Shopbop review: Returns department

I have had a horrible experience with shopbop.

I returned 3 dresses to shopbop that was from a store called Revolve. Total 650.00

The jumpsuit i bought from you was sent to thrift store Revolve. They immediatly sent me an email notifying me of the mistake. They sent back the jumpsuit and i am sending it to your company today to get the refund.

My problem is with the package i sent to you with the 3 dresses from Revolve. Nobosy knows anything. I have confirmation it was received there. I have sent dozens of emails

With pictures of the dresses. The tracking everything and all i get is, takes several weeks and no guarantee. I said i will pay for shipping.

Why cant they just get the package and send it back? If that was my jumpsuit i would have gotten the refund already. Whoever opened the package saw that it was not shopbop items. Why didnt i get a notice or why cant they send it back?

It does not take several weeks or months to do that. This is very upsetting

And i want to talk to. Supervisor and nobody connects me to them.

This is a reliable company and has to do the right thing and send me back those 3 dresses. It’s been since march 25 that i am writing and calling almost everyday and nobody seems to do anything. I cant even talk to a manager or supervisor. This is not right . I will escalate the matter to social media and amazon if i do not get a satisfactory answer. The other company revolve sent me an email. Sent the jumpsuit so i can send back to you for. A refund and your company absolutely nothing. Very upsetting I talked to Phoebe and she told me she cannot transfer me to a manager and told me that she will end the call because Shopbop cannot guarantee anything. And she hung up on me. That was the 9th call I have made and no response. I will pay for shipping the dresses back
