Shirtango Customer service

This company needs to be put out of business. Wish I had read the dozens of negative reviews online before I ordered from them. Many people have had the same experience of being cursed at and called names by their customer service. It started with a simple email asking when I could expect to receive my order —I could not find shipping delivery info on my invoice. Their first response was rude, but nothing like the next ones...one of which called me "f****** stupid" among other things. Their online responses to the negative reviews do not even attempt to mitigate the situation— they resort to calling the customer a "liar, " "white trash, " etc. DO NOT use this company! They won't be in business for long due to their horrible people skills. See screen shots of their responses below.

Shirtango Girl’s dress

Do not buy from this company! My order was canceled out of spite because I emailed them to ask for a delivery date — I could not find this info on the website when I ordered from my phone. Their response was, "are you kidding? You can't see the delivery information on every page?" then they cancelled the order because they said that I think they are the problem, which I never even hinted at. When I went online to write a negative review, I was flooded with horrible reviews of their company, to which they respond on nearly every one that the customer is "lying," or is "low life trash," or has "mental problems." you can't make this stuff up. They need to be put out of business! I would give zero stars!

Shirtango Shirt company

Do not order from this place they are money hungry and have the worst customer service.. I had placed a order practically 2 weeks in advance for a shirt that my daughter can wear for her birthday. I never received a tracking number. After reaching out they said there was no tracking number but that I would get it on time. Then they sent me a tracking number and til this day I still haven't got my order it's almost a 4 weeks and nothing. They told me that because I left a bad review they can't help me. This place is a joke not worth your money. Shop somewhere else.

Shirtango Dress

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not sure what kind of people are running this business but they need to learn some manners and how to talk to their customers. This is not how you treat people who are putting money in your pocket. And before they lie on me like they are lying on the other bad reviews and saying I cursed them out, I did not. As much as I wanted to, I kept it very professional. Also what kind of company texts their customers instead of calling? Very unprofessional if you ask me. Happy I took my business elsewhere. I am having a hard time getting a refund for something that hasn’t even been started on yet. I placed my order first then I emailed them to see if it’ll be here in the time frame I needed it, (taking a leap of faith) and they advised me that it would be a rush delivery charge. Instead of me taking chances and paying extra and it not get here in time, I decided to go another route. I immediately emailed them to cancel and it wasn’t even 1hr after I placed the order. I don’t know if it’s the owner or their so called customer service but they’re very rude and argumentative and had the audacity to question me about why I wanted to cancel my order. I would give this place a -0

Purchased on 6/11 I was not sent anymore emails about tracking, customer service was extremely rude when I contacted them. I needed this dress for my daughters birthday July 8th. I was told I could pay an additional 10 dollars to make sure I get it 3 DAYS before the 4th week deadline. Complete scam. So one to my word here is my negative feedback. Do not waste your time or money on a company that is not very customer friendly. My 6 year old knew this dress was coming and is extremely upset that THEY cancelled her dress. Now I have 6 days to get her a new dress. Shirttango you 100% suck. You should stop selling anything because you are not very good at it. If I could give you 0 stars I would have.
Tip for consumers: Leave the site immediately. Long shipping time and most likely won't even get your items.

I absolutely love my daughters outfit! It came on time like shirtango said it would. Was very pleased with my service throughout the entire order. I most definitely order from them again in the. Thumbs up!

I read everything they wrote and it doesn't seem they said anything bad, i'm not sure why your trying to play some victim here.
We purchased from them 3 weeks ago and had a really great experience, the first thing we did when we came to the site was to look for the shipping time like any normal person does when they are purchasing from a handmade website, it's common sense.

They did the same thing to me when I emailed to see if I could get a tracking number. They cancelled an order that was for my 7 year old bday outfit she was so excited about bc they said I had mental problems and cursed them out. At first they tried to say it was cancelled bc it was suspected fraud when I got this email I did get a little nasty so the customer service rep flat out said that she cancelled my order out of spite. Well we found my daughter a cute dress. And I have yet to get my 25$ back.

Shirtango Terrible customer service.

Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed my order on 04/15/2020 and I realized there was no estimated delivery date so I went to the site and reached out to the tech support to find out if there is anyway to rush the order. They sent me a link and purchased the rush order for $10. I then asked since it was sent in a separate order how will I know if it will arrive in time. I was told it would arrive by 04/27/2020 and it would "work itself out on there end". Today, 04/19/2020 I noticed I haven't received an email stating the order has been shipped so I reached out to tech support and let them know that I haven't received a response and would like to know the current status. I was then asked for my order number to which I responded that I have 2 because I ordered rush shipping and was told it would turn into one order. The advocate responded, "nobody told you that, what you were told that, your email would"merge"the order into one". I then said "well ma'am that's not exactly was I was told either. I was told that it will work itself out on your end and I haven't heard anything yet". The advocate then said she would look at the notes. Then she responded rudely, it clearly says that it will arrive on the 27th and you will receive an email once it ships so what is your problem? She also said, while I was writing a response, she isn't being rude and I shouldn't let "my feelings" get in the way of facts because i'm just mad that someone is telling me facts that I don't want to accept. So I said there is no need for you to be rude because i'm just asking a simple question and I would like to speak to the supervisor. She then said she will refund me and that I will not be talking to anyone of her employees "that way" and the refund will take 7-10 business. So I said I don't want a refund all I wanted was the status of my order then she ended the chat and I was not allowed to go on it no matter how much I tried. I realized that there were no email sent that the order was cancelled so I started calling the number provided on the website a few times and I got no answer then a text few moments after saying yes how can we help you. I replied "I was told that my order would be refunded but I didn't receive an email saying that the order was cancelled so i'm just trying to find out if it's cancelled and why because I sepcifically asked for it not to be". They then responded, "i'm not sure who you are, we sell to over 7 thousand customers every month, do you have a order number or maybe a name? Also cancellations usually happen during the weekday not weekends. My response," 1259, 1261 these are my order numbers. It is separate because I ordered rush shipping a few minutes later. This was the response "I see your order here, it's in line to be cancelled tomorrow, the notes say you harassed our employee and demanded to know a status update even though we had already told you that you would get once once it ships. You will see our cancel emails tomorrow, just some advice, don't treat others like crap, it won't get you anywhere". I also had my boyfriend reached out with his phone since they blocked me and they answered the phone by saying "was this the crazy lady from earlier?" now, I have been in customer service before and I know for a fact that no matter what a customer calls to ask, you do not speak to someone so aggressive. You cannot run a business like that because you don't know who is ordering. But best believe me when I say this, they have messed with the wrong one because I will stop at nothing until it is out of business for ruining part of my child's birthday plans. I got time! So sis, if you see this, i'm coming for yah [censored].

Shirtango Kids costumes

Customer service treated me like my business didn't matter. I was disrespected (see the photos below). I believe they are a scam. No real company would speak to customers this way. A simple request to overnight my item turned into an unnecessary and unexpected argument. I have an email and text that I was refunded but I will be checking my account for the refund, strange activ5, and fraud after been interacting with Shirtango

Shirtango Never order from them!!!

I placed an order through Etsy on January 10, 2013 and I was advised the enxt day it was going to shipped. They already deducted the amount from my card. I have followed up with emails and have not gotten a response from anyone! My twin girls birthday party is in 1 week and still have not receieved anything! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not buy from this company (if you can call two guys who live in their mom's basement a company)

Close friend ordered what turned out to be crap, then was verbal assaulted when she wanted to return for a refund

Hope houston texas is better than these clowns make it to be.

Them June 14. I am about to give birth in 2 days and needed these made for my daughter and newborn for the hospital. I sent several emails and still nothing. . I reported them to my bank, pay pal and other investigators are looking into this for me. I have no clue how she or he is still operating but it won't be for long! Karma will come around and this b*#%* will pay for all they have taken from us

Shirtango Never recieved anything from them

Dont order from this company! I ordered a shirt Dec. 16, 2012 and its jan 3, 2013 and still havent recieved anything from them but they did take my money out of my card already Ive tried calling them every day ive tried emailing them also and get no response im highly upset and will be reporting them to someone high to get them off the internet!

This company is the BIGGEST SCAM! I did not recieve my shirts but did recieve harassing emials and the seller sent dirty underwear to my house instead of the shirts. The person or persons who are scamming people with this company are the lowest and foulest human beings! They are a waste of human life! If I could I would post the disturbing emails they sent me but they are way too offensive! Please anyone who is scammed by htis company reprot them to PayPal!

I ordered from shirtango and when I emailed them about my order I was called f****** ### stupid f****** b**** and all kind of nasty things they even emailed me to say thanks for the money.

I guess I should have read the reviews...I too was taken by this company, Ordered a tee shirt for my grandson for his birthday and asked prior if I had it shipped overnight would I get it in time. I was assured that was no problem... Well today is his birthday and no shirt! No of course I have emailed and to no avail will anyone respond.. What a joke.. I had a problem with a company called Tailor creations and ordered a shirt from them first and they too took my money and left me with no shirt! I guess the moral of the story is if you want a tee shirt go buy it at a store, because I have no faith in any website after these two disappointing orders.

How do these places manage to operate!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHIRTANGO! I ordered tshirts in October for a family vacation. They were aweful - cheap tshirts with iron-on transfers that were blurry. I tried to contact them and they would not take them back. I wrote a review on their site but it was not published and when I questioned this I was swore at. Bad business all around!

Shirtango Stay away from this website

My wife ordered 2 shirts on 12/4. Was notified it shipped on the 9th. On December 18th we contacted them after not seeing a delivery. Was told it would be shipped overnight, twice. After contacting them once again this is the response we got:

Shirtango sent you a conversation on December 22, 2012. Receipt #[protected] Um and changing what, because there nothing but dip $#*! $#*!in ###s out there that think i control ups, WHICH I DONT, im not saying your one of those people but the way your email seems, i dont know! I dont own ups i dont know what you want me to do to control them, if i own ups like all these dumb$#*!s think i did, i wouldn't be selling on etsy right now. I sold over 700 items and only 10 different people left negative, wow thats so horrible. Again not sure how in the world your trying to blame this on me if it says out for delivery today and we paid for overnight shipping, ONCE AGAIN IM NOT UPS, I DONT DELIVER, IM NOT UPS! And why is it late for christmas, christmas is not until tuesday the 25th, so i dont even know how it could be to late.

Shirtango I know I'll never see my money

Horrible Horrible! I placed an online order and instead of the "free shipping" option, I paid an extra 6.95 to get it faster. They promise on their "website" that they usually ship within 3-4 days. I ordered 3 children's shirts on 11/15/12, I still had not received them on 11/23/12, so I emailed to complain. I received an email response on 11/23/12 stating they would be overnighted to me. I still had not received my order on 11/26/12 so I emailed again and said I would cancel my order if it would not be shipped. I also requested a refund on my extra shipping I paid. They refused stating that that money they use to ship orders and I should not be refunded. I could either have them over night my order, or they would refund my 6.95 and they would not know when/if I'd receive my order. I replied telling them to over night my order. I received my package on 11/28/12..the only thing in it was 2 blank, white T-shirts heavily stained and dirty...nothing on them at all. NOT my order. I then emailed them for a refund, they state they sent my order. I sent them pictures of what I got, and they said that I faked the pictures to get free shirts and a refund. I opened up a dispute with Paypal, they replied to that dispute that I am the scammer trying to get money from THEM stating they sent me the order I placed. Basically my word against theirs, but I got scammed. They continued to email my husband saying some very vulgar things about a picture I have on my google website. I have now deleted that account. These people are taking people's money, and getting away with it. They NEED to be stopped, or they will scam a lot of other people that are just trying to buy Christmas presents etc. Word to the wise, verify ALL unknown websites. This website doesn't have a company phone number...it's a google phone number, I also got the package from some random person, no mention of the company name. Their Etsy account is FULL of bad feedback, I should have known! My order status on the website now says refunded, however, I know I'll never see my money. BUYER BEWARE!

I ahve opened up a cpmplaint with Paypal also about them. Call them back and tell them again what happened to you about what they sent. My claim is under a serious investiagtion. If you call and thell them that this website was also ETSY and a regualr website Shirtango. Tell them you know of other complaints and you want these people criminally investigated. I am not sure how to go about a crimnal investigation but i would be willing to try something. They sent me a dirty tshirt and a pair of dirty underwear. These peole are absurd and should be held liable.
