I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping on The Paragon website. I mean, I forked over my hard-earned cash and waited and waited for my order to arrive, but it never did! And to make matters worse, I never heard a peep from the company after I made my purchase. Talk about frustrating!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the headache. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, you're better off shopping somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Ordered a product from The Paragon on the 7th of October and it's been a hot minute and still no sign of it. I even paid extra for the Express shipping, but it seems like that was just a waste of money. I sent them an email about it, but it's been crickets on their end. Honestly, it's a total rip off and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them or anyone connected to them. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but it seems like that's not going to happen anytime soon.

Haven't been on your website in like 2 years, and I gotta say, not much has changed. Same ol' stuff, same ol' prices, but less options to choose from. I mean, come on now, where's the variety? Overall, I would not recommend The Paragon to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

I even got a card offering to cancel the order and return it if I changed my mind, but I really liked the quilt so I decided to stick with it.

I decided to keep waiting just to see how long it would take, but honestly, I have no idea when or if it will ever actually ship. I keep checking their website for updates, but it seems like every time they give a new ship date, it just gets pushed back again.

The company keeps blaming the supplier for the delay, but at this point, I'm not sure who to believe. All I know is that I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I mean, I understand that things can go wrong with orders sometimes, but this is just taking it to a whole new level.

I tried to reach out to their customer service team via email and phone, but I didn't receive any response for three whole weeks. All I wanted was for my item to be replaced, but it seemed like my complaint was being ignored.

When I finally got through to a customer service representative, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, a woman named Angel, she was incredibly angry and aggressive towards me. She yelled at me because I didn't know my account number, even though I had my purchase order number. It was really frustrating to be treated that way, especially when I just wanted my broken item to be replaced.

To be honest, I was really disappointed with the quality of the product I received. It seemed like a fraud, and the customer service was just as bad. I hope that theparagon.com is recording their calls so that they can hear how poorly their customer service team is treating their customers. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

So, like, I'm never buying from The Paragon again and I'm definitely not recommending them to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle, man.
