Shinesty Ripped off

This is really too bad, because I really do like the underwear. But They put me in a subscription that I did not sign up for and keep sending me a size bigger underwear than I want. Now they won't let me cancel my subscription. I have called their customer service phone number over 60 times with no luck and the one response I got per e-mail was a FAQ page that told me to go to "Account Details." and then scroll down to "Quit Plan", except there is no Quit plan in the account details section. I would have started a new account with the correct size if they would have responded to me, but now I feel like I will be lucky to get out of this with the (not small) amount of money I have already lost. Very disappointed in today's lack of morals everyone seems to have.

Recommendation: Stay away, stay very far away!

Shinesty package hasn't arrived

Shipping takes too long. This is supposed to be a domestic company but the shipping is ridiculously too long and the tracking numbers dont work. They start your package shipping with UPS and then it gets handed to USPS. Why?

I cant find the correct tracking number for UPS or USPS and the customer service at shinesty says they will look into it and get back to me in 3 to 4 days. I ordered this as a gift over 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived. I wont order from them again and i am cancelling the subscription. I dont even know if the product is any good, what a waist of time.

You can subscribe online, but when you try to cancel you have to click through a bunch of pages that try to get you to skip instead of cancelling, then when you finally get through all that it tells you that you can't cancel your subscription online and you have to call them. This is obviously a way to try to discourage customers from cancelling by adding additional hoops to cancel that aren't there when you sign up. Reached out to them on *** and they completely dismissed my complaint. Scummy company, don't order and especially don't subscribe!

Everytime I try to log in it says we are working on a better experience. It wont let me view or change anything on my account I have tried multiple times to call the company and it always says they are currently unavailable and to please try again later. I need to cancel my subscription and their website wont let me view the account and they dont answer when called or emailed.

Shinesty is the best place to buy boxers! They take amazing care of their customers. Their boxers are serious quality, ive been nothing but impressed with this company. I had ordered a pair of their limited edition underwear, but when the wrong pair came they were quick to fix it. They had sent me a promo code for a another pair, and allowed me to keep the mistake pair. At the time all of the other pairs i had wanted were out of stock. I waited a long time to use it, but the code was still active! I was very grateful for my experience with their customer support team!

Absolutely love this company! Their customer service is always quick to reply. I have never been disappointed with this company. They always go above and beyond with resolutions. My boyfriend loves their boxers too. I even wear them sometimes if I'm out of pajamas. They have the quality and mannerisms to become hugely successful. Give them your business, you won't regret it. Help them get big!

Shinesty I placed my order February 2nd and I still havent received my package

I placed my order February 2nd and I still havent received my package. Tried emailing them with no response. Tried tracking my package and it stopped moving after it's last scan leaving a facility in AZ on the 9th and the expected delivery day just says one will be provided soon. I tried calling and had to leave a voice message. Got back on the tracking website and now it says my order can not be found that they can only track packages ordered in the last 120 days. What?!?! This has been the worst experience and at this point I have lost $70. *** learned that I will not order from this company again.

I would recommend Shinesty to any guy looking for the best undies money can buy! These things are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. The best part is there's no need for the dreaded adjustment. *** is excellent, shipping is quick, and the quality is top notch. If you're considering buying, take my advice and just pull the trigger. I am shocked by the recent negative reviews.. I have 5 suits / blazers that I've purchased from Shinesty over the years, and my only complaint is that I can't get the one I know want (the Pickler suit) 'cause it's out of stock.. Not their problem. I'll just have to wait for it. (In the meantime, I bought a Pickler dress for my Lady and the matching tie for me, so that's something). Sage and the rest of the gang have always been super responsive to questions / comments / concerns; I give them an A++. (Side note: I currently have 11 total suits / blazers that I've bought from on line companys.. OppoSuits, Tipsy Elves, Shinesty, Wish, SuitMeister, etc.. Shinesty's Customer Service is the best!).

These guys are fantastic. Amazing customer service. Even better products. Extremely impressed this small business can get orders out much faster than promised, customer service is immediate, yet personal. They are a perfect mix of hilarious, inappropriate, and professional. No way I buy any other underwear as long as they are running. Also knowing I'm supporting a small business in my *** makes me ***. Almost as much as their ball hammocks. Buy their underwear, seriously.

I bought their subscription set and wasn't initially happy with the patterns I got (which was my fault since I selected the wrong style set) but their customer service team went above and beyond to help me when I emailed requesting an exchange - I've never had such a good experience w/ any company before and will definitely stay subscribed just because of how impressed I was! Amazing and comfortable products and amazing customer service. Shipping was fast too and the packaging was very nice :)

I have ordered tons of their product for my husband and he is obsessed with them which is surprising with how picky he is. I decided to order for myself as well and ended up not being happy with the women's products but customer service took care of me right away. I am very happy with this company and will continue to order for my hubby.

Great *** I want to start by saying that despite my husband not liking the underwear, I think this company is great! After listening to my husband complain about his underwear issues for years, I saw an ad for these boxers and thought they were worth a try. He loves the feel of the material, he says they are very light and breathable. His only complaint was that the pouch, for him, was not leaving him in the most comfortable position. When I called to cancel the subscription, a human answered immediately and was able to cancel my subscription in an under 2-minute phone call. I was so skeptical at first about having to call to cancel (lots of cancellation phone call trauma) but they were fantastic and efficient.

Shinesty Literally the best customer service experience I can remember

Literally the best customer service experience I can remember.Here's my story: I ordered a pair of underwear but my measurements put me between sizes. Turned out it was too large. Free returns, very easy to do, they even paid the shipping on the return.They reship, but it doesn't arrive. *** says delivered. At this point I'm like, ok, too much trouble for underwear. Whether it's *** or shinesty, it's too much of a pain, so I just call to cancel subscription. Got an agent right away, cancelled right away, no problem. Then they offer to send another pair for free. Didn't expect that, of course I say yes. When he goes to ship it, the agent notices the billing address didn't match the shipping. Turns out IT WAS MY OWN *** FAULT and they sent me free product anyway, no questions asked. Very impressed.

Shinesty I cancelled my subscription in February and was shocked to find not one charge, but TWO charges to my bank account in March, both were for over $

I cancelled my subscription in February and was shocked to find not one charge, but TWO charges to my bank account in March, both were for over $18.00 which is more than my subscription was for. Then I received ANOTHER charge in April for over $18.00. I have not received any more packages since I cancelled in February but they continue to charge me at a higher price than my subscription was. I tried calling, and only got their voicemail and when I log in to view my account, their website keeps logging me off if I try and view anything other than the order history page. If I try to click into my profile it takes me to the log in screen. It's very frustrating that I can't even remove my credit card from their system to get them to stop charging me. DO NOT buy from them! It's horrible to try and get out once you decide to do so!

The negative reviews are absolutely blowing me away. I ordered a subscription of their boxers, and reached out on Instagram, they got back to me right away. As I have no *** (haha) I'm an XL but I have to buy XXL because the XL rides down on me. I ordered a pair of XXL, they came, but didn't fit the way I wanted. They refunded me. I tried my next month at an XL, they were too small, again, they refunded me plus gave me a $30 credit to get a new pair at a bigger size and refunded priority shipping for me. Every time I've reached out, they answered. They're a business, I don't expect them to drop everything and run to my problem, but they've fixed my problems with zero questions asked. I shouldn't have any issues from here on out, but if I do, I whole heartedly believe it will be resolved. Shinesty, you guys are amazing! Thank you for all your help!

No communication - I pre ordered a ski suit that was meant to ship in November. Upon hearing nothing from the company, I contacted them. It took a week for them to finally tell me that the suit would not be ready for shipment until mid-late December.The website still states that the item will be ready for delivery end of November.After being promised the items would be delivered "mid-late December" I once again had to contact the company myself (not a peep from them unless multiple emails are sent), and I am now informed the item "may" be shipped early January. On top of that - I was offered a gift card which I used, and my credit card was then changed as the discount code did not work. "Supply chain issues" is their excuse for offering a orders on items they are not equipped to fulfil. It seems they are essentially just a drop shipping company looking to make a quick buck. Very disappointing - suggest avoiding at all costs.

I cant recommend Shinesty and their products enough. A friend of mine encouraged me to try them so I ordered a few pairs and Im never switching back to my old underwear. I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon and the underwear arrived in the mail on Friday, they must have shipped it out the same day! Its far too common for companies to have multi-day processing time ahead of actually shipping orders but Shinesty doesnt mess around like that. Your item will actually arrive within the delivery window of the shipping option you select, if not sooner.Their customer service is amazing during the whole process and will gladly help you determine which of their products will be the best for your body and what size you should order for optimum comfort. I recommend Shinesty and their products to everyone, regardless of whether they are new to pouch underwear or currently wear a different brand, because Shinesty really is the best of the best.

I decided to get my husband a birthday gift and started a Shinesty subscription membership on July 12th when I placed my 1st order. My husbands birthday was August 1st and his gift never arrived. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded asking me to reorder his gift using a provided promotion code, so I did. It has been 2 weeks since this and neither of my orders have been received. Today was the day my subscription renewed and I would have been charged for another pair of men's boxers that probably would not have arrived as well. I am very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again. Even if it is a shipping issue and nothing to do with them, they are the ones who choose the shipping company so they need to make sure to use a more reliable shipping company whose tracking information works. The only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because customer service was quick at responding to my emails.

I don't understand why Shinesty would call me on my cellphone directly to "talk about my ComplaintsBoard.com review," while still not allowing anything other than banal 5-star reviews of their products to be posted on their website. Look at my prior comment or the reviews you did not approve for publication - my concerns are outlined there. I just checked and still my 3-star review is curiously absent from their site. Again I raise the question of transparency and honest discourse regarding customer experience... for the sake of the consumers, not for the sake of Shinesty's ability to maintain their business model. Also, I don't appreciate ComplaintsBoard.com giving out my personal information to this company. I get that it's in the terms of use that personal information can be released to 3rd parties, but the purpose of this site is discussion of customer concerns and (maybe?) customer support... so I would recommend that ComplaintsBoard.com consider not enabling this unwelcomed practice.

PLAN ON ORDERING WELL IN ADVANCE, OR NOT AT ALL.I ordered a pair of these for my husband as a *** surprise gift, but they've not been delivered. When on the Shinesty website ordering page to select shipping, it says that Standard shipping is estimated at 8 days. My order was placed on February 6th, so standard delivery should've been fine. However, the package stopped moving after it's last scan leaving a *** facility in AZ on the 9th and the expected delivery day has just kept changing to the current day each day I check the tracking. When I contacted Shinesty, they pointed out that the 8-day shipping was to get it to the local *** center by *** and then from there final delivery would be completed in up to 9 days. They also made the distinction afterthefact that those are "business days," so you can't count the weekends.I was fine with the idea of my husband's gift getting to him maybe a couple days after *** day, given that the time of delivery was "estimated," but this is ridiculous. They should've disclosed prior to my completing the purchase that the final delivery would be a actual window of "within 21 days" as the math works out calculating in the weekends and both shipping entities involved. Now, as my husband travels for work, I'm not sure he'll even be at the location I had this shipped to by the time it finally arrives. There's a BIG difference between 8 & 21 days and Shinesty should be upfront about that and not bury the lead.

Shinesty Twice in the past month I have received an unsolicited catalog from the company Shinesty

Twice in the past month I have received an unsolicited catalog from the company Shinesty. I have never ordered product from this company, or even heard of them before I received the catalog. Their catalogs are soft porn, the catalog is even addressed to "the bathroom of". I have 4 young children in my house and this material is completely inappropriate to be sending unsolicited. They are putting images of adults in their underwear, in the hands of young children, or in other words, providing porn images to young children, which is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! Please provide me information on how you can stop this from happening.

Shinesty On Sept 16th 2021 I placed an order for some life-changing underwear

On Sept 16th 2021, I ordered some underwear touted to be life-changing. They're the worst, cheaply made boxer briefs I own. After just one wash, following the brand's instructions, they faded horribly. The legs ride up, and I'm constantly adjusting them. While doing so, I hear threads snapping. They should cost about $5 per pair, but I understand we pay for quirky designs and marketing, not quality. After this, I tried another brand's Total Support Pouch boxer briefs, which are far superior. I now have 12 pairs of the higher quality brand for the price of 3 Shinesty pairs. I feel overcharged and regret this purchase. Customer service hasn't responded, and I'd appreciate a refund. I'm even willing to return them; they're that bad.

I canceled my subscription shortly after placing my first order because I don't like to keep subscriptions unless I know I like the product so I normally cancel everything subscription related immediately after placing my first order. Exactly one month after this first order I got charged for the subscription. 8 minutes after receiving my Paypal recepit (No Shinesty emails) I sent an email to CS because I checked the Shinesty website and saw that if you contact them ASAP it is possible to cancel your order. At this time I canceled the subscription again because I combed through my emails and couldn't find the cancelation confirmation. 2 hours later I received a reply saying they couldn't cancel my order because it had already shipped (it still hasn't) and that I could return it for store credit after receiving it. They also said that they had now canceled my subscription and to consider that email as confirmation. It was at this time that I realized that I never received a confirmation of the second cancelation either. After my reply they only sent back that they would make an exception and refund to my original payment method after I sent the item back, even though it still doesn't even have a tracking number. This second reply came only one minute after I sent the message and didn't address any of my other concerns. It has been about an hour since I replied to their second email and they haven't replied. This company is a complete scam. They know what they are doing, not sending cancelation confirmations or reminders for upcoming charges.
