I woke up on yesterday morning which was the 20th of September my reliability score was 83% so I wake up this morning it’s at 82.3%. I done nothing wrong. I showed up on time this entire week to all of my shifts which happens to be 7 in total. I reached out to the Shiftsmart team and nothing hasn’t been done. This makes me believe it was done intentionally to keep me at a low score so I can’t view shifts with the other shiftsmart workers who scores are above. So I’m being forced work extra shifts to increase my score, which isn’t fair and is very unethical to do people this way I don’t know how people can be so evil for no reason at all and still sleep at night. Also on the the 19th I woke up my score was 82.7 after completing two shifts that day the next morning my score was 83% it only increased.3% which I know the mangers at circle k are giving good feed back because they tell me all the time I’m a good worker. For example: I showed up to my shift which was in walker 2 parishes from where I live. First time working for this manager after I finished my shift she offered me a job. She said I’m a excellent worker and need someone like you on my team. I strive for excellence when I do job. It would really be nice if it was appreciated. This kind of behavior makes me lose interest in working for shiftsmart all together.
Desired outcome: For managers, owner, and the support to follow up give an explanation and fix my score because I know it can be done
Nobody never reached out and I still can’t reach the support team from my app.
