of time expecting to receive the items which affected my working hours as well as having to following up for a SIMPLE TASK OF DELIVERY. All of this is affecting me finalizing my apartment since they are the items pending and i lost more than one customer to rent it due to YOUR RELUCTANCY. I have been dealing with Sharaf DG exclusively since i came to Bahrain and i AM SHOCKED of the way you treat loyal customers and I ONLY EXPECT A PROPER COMPENSATION FOR A MEMBER WHO WAS ALWAYS GOLD MEMBER.
I will only expect a reply through the email as apparently thats the only way where i can document any commitment i get from now on.

The worst customer service ever in Dubai for online shopping electronics

I prefer to deal with jumbo or Noon where they respect customers more

I would advise everyone to think thousand times before buying from Sharaf DG since I am sure that you will be screwed once they take you money

You are lucky if you get the product on time

You are lucky if refund is done to you your account

You are lucky if they answer your call with their poor customer service.

You are lucky if you get what you paid for

They are very poor in customer service

They do not deserve to be in Dubai

They are so poor in all areas

Imagine ordering a product and you did not get any update

Believe me so many competitors are much better than Sharaf DG

Congratulation Sharaf DG, you are the worst in Dubai Market...!

Inspite of that i refused the 100 AED Voucher and now i am requesting for at least the money i spend 480 AED.

The management refused to accept thier mistake and also say that voucher is above what i expect

I will raise it again Sgaraf DG to the consumer right as well as to the concern economic department in country to take the right action and correct the miss up caused by Sharaf DG

This is unprofessional way to deal with loyal customers as welk as it is not accepted at all since it was not my fault at all

All the screenshoots are attached as a proof

Recommended all customers to be careful since i have been screwed because of your poor cystomer service delay in delivery and un estimated faluts from Sharaf DG

I got a call from a person saying that only 100 AED can be given and i refused to accepted.

Think about the customer service, you pushed me to rough by your poor unprofessional service to loyal customers 3 years old

☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

Simply that was my experience and i need my right fully to be compensated ...!

amount is paid and all is set waiting only the product to be delivered

i got a message on last Tuesday 14-5-2019, that item is shipped and expected same day or maximum next day delivery

till today 21-5-2019 i have not received even a call although all the details mentioned clearly on the order number : #W1072302.

time is money and i had to send this item as a gift for my mother on a special occasion

i already missed the flight on Wednesday since i had not got the product and also on Thursday where it was supposed to reach Egypt

In the mean time i visited the store of time square and purchased the item and paid cash for it and asked the person to cancel and refund the amount paid from Egypt side to the same credit card number paid with

See how much poor is your follow up and your service customer, no proper follow up no email no calls, nothing

I was forced to go and purchase the product 2 times to save time which you do not understand

i am totally upset and frustrated from he way i had been handled

Where 3-4 times i call the call center and they told that i will get the product on time,

I need a call back soon as possible from your management and i need to be compensated for your poor customer service taking in consideration that i am loyal customer since 4 years and that is the reason i went back to Sharaf Dj store and i bought the item from it although i was screwed and frustrated from your bad customer service

Believe me i am not that type of customer but i am already disappointing if neglected as a customer

it is very east to raise a case online against you with all evidence and recording in Consumer right Department as well as Economic department to get my right, i had missed my flight as well as i missed the occasion to get the gift to Egypt ...!

Sharaf DG samsung cyan toner

This is very frustrating on how Sharaf DG Ibn Battuta is doing fraud to customers. I personally purchased there samsung toners and returned the CYAN one because its defective, its messing everything when we print in the office. I even have a video of it and I gave them a copy of what I printed. I returned the toner after 2 days, they asked me to wait for almost over 2 weeks, they sent me a message that it was sent for repairs. I went to Sharaf DG Ibn Battuta to collect it and it's still the same. Shame on you guys, how can you lie to customer and how can you sell defective toner? No customer wants to buy a defective toner, is there really someone who is checking on it. It's more acceptable If a cheap shop will do this but not like you with a name in the market.
They are reasoning out that they don't have warranty for toners. That is very unacceptable! I think no company wants to purchase a defective products, it's a waste of money. It's like you are giving money for nothing. No one even care about it. I think the one you gave us is fake. 3 originals and one fake.

Sharaf DG mi tv set up box

This is to bring to the notice of whosoever handles the compalint sections. I have ordered a MI TVset up box and was facing the problem with the box.. I have submitted the Set Up Box to Sharaf DG

I am constantly trying to chase the Technical Team vis Customer Service Department but all in vain. I have called customer service multiple times but I did not received any call back. Only after so much frustation and discussion with the customer service team, somebody from Sharaf try to reach out to me and he/she just gave 5 rings and cut the phone by the time I was able to pick. Then after that there was no call back. I again tried to reach out to CS team but again they have the same saga. That Pathetic.
I want the refund and dont wish to ever deal with sharaf DG in Future. It is the worst service I have ever seen. Even 5 yrs back Companies have better service than what in the current era where CS is the key for succeess, Sharaf DG is nowhere.

Sharaf DG cyan samsung toner

I am really frustrated on how people lied to customers in this branch. They sold me defective samsung toner, I gave it back after a day, they said we will call you after 15 days, we waited, they sent message that they have given it repairs. When i came back, they did not do anything. This is very frustrating for a company like Sharaf DG, very unbelievable that they sold defective with no repairs. It's a real fraud. You cant even do anything,

Sharaf DG oppo reno bundle

I couldn't participated the survey due to some reason and busy schedule of The month of Ramadan.
However I am very disappointed upon OPPO RENO BUNDLE offered by the sales team at Deira City Center and my positive opinion changed about Sharaf DG from a very Happy & Satisfied customer for more than 3 years to disappointed customer.
I am giving my feedback not to penalize someone but to compensate over discreditable offer.

Sharaf DG unauthorized credit card charges

Order #EG10289, Date of incident was 11/5/2019
i went to Sharaf Dg the big store at mall of Egypt to bring LG Split Air Conditioner 3 Ton S4-Q24KE3A2, and i was at the store and i did the transaction online as to be paid on 12 installment without any interest. I did the transaction by the assistance of one of the staff of Sharaf Dg and he goes with me step by step and i did it.
On 21/5/2019, i called the national bank of Egypt to confirm that the transaction was on 12 installment and here was the problem, the bank told me that the transaction with amount 14300 LE was taken from my credit card full deduction and not installment and it will be due on 25, i was shocked. Imagine if i didn't call the bank, i will be at jail because of your error . i went to the store they told me 3 scenarios, the first one that it will be refunded back and make it once more, the other one that don't worry it will be solved next day, the third one we can't cancel the transaction.
I went home don't understand anything, and on the next day there was nothing new and my due date is so close. The store manger told me that the error was at Sharaf Dg system also they postponed to me to deliver the product even your money is with you and i took a vacation to deliver the product. Sharaf Dg didn't care about customer time and worries just its money and this is not accepted from your store.
I was before at Careffour and when i had a poblem, they refunded me Voucher with 500 also gave me electric kettle. At Sharaf the only solution which i chosed is to be paid ti the bank the commission and i will deal with the bank directly . That is very simple to you to waste the customer time and trust. I had told to all my friends not to dael with you anymore also there is no refund from your side for the customer stratification.

Sharaf DG htc evo used 3 months only

Reference Ticket 1685230
I have htc evo sent since half of its screen is black still responsive. I did research & saw lot of users of the same phone experienced the same after only few months. Sent the phone for repair on 21April2019. Was told only 19May2019 the phone has hardware issue and out of warranty. Promised to have udate withing 15working days and receibed none. Lack of update, misdiagnosis and delay should be enough to waive off the repair fee.

Sharaf DG medea padestal fan

Last year in April, I purchased a MEDEA pedestal fan from SharafDG store in Times Square Dubai.
Very frustratingly, the equipment become faulty three times in a span of 3-4 months, and has been in the repair shop more than 4 months altogether during the year. During this period, the warranty period is also expired.

When I was handing over the equipment for repair in February 2019 in SharafDG Time Square branch, I specifically mentioned the staff that I would not accept a repair, rather I needed a replacement of the equipment, or otherwise I want my money back.

I am highly disappointed to see such a poor quality of this product which is sold through SharafDG store.

I would like SharafDG management to take necessary action on this case and provide me a replacement of the fan.

Sharaf DG online delivery

Hello Sharaf DG,

I received my order today about 3pm which was quite a good turn around for online orders from Sharaf DG.

Unfortunately, I only got to check the order about 23.20pm to see what was in the bundle offer I received. Upon checking the packaging, I was able to see the Sony PS4 Slim Gaming Console 1TB Black box, Extra Controller but not the Charging Station as advertised.

On the advert I saw online, the 3 items +FiFa game was a bundle, but mine has not been delivered as such.

Thankfully, the 2 boxes I received is still intact- seal unbroken so I cannot even guarantee the FIFA game is inside.

I went to your store at Sharjah Mega Mall to complain to customer service but I was advised the order was sent to me from Safeer Mall so the lady couldn't assist me. I'm not sure if I missed a paragraph on my online receipt stating the store to dispatch my order. Anyways, this was 23.45pm by the time I got to Safeer Mall it was 23:55pm and the shutter was half shut. The security man advised I could not enter to make any complaints at that time.

Honestly, the only reason for ordering online from the comfort of my living room was to avoid coming to the store and I put my full confidence in your competence at Sharaf DG that online orders paid in full will be treated with the same professionalism as being in the store. I wouldn't have walked out of the store without checking all items was in my shopping bag.

My online experience and purpose has been ruined and the purpose and surprise element for the products for my son has been ruined at the same time. NOW I HAVE TO KEEP RUNNING FROM STORE TO STORE TO ALSO GET THIS RESOLVED.

I'd like to see how this issue is handled by Sharaf DG.. I don't want to go by the reviews I've read but want to document my personal experience with online orders from Sharaf DG. I HOPE I WON'T BE let down by YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE .

I end this in a positive note for now.

Sharaf DG customer service

I purchased 2 smartwatches online as a gift through sharaf dg and was assured delivery within 2 to 5 working days.

Its been more than that and still no contact from sharf dg regarding the delivery. Every time I call the customer care or chat with them online I get a vague reply that the back end team will contact when the order is processed.

This was supposed to be a gift to be given on 17th and till today no followups or calls from their team.

Extremely disappointed with the kind of service they offer. Will never again shop from sharaf dg online or its stores. Pathetic service

Sharaf DG stazplay free subscription

Almost a week ago i purchased a SDG membership, i called your call center on how to avail of the free starzplay. They told me that i would recieve a new user name and password but until now nothing came. Today i called again ( 5th time), one of your not so nice call agent guy told me to reset my password using my SDG credential ( [protected]@yahoo.com) but they were asking me to update my payment details. As i told ur agent several times that this email id is the same as my old acct in Starzplay which is already deactivated. Attached is the screenshot of the payment update starzplay required. Please Fix this issue and dont let me feel that im begging for this service.

Sharaf DG dishonest retailer

I purchased a Candy Washing Machine / Drier from the Muscat City Center on Thursday 25/04/19 with the condition that it would be delivered on or before 29/04/19. The salesman assured me that it would be delivered on either the 28th or 29th. Having cancelled appointments and social arrangements to be available for the promised delivery it did not arrive. I visited the store at 1300hrs on the 29th concerned that I had not been given any delivery time and was assured by staff that the machine was being delivered that afternoon.
This morning I will take my case to Consumer Protection as this company is dishonest from the beginning. They are taking payment for items they do not have and making false statements regarding delivery. Staff are dishonest to your face and will say anything to make a sale and take your payment. My advise is to avoid making any purchases from this company. Their advertising that "If we don't have it, you get it free" is also dishonest.

Sharaf DG macbook air

Really bad service, starting with manager of the branch that according to me don't know what she's doing. but the worst the the call center I called to raise a complaint related to the product I buy from Shafe DG but the complaint not regesterd in the system than I raise a new complaint until now, I am surre that if i call again me first and second complaint will not be regesterd. What i bad serice, not did only but there is issue in my new Macbook Air charger.
This the first happen to me that i deall with Shafe DG and every thing really bad.

Sharaf DG mobile screen card

I visited to Sharaf DG Burjuman Center outlet for put a mobile screen protector for my I phone X.When I cheked in, I asked the guy who assisted me in the outlet.
I Waited morthan 20 minutes for billing counter because the system was offline.From the staff there was no response while the customers waited a long.
Once it done the guy who deal with me he started to put the screen protector.But he unable to do that.The screen protector was damaged while installing, then he asked me to go to the customer service for refund to get new item which he have to do for me.
Again he tried to install another one but again he maid damaged the screen protector.
Till the time I waited more than 1 hr in the outlet for a screen protector installation(which is not taking 5 minutes in the outside local shores).
I totally disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff.I called the manager, he came and without asking anything to me he said that the item is not good we will refund it.
I was wondering that what kind of customer service they do have.
I request to Sharaf DG that please give proper training to the staffs and managers to deal with the customers.

Sharaf DG non delivery of my order

I have ordered (w1007066) 5 nos of watches 22nd Nov 2018 and i Made a payment aginst my purchase Invoice, till now the sharaf DG is not delivered my purchase Items and i am not received any proper respond from them. for this i am waiting more than e 5 month more and more but nothing happened.

Today i am writing my last email to sharaf DG to deliver my goods by 25th March 2018 or else i will complain to Commercial affairs sectors - Consumer rights and file the case against to sharaf DG and claim compensation

Sharaf DG unethical behaviour.

Dear Mr/Mrs:

On date 4/3/2019 we bought a laptop model (Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptop core i7 1.8GHZ 4GB 2TB 4GB DOS 15.6 inch FHD Platinum Grey) from the sales representative MR Ahmed Samih ID no.[protected] at Sharaf DG Egypt branch who didn't check the laptop in the store before we left and he told us that we can exchange the laptop within 14 days if there's anything wrong with the laptop.

Afterwards, we recognized just after unsealing the laptop box that there's a problem with the touch pad, which is that it looks very loose, therefore we went to the store to check with MR karim Mosaad Customer care executive ID no. [protected] and MR Ibrahim Bahaa team leader of customer care service ID no. [protected].

Then, we carried out a comparison with another laptop of the same model and we found out that our touchpad is actually tremendously loose unlike the others. However, the reaction of the customer service was unpleasant as they refused to exchange the laptop within the duration of exchange period.
They insisted to make a technical report from Lenovo Company in order to make the decision
Therefore, we made a complain at the store customer care ticket ID no. 44861 on date 7/3/2019. On Date 12/3/2019 the store contacted us for receiving our laptop without exchanging it or fixing the problem mentioned and this is because the Lenovo support didn't recognize the loosely touchpad.

On the other hand, we discussed the issue with Mr Mohamed Hamdy the assistant manager of the store ID no. 1500008 and the branch manager who didn't even care to come and discuss with us the problem he is called MR Mansour Gaber ID no. 1500006. Mr Mohamed Hamdy told us that he is unable exchange the laptop and he didn't even care about our complain to the central management in Dubai. Therefore, we are introducing our complain about this issue despite their uncaring behavior in Egypt Branch and this behavior would have an enormous impact on your brand's reputation and affect the future customers who would be willing to purchase from your store.

Finally, I hope you would take this situation in your consideration and apply the customer satisfaction rules and to have an impact on your fellow workers to help us in solving this problem.

Sharaf DG samsung washing

I paid for samsung washing machine in abu dhabi mall 2 days ago. It was to be delivered today but samsung informed it is out of stock. When asked for refund, they replied, I have to contact sharaf dg.

Note that I had paid through debit card.
I had asked for official email from samsung then I will decide what I will do.

Of course, I will not visit sharaf dg for any refund. Its not my fault.

Sharaf DG microwave oven whirlpool mwo611sl

I purchased the above product in March 2018 from Sharaf DG in Deira City Centre. (Invoice Ref. Number: BP/D01/04062/160318/00001). In January 2019 it stopped heating. I cantacted Sharaf DG in Deira Centre and was advised to give it in any Sharaf DG in UAE for repair/replacement as it is still under warranty. I gave it for repair at Sharaf DG in Mega Mall Sharjah on 12-01-2019. (Ticket ID-1374482). I collected it back 3 days ago and when I used it today, we found that the problem has not been rectified and has been returned to me in the same condition. With difficulty I took it to your store in Sharjah (I live 25 Km away from Sharjah city) and it has been returned to me without proper repairs. I am very disappointed about it. I have been a regular customer of Sharaf DG. I contacted your store on the toll free number and explained my problem. I have been asked to take it to the customer service again. This is not fair. I am going out of station for a week. On my return I will give it back for repairs. Please get it repaired properly or replace the unit at the earliest.
