this was such a BAD company to buy from! DO NOT buy from them! I bought a boot and even paid for next day shipping, but it took 3 days and still no boot. Now, I can't even walk. I emailed them 6 times and called twice, but no one answers. You should definitely go somewhere else to spend your money.

This shop is a scam! I sended back something to them and still haven't got my money back. I done called and emailed more than 10 times and didn't get a reply! Save yourself the stress and don't buy anything from here. They don't care about customers - no customer service at all! Watch out!

customer service is like super trashy at Shop-Orthopedics.com! I put in an order for a knee brace like almost a week ago and they still haven't shipped it yet! I done tried emailing them and callin' and they don't be answerin'! They always just send me to voicemail and I'm so mad about it. Ain't no way they should be like this when I spent so much money on the dang brace!

This company is a total waste of time. I tried calling and emailing them for three whole days about a product, but no one got back to me. When I called, they said they were too busy to respond to calls. I gave up and went somewhere else, where I talked to a real person in under five minutes. Don't bother with these guys, they clearly don't care about their customers.

Bruh, I gotta tell ya, this Shop-Orthopedics.com place is straight whack. I ordered a knee brace on 9/28 and paid extra for the two-day delivery service. it's been weeks and I still haven't received my brace. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but ain't nobody answering. Do they even exist, fam? I'm hella pissed cause I dropped 353 big ones on this thing and it ain't even here. Like, how do you run a business like this? I wouldn't recommend this joint to nobody, for real. If anyone else got played by these clowns, hit me up and let me know. Trust me, this ain't the spot to cop your braces from.

I'm so mad I didn't check review first before buying from these guys! Website looked so legit, but I ordered something, and they charged my card right away. But it's been a whole week and they still haven't shipped it! They say some things need a prescription, so I emailed them the next day to ask about it. But nothin'! Radio silence. Emailed 'em again a couple days later, still nothin'. I even tried to call 'em three times, but they never picked up! Like everyone else says, they don't care about you at all, they just want your money. Don't bother with these guys!

Bought knee brace from Shop-Orthopedics on 03/30. Ordered DonJoy SE-4 Legend knee brace (# ***). They sent the wrong one with a strap at the top front. Not happy! I emailed them a pic of the problem. They got it on 04/15. I want my money back. Been trying to call them everyday, but no answer or call back. They didn't reply to my email either. It's annoying to deal with this kind of problem. I'm filing a complaint to fix it. False advertisement!

Order#***. I got a return okay for the Ossur foot up drop foot brace, (after many attempts ending with me havin' read many bad reviews about their customer service on the ComplaintsBoard.com site) which I then sent back with UPS ground shipping address label you gave on 8/25, but haven't got a credit to my visa *** card yet. The UPS tracker number showed it got delivered on (9/02). I haven't gotten a credit to my *** credit card still as of 9/29. The shop-orthopedics.com website says that a credit shoulda been given in 7-10 days. I tried callin', sendin' emails (each one came back sayin' Mail Subsystem Delivery - Message not delivered), and phone calls are never called back. I ordred from Shop-Orthopedics.com last week and got my opackage pretty quickly - so that was a lucky one, I guess. But today when I received the product, the website still says they're processing my order. It's shady stuff going on over there! I tried to call but just got a taped message, and no one got back to me. Honestly, I think this is a ripoff website run by a couple of lazy folks who don't care enough to do things right. It's just not worth the frustration, you can get the same stuff on Amazon and not have to deal with these con artists. I mean, maybe they're nice people with other day jobs, but it's not good enough for me. I like to support small businesses but only if they're actually making an effort. So I say avoid them!

listen up. I wanna talk about my experience with Shop-Orthopedics.com. It was pretty bad, like most other people. Their customer service is the worst, man. Couldn't get in touch with them on the phone or email. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Finally got a response after calling the manufacturer of the orthopedic thing I bought. When I talked to them, they weren't even surprised. They knew how tough it was to get ahold of Shop-Orthopedics.com. Even joked about the voicemail message on their phone. Other customers had the same problem as me, trying to get help. It's not like they sell lazy things, you know? It's medical stuff that helps you recover from injuries. Every day without it is more pain, more risk, and more frustration. They don't care about their customers or the people who make the stuff they sell, plain and simple.

Shop Orthopedics is a bad choice. I buyed from 'em on 11/02 and 'til 11/25 didn't get what I asked for. I ain't alone, plenty others have the same problem. They're tricksters on 2 points: 1. Don't have goods on hand, but says "In Stock" anyways. 2. Phone number [protected] is never picked up - only hears a machine sayin' they're busy. 3. When I said "cancel this order," it took eons for them to make a refund. If they sell high-priced medical gear, I expect high-level help. Shop Orthopedics lied, don't care, and made it hard to work with 'em. Y'all gonna say I'm kiddin', but I think they really sent my stuff to Luis down there like it said. What a mess they are! Give your money to 'nother store. Look at the bad reviews, y'all!

Ordered two DonJoy ACL knee braces, received only one and charged for two. No one will return any of my calls or respond to any of my online chat messages. Now, their voice mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. They should not sell products if they don't have the manpower to address issues that require troubleshooting. Customer service means everything when you own a business. Time to dispute charge.

I ordered a boot for my 91 year old mother's surgery. It was critical that we have it before the surgery which I made clear in the comments section. I paid $53.90 for 1 day air. When the boot didn't arrive, I called repeatedly and consistently got a message that they were too busy to answer my call but that they would call back within 5 hours - that went on for days with no response from them. I was notified 5 days later that the boot had shipped. This was not true because, when the UPS driver came with the boot the next day, the shipping label said "ground"! His response when I told him the story and asked that he return it to sender..."Boy, somebody really screwed up"! In addition to all the problems this caused, I ruined my back lifting her everywhere until I had another boot for her. If you need something in a hurry - DO NOT use this company!

I bought a DonJo knee thingy on 8/2 at like 9:20 pm for $335.87 from Shop Orthopedics and still haven't got any deets on it except for the email telling me they grabbed my cash. I called customer support a ton, like a lot, and emailed three times, but they always tell me to leave a voicemail. They're probz swamped, but I'm still waiting to hear back about my stuff. It's getting mad annoying cause I paid a ton of moolah for something I need for work safety.

4 days ago i purchased a knee brace from Shop-Orthopedics for $353.25 because my physical therapist told me to. I've ed ACL pain for a while now and it's been worse lately so a knee brace was the next logical step. At checkout I picked 3 day shipping but it's been 2 business days and I haven't got no email confirmation that it's shipping. When I looked into the company more (only checked the ComplaintsBoard.com before buying, didn't look elsewhere) I saw so many people saying they've been scammed by them. I've sent them emails and even called them multiple times but haven't heard anything back and they won't answer the phone. My order number is *** and I attached my receipt.

I got an email from them saying my order number is *** and it was made on 10/08 at 06:46PM. I got 1 Breg Wrist Lacer Wrist Brace - Left - Medium - 8, which was priced at $23.00. The subtotal was $23.00 and state tax was $1.38. Shipping cost was $0.00 and the grand total was $24.38.

I recently bought a Breg Wraptor Ankle Brace/Stabilizer with Speed Laces from this store on July 2, ***. When I got my package, I saw that they sent me the wrong laces. So I sent it back to them and they got it back on July 20, as per the tracker. I followed the procedure and sent them all the papers they needed, but I am still waiting for my refund. I also paid for shipping and have not gotten it back as well. After that, I tried to buy another one, but their website kept changing the laces from Speed to Standard on the order summary, no matter what I did. I tried calling the store twice and left messages, but they have not responded. I also sent an email, but still no reply. I want a full refund, including the shipping fee I paid when I sent the wrong brace back.

I ordered DonJoy S.E.R.F. Patellofemoral Strap - Left - Small on Order date: 03/06 Order#: ***. The order status is still pending and does not say when it will arrive. I have tried to contact the company many times to ask what has happened to this item as it should be shipped by now and arrived. Every time I call the line it is busy. They also have not replied to my email. I have had no response from this company. My credit card has been charged this large amount of money but I am concerned I have not received what I bought after such a long time.

I ordered a shoulder brace for my special needs child on January 25th. The order has never arrived. They did not pick up, and instead I had to leave a voicemail because they do not pick up their phone. Their voicemail states they will call back within hours, yet I have no response at all from them. It appears they never shipped the item and are simply trying to pocket my money. This practice is simple fraud. I may refer them to the attorney general if I do not receive a satisfactory reply.

My order is still not processed and their online system will not allow me to cancel the order or leave a negative review. I have no way to contact anyone with the company and no way to handle the issue through the website. Im starting to feel as this is a false company who is ripping off customers who are in need of medical supplies so I wanted to file a formal complaint since I see they are registered with a A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com.
