I am super displeased with SheetMusicPlus. It has been a month since I purchased a tiny book of Scriabin compositions and I haven't heard anything about when I will receive my order. This feels ridiculous to me. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to keep your customers informed? I sent them an email asking for information about my order, but all they could tell me was that it was on back order by the publisher. Why didn't they tell me that a month ago?! This is a prime example of wasting both my time and money. Honestly, who has a month to wait for one little book. It's just ridiculous.

In my opinion, SheetMusicPlus is lacking in communication and customer service. It's disappointing to have to wait so long for something that should be simple to deliver. I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of their control, but they could've at least kept me informed about my order. It's frustrating to feel like I'm in the dark about something that I've already paid for.

Overall, I would not recommend SheetMusicPlus to anyone looking for timely delivery and updates regarding their orders. If you're okay with waiting for an unknown amount of time to receive your purchase, then this might be the place for you. But if not, I suggest finding another supplier for your sheet music needs.

Ordered from SheetMusicPlus twice now and both times have had issues with delivery. They pointed the finger at the USPS and didn't offer any real solutions for the delayed delivery. It's frustrating that they don't stand behind their product. I ordered on December 2nd, but still haven't received it as of December 19th. When I contacted customer service, all they told me was to try another distributor. Disappointing experience all around.

Yo dudes, lemme tell ya bout my terrible experience with this webshop called SheetMusicPlus. I was tryin to buy some real nice sheet music, spendin a pretty penny on it too. So, of course, I reached out to SheetMusicPlus to try and rectify the situation. But, wouldn't ya know it, they refused to give me a refund and didn't offer any other solution to my problem. I mean, c'mon now. That ain't how ya treat customers and musicians who are tryin' their best to learn and play a piece of music that means somethin' to them.

All I'm sayin' is, if you want to avoid any potential headaches and disappointments, don't rely on SheetMusicPlus as your go-to source for sheet music. There are plenty of other options out there that'll treat ya right and won't leave ya high and dry when things don't go as planned. Trust me on this one.

To make matters worse, even though they had canceled my order, they had not refunded my payment, which meant that I had to chase after them to try and get my money back.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with SheetMusicPlus was a major disappointment. I would have appreciated more communication and transparency about why my order was canceled and the allegation of fraud was made against me. While I understand that there may be certain policies and procedures in place to prevent fraudulent purchases, I think it is important to treat customers with respect and provide them with clear explanations and justifications for any actions taken against them.

SheetMusicPlus has been a bit of a hassle for me. I've been waiting on my order for seven months now and they haven't offered a refund at all. They keep blaming the publisher for the delay.

I was happy when they finally gave me an update today, but it was "notification" of shipping from the publisher. Basically, they were making sure to tell me that it's not their fault if it takes eight weeks to arrive to my remote location in Canada. It's funny because I've gotten scores from Japan or France before and they only took two days to arrive. Can you believe the excuses they're giving me?

Honestly, SheetMusicPlus is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. They're absolutely rubbish and I don't recommend shopping with them.

The first order was especially troublesome as it was shipped to the wrong zip code. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to wait an additional 25 days for it to finally arrive at my doorstep.

Unfortunately, my second order hasn't even arrived yet and it's already been 26 days since it was shipped. Even worse, it was shipped to the same incorrect zip code as the first order. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated with this situation and have waited over a month since the date of purchase to receive my order.

In light of these issues, I strongly advise against purchasing from SheetMusicPlus. It's not worth the hassle and frustration that comes with dealing with their poor shipping practices.
