Musicnotes Mixed Feelings - A Personal Perspective on Musicnotes

As someone deeply passionate about music, I have had a mixed experience with Musicnotes. While the vast selection of sheet music is impressive, the quality and accuracy of transcriptions have been inconsistent. Customer service responsiveness has been lacking, leaving me frustrated at times. The pricing structure, especially with the Pro subscription, can be misleading and not always cost-effective. However, the convenience of immediate digital downloads and the ability to transpose music have been lifesavers. Despite its flaws, Musicnotes remains a go-to resource for many musicians, including myself, for its accessibility and diverse range of music offerings.

Musicnotes No support

I have used music notes for several years with no problems. Over the past few months every time I try to enter my payment it says either the card number or the expiration date is wrong when they are clearly correct. I have wasted countless hours on this. And they have NO customer service!

Musicnotes Disappointing Customer Service and Hidden Charges from Musicnotes.com

So, I downloaded the free version of the Musicscore app from the iStore and was enjoying it for about a month. Then, out of nowhere, I was charged $15.00! I was so confused and frustrated, especially because when I tried to call Musicnotes.com, no one picked up the phone. I had to leave a message, but even after leaving two messages, no one called me back. It was so annoying!

Finally, I decided to send an email to them, hoping that they would be able to help me out. Unfortunately, they refused to remove the charge, which left me with no other option but to contact my credit card company. It was such a hassle and I was so disappointed with Musicnotes.com.

I don't think I'll ever deal with them again. It's just not worth the headache. I wish they had better customer service and were more transparent about their charges. It's really frustrating to be blindsided like that.

Musicnotes Disappointing Limits on Musicnotes Premium Subscription Credits

I saw an ad for Musicnotes and thought their premium subscription sounded like a great deal. They promised 12 credits to use towards sheet music, which seemed like a good way to save some money. However, I quickly discovered that the credits could only be used for very basic arrangements that normally cost around $5.00. Any of the sheet music I actually wanted was not eligible for the credits.

Honestly, I felt like I had wasted my time and money on the subscription. Even the simple arrangements that were credit eligible would have been cheaper to purchase individually. It was frustrating to feel like I had been misled by the advertising.

Overall, I would not recommend Musicnotes' premium subscription. It may seem like a good deal at first, but the limitations on the credits make it a poor value. If you're looking for sheet music, it's better to just purchase what you want individually.

Musicnotes Disappointing Experience with Musicnotes: Incorrect Transposition and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Musicnotes for a transposed score of "if I can help somebody" to be used in my church. The original score was in E flat, but I requested it to be transposed to B-flat. However, to my surprise, they sent me a score that was transposed UP instead of DOWN. I mean, who can sing those high notes? It was quite frustrating, to say the least.

When I reached out to them for a corrected score, they seemed surprised that I wanted it transposed DOWN and said it would take two weeks because it would have to be done by hand. I was disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. It's been a while now, and I still haven't received the corrected copy.

Overall, I would not recommend using this company. Their mistake caused a lot of inconvenience and delay, and their customer service was not up to par. I hope they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar situations.

Musicnotes Musicnotes Review: Decent Sheet Music Website with Outdated Apps

Musicnotes is a website that offers sheet music for all kinds of instruments. Their apps are not the best, though. They are outdated and don't have many features that other apps have. For example, you can't set a zoom level for your sheet music. This can be frustrating if you need to see the notes more clearly. Another issue is that you can't select where to begin playback from. You can only start playback from the beginning of the song or from the start of a page. This can be a problem if you need to practice a specific section of the song.

However, Musicnotes does have one advantage over their competitors. Some artists exclusively make their scores available through them. This means that if you want to play a certain song, you might have to go through Musicnotes to get the sheet music. But, if you don't need to play a specific song, there are other websites that are better in every other way.

Overall, Musicnotes is a decent website for sheet music, but their apps need some work. If you need to play a specific song that is only available through them, then it might be worth using their website. But if you don't need to play a specific song, there are better options out there.

Musicnotes Musicnotes.com Review: High Prices and Limited Printing Options

Musicnotes is a website that offers sheet music for purchase. However, the prices are quite high and you are only able to print one copy of the sheet music that you have purchased. If you need additional copies, you will have to pay extra. This is not a good deal at all! I have found other websites that offer the same features, but at a much more affordable price. Additionally, these websites allow you to change the key of the song before you print it out. This is a great feature that musicnotes.com does not offer.

As a music teacher, I am constantly purchasing sheet music for my students. I have found that musicnotes.com is not the best option for me. I only purchase from them if I cannot find a piece of music anywhere else, including international sites. This is because the prices are just too high and the restrictions on printing and copying are too limiting.

Overall, I would not recommend musicnotes.com to anyone who is looking for affordable sheet music. There are other websites out there that offer the same features, but at a much better price. If you are a music teacher or a musician who needs to purchase sheet music on a regular basis, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Musicnotes Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues at Musicnotes Store

I've been a loyal Pro member of Musicnotes for quite some time now, and I've always enjoyed using their services. However, I've been experiencing a persistent issue with their store for over a month now, and despite my best efforts to reach out to their customer service department, I haven't received any satisfactory response.

Whenever I try to access the store, all I get is a spinning 1/4 note that never seems to go away. It's been incredibly frustrating, and I've tried everything I can think of to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with Musicnotes have been met with nothing but silence.

To make matters worse, I was recently accused of using profanity by a customer service representative named Tim. I was shocked and offended by this accusation, as I've always been respectful and polite in my interactions with Musicnotes. I asked Tim to review all of our correspondences and emails to see that I had not used any profanity, but all I got in response was a curt message telling me to "respect our employees."

I'm sorry, but I feel like I deserve a little respect myself. As a paying customer, I think it's only fair that I should be able to voice my frustrations when I'm not getting the service I need. I've tried calling and emailing Musicnotes multiple times, but I haven't received any satisfactory response. I even left a voice mail for Tim Reiland, the CFO of the company, but I haven't heard back from him either.

It's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm not being heard or taken seriously by Musicnotes. I understand that customer service can be a difficult job, but I don't think it's too much to ask for a little bit of empathy and understanding. I hope that Musicnotes will take my concerns seriously and work to resolve the issue I'm experiencing with their store. Until then, I'm afraid I can't recommend their services to anyone else.

Musicnotes Musicnotes: Your One-Stop Shop for Sheet Music and More!

Musicnotes is a great website for all your sheet music needs. They have a huge library of songs that range from Christmas carols to classical music to even TV show theme songs. It's not just limited to piano and guitar music either, they have sheet music for less popular instruments like the organ and mandolin.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they even have an android app that you can use to access your sheet music on the go. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if they have an app for Apple products, but I'm sure they do. The app syncs with your account so you can easily access and play your sheet music right off your phone.

The only downside to Musicnotes is that they charge you multiple times to reprint your music. So, if you print your music, make sure to photocopy it and keep it safe. That way, you won't have to pay extra just to reprint it.

Before you visit Musicnotes, it's always a good idea to check and see if other sites offer the sheet music you want for free. Why pay five bucks for Moonlight Sonata when other sites just give it to you?

Overall, Musicnotes is a great website for all your sheet music needs. They have a huge library of songs and even an app to make it easier to access your sheet music on the go. Just make sure to keep your printed music safe to avoid having to pay extra to reprint it.

Musicnotes Disappointing App and Limited Functionality: My Experience with Musicnotes

So, I gotta say, I'm not sure what all these other reviews are talking about. I ordered some digital copies from Musicnotes and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mixed bag. My main issue was with the app - it's just not great. I mean, it DOES NOTHING! I can't even change the midi playback engine, which is just ridiculous. Who thought that was a good idea? I mean, seriously, they should be sent to jail or something. Or maybe back to an asylum for some mental reevaluation.

And even if I try to install a midi playback engine mapper, the app and the site just refuse to use it. So I'm stuck listening to this horrible toyish windows midi and playing back with accompaniment just sounds like a joke. And don't even get me started on CoolSoft - that doesn't work either.

Honestly, these digital copies should at least have the option to export into a midi file. But nope, you can't do that either. And the app is just so useless. It offers little to nothing. I had more fun printing my score using Adobe than I did using the Musicnotes app.

And what's with all these supposed monthly updates? The app functionality is still as dead as a ghost town. I'm not asking for a major overhaul or anything, but being locked out of basic midi function options like these is just wrong.

I don't know if I'll be making any more purchases from Musicnotes after this experience. It's just not worth it.

Musicnotes Frustrating Experience with Musicnotes: Technical Difficulties and Disappointing Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Musicnotes that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I attempted to download some sheet music using Firefox and Safari, but was met with a pop-up stating that the site was experiencing technical difficulties with these internet explorer apps. I followed all of the instructions for Mac users to resolve the problem, but none of them seemed to work. I was unable to download my music order, and my printer display kept stating that it was either "In use" or "Off Line".

I tried everything I could think of to fix the problem. I unplugged both my computer and printer, deleted the printer from my WiFi network, downloaded a new setup from HP, and installed it. HP's downloaded setup app said it recognized my printer and was connected to my WiFi network, but could not enable it to print due to something in the printer's que blocking further printing. Prior to attempting to print this Musicnotes order, the printer worked perfectly. It was only after this episode that it would no longer print anything, from Musicnotes or any other document from any other source, unrelated to Musicnotes.

I was frustrated and upset by this experience, and it ultimately led me to replace my 3-month old HP computer with a new one. I couldn't believe that a "technical problem with Firefox and Safari" could cause so much trouble and inconvenience.

When I reached out to Musicnotes for help, their response was less than satisfactory. They simply said, "we can cancel your purchase." While I appreciate that they were willing to cancel my order, I was hoping for a more helpful and proactive response. As someone who works in customer service, I know that a positive experience can go a long way in building customer loyalty and satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience with Musicnotes left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is considering using Musicnotes to be aware of the potential technical difficulties they may encounter. While the site may offer a wide selection of sheet music, it's not worth the hassle and frustration if you're unable to download your order. I hope that Musicnotes will take steps to improve their customer service and technical support in the future, so that others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.

Musicnotes Review: Musicnotes.com - A Comprehensive Library of Sheet Music Online

Musicnotes.com is a great website for anyone who loves music and wants to have access to a huge library of sheet music online. The website has a lot of pros, including one of the biggest libraries of sheet music online, great software for changing keys, and songs that keep up with the latest hits. However, there are also some cons to using this website, such as some older music being harder to follow and sometimes the music itself having wrong keys written in.

Despite these cons, Musicnotes.com is still a very comprehensive library of music that is perfect for anyone who needs to quickly find a song for an audition or print out a song for a family holiday. The website is very user-friendly and has a basic interface that makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

When purchasing a song from Musicnotes.com, the process can be a bit time-consuming, but it is still easy enough for anyone to do. You simply log into your account, pick the song you want, and then pay for it with PayPal or by entering your credit card information.

Once you have purchased the song, you may need to download the Musicnotes software so that you can listen to the song and change the key if you like. This is a great feature for anyone who is learning music and doesn't have time to get a pianist or just wants to look the music over.

The software actually plays the sheet music in whatever key you want, so you can listen to it a couple of times or record it on your phone and use it to practice. When you are ready to print the music, you can only print it one time, and if you need to print it again, you will have to pay extra.

There have been times when I have printed music out and then had a pianist look at me in confusion at a couple of measures. So if it's something important, I would recommend having someone who knows what they are doing look it over.

Overall, Musicnotes.com is a great website for anyone who loves music and wants to have access to a huge library of sheet music online. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician, this website has something for everyone. So go ahead and download "Let It Go" like the rest of the country, or find that perfect song for your next audition or family holiday. Happy caroling!

Musicnotes Musicnotes Review: Great Selection, But Room for Improvement in Sheet Music Size and Customer Service

Musicnotes is a website where you can get sheet music for all your favorite songs. The website is easy to use and has a wide selection of music to choose from. However, there are a few issues that I have encountered while using the website.

Firstly, the sheet music is often in a size that is too small to read at arms length. This can be frustrating when you are trying to play a song and have to constantly move closer to the sheet music to see the notes. It would be great if Musicnotes could offer an option to print the sheet music in a larger size.

Secondly, I had an issue with a product that I purchased from Musicnotes. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a condescending response that made me feel like I was the one at fault. The representative suggested a work around solution for the issue, but it felt like they were blaming me for a systemic issue with the product.

Despite these issues, I still use Musicnotes for my sheet music needs. The website is easy to navigate and has a great selection of music. I just wish that they would address the issues with the sheet music size and customer service.

Musicnotes Disappointing Membership and Sneaky Tactics: My Musicnotes Review

Musicnotes is a website that lets you buy sheet music for your favorite songs. But let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. I signed up for their membership, thinking I could get all the popular songs I wanted, but boy was I wrong. Apparently, those songs aren't "eligible" for purchase with my membership. What a bummer! It's like I wasted my money on a subscription that doesn't even give me what I want.

And don't even get me started on the fact that they force you to buy "multiple" digital copies of the same song. Like, why? I only need one copy, thank you very much. It's just a sneaky way for them to make more money off of us unsuspecting customers.

Overall, I have to say that Musicnotes is a pretty disappointing website. They don't give you what you want, and they try to squeeze every penny out of you with their multiple copy nonsense. Save your money and look for sheet music elsewhere.

Musicnotes Unfair Pricing Practices at Musicnotes: My Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience with Musicnotes that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I was looking to purchase a single piece of sheet music, which had a list price of $5.79. However, when I went to check out, I noticed that the price had magically turned into $7.79. I was a bit confused, as I hadn't added anything else to my cart or made any changes to my order.

To make matters worse, I noticed that there was no tax or shipping fee added to my order. It seemed like Musicnotes had just added an extra $2 to the price of the sheet music, hoping that I wouldn't notice the bump.

I was pretty upset about this, and decided to report the issue to my state's consumer affairs office. I also wanted to share my experience with others, and suggest that they do the same if they've had a similar experience with Musicnotes.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Musicnotes. While I understand that prices can fluctuate, I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. I hope that Musicnotes will take steps to address this issue and ensure that their customers are treated fairly.

Musicnotes Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Musicnotes

So, I was trying to get my hands on some sheet music from Musicnotes. I wanted it to be transposed, so I paid for it and downloaded it. But, when I opened it up, I realized that it was in the wrong key! I was pretty upset about it, so I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out.

Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful at all. I asked for a correct download, but they refused to give it to me. They didn't even offer me a refund or try to make things right in any way. I was really disappointed with their lack of effort and customer service.

Overall, I don't think I'll be using Musicnotes again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration that comes with dealing with their customer service team.

Musicnotes Musicnotes Review: False Promises and Hidden Fees - Not Worth Your Time or Money

So, I bought some music from Musicnotes, but I had some trouble downloading it. I was pretty frustrated, but then I saw that they had a "pro" subscription that promised free PDF versions of the sheet music I had just purchased. I thought that sounded like a good deal, so I signed up for it.

But when I went to download the sheet music, I was surprised to see that I had to pay even more for the "free" PDF. I felt like I had been tricked, and I was really disappointed. I don't think it's fair for a website to promise something for free and then make you pay for it anyway.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using Musicnotes. There are plenty of other websites out there that are more honest and straightforward. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Musicnotes Musicnotes.com's "CAMPFIRE" Promo: A Scam or Just Insulting?

So, I was checking out Musicnotes.com and they had this promo called "CAMPFIRE..." where you could get 10 songs for $1.50 each. But if you ordered all 10, you'd get two free for the price of $18.99. I mean, seriously? Why would I pay an extra $0.99 when I could just buy all 12 for $18.00? It's like they think we're all a bunch of dummies or something. It's insulting, really. I was so mad that I "UNSCRIBED" from their site. I mean, come on Musicnotes, get it together. Good luck to everyone else out there dealing with this nonsense.

Musicnotes Disappointing Experience with Musicnotes: Poor Quality Sheet Music and No Customer Support

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Musicnotes. I was looking to get my hands on some sheet music and decided to give them a shot. I paid full price for what I thought was going to be a quality product, but boy was I wrong. The sheet music I received was a total joke - it was like a child had edited the first movement. I was so disappointed and frustrated that there was no way to contact them to try and resolve the issue.

I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with Musicnotes either. After doing some research, I found that there are tons of other people out there who have had similar issues. It's really disappointing to see a company that's supposed to be all about music and helping people enjoy it, treating their customers so poorly.

I'm definitely going to be calling American Express to try and get my money back. I never thought I'd have to play this kind of game, but it seems like it's the only way to get any kind of resolution. I just hope that other people out there can avoid the same kind of frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

Musicnotes Musicnotes Review: Small Sheet Music & Difficult Scrolling

from Musicnotes.

I recently tried out Musicnotes and I have to say, the tab is alright. However, there are a few issues that I encountered while using the website. Firstly, the sheet music is quite small and it can be difficult to read without squinting. Alternatively, there is an option to view a larger portion of the sheet music, but unfortunately, it only shows about 1/3 of the page and scrolling down is nearly impossible. There is a thin bar on the side that is supposed to help with scrolling, but it is so small that it's almost impossible to click on it.

Overall, I found the experience to be frustrating and not very user-friendly. If you don't mind squinting or constantly turning pages, then this website might work for you. However, if you're looking for a more seamless and easy-to-use platform for sheet music, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Musicnotes Beware of Musicnotes Pro Subscription: Limited Price Reductions on Sheet Music

Musicnotes is a website that offers sheet music for a variety of instruments. They also have a pro subscription that is advertised as a way to reduce the price of all pieces on the website. However, after purchasing the pro subscription, I found that only a few pieces actually had a price reduction. This was disappointing, as I was hoping to save money on the pieces I actually wanted to purchase.

I was frustrated with the pro subscription and felt that it was a waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I would give Musicnotes a 0-star rating if I could. I believe that they should refund everyone who has purchased the pro subscription.

Despite my negative experience with the pro subscription, I will say that Musicnotes does have a wide selection of sheet music available. They offer music for a variety of instruments, including piano, guitar, and voice. The website is easy to navigate and the search function works well.

Overall, I would recommend Musicnotes for their selection of sheet music. However, I would caution against purchasing the pro subscription, as it does not provide the advertised benefits.
