A Mixed Bag of Experiences with GreaterGood
As I delve into the reviews of GreaterGood, it's evident that customers have had a mixed bag of experiences. Some praise the company for its commitment to charitable causes and the quality of products received, highlighting the positive impact their purchases have had. On the other hand, there are concerns raised about issues with sizing, customer service responsiveness, and return policies. It seems that while many appreciate the mission of GreaterGood, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall customer experience. If you're considering supporting GreaterGood, it may be wise to carefully review product details and policies to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Let's stick to the subject of CHARITY!
Folks, it doesn't matter HOW your order was handled, whether the merchandise was pleasing to you, etc. The question at hand is, Do the funds from what we buy actually go to charitable causes?
Just because something was the wrong size, or the dye in it affected your allergies, has absolutely nothing to do with the most important question, and what I'm trying to find out, which is: Does ANY of our money make it to CHARITY?
Greater Good paw print collection
Extremely happy with the items that I purchased. They were a good price and good quality for what I paid for it.
As for if a % of the money actually goes to feed animals, I don't know. Wish someone had a definitive answer for me.
Even if it doesn't, I bought an inexpensive item and the quality was lovely so I cannot complain.
I do hope that the money IS donated to where they say it goes. If anyone has a correct answer and not just a guess, wish you would let us all know.

Shoes
I have purchased 3 pairs of the sport sandals and have been very pleased with them. One pair I have worn part of everyday for over a year and they finally wore out yesterday. They are comfortable and true to size. The only issue is I wish that they came in a more neutral color so that I can wear them with more different color clothes. How about just black and white? I definitely will be ordering more as I need them. Love the coupons as I got a two for one offer. Thanks...
Repeat customer
Over the last 5 years I have purchased dozens of items. I usually buy 5-10 items 1-2 times a year for Christmas and birthdays. I have bought jewelry, art items, soaps, ceramics, clothes, hand bags, shoes, and more. The Antique Sari tote bags were of such good quality that I have purchased something like 7 so far.
I have found that the quality and craftsmanship varied between the hundreds of items that they carry. But then, consider that the items come from many different countries and different communities. And I select what I choose to buy carefully so that I can support those communities.
Excellent site, great customer service!
I have purchased from this site & have NEVER had any problems. My orders always come very quickly. Everything I have purchased is very good quality. To hear negative comments & I do feel sorry for their poor experience. I have spoke to customer service with a question about a product. They gave me the information needed & even followed up with an email. As for the review that said "no reputable company charges for return postage", I have never found a company that doesn't make the customer pay for return postage. I have read in their website & the first thing I read is WE ARE A NOT FOR PROFIT CHARITY. I do hope people give them a chance. And for those that can't I do hope they have a better experience with another site.
Wonderful site
I have purchased numerous items from the GreatGood site. I have also gotten several of their free offers of the day. The purses, flip-flop, coffee mug and other items were high quality and I love them. The free items are adorable. I got a breast cancer ribbon neck lace and some reusable shopping bags. The bags look like a strawberry, a bunch of grapes and a pineapple. They have a draw string and when you loosen it, the bag pulls out into a decent sized shopping bag. When you are finished you simply stuff the bag back into the pocket and once again it looks like a strawberry etc.
I did buy a tunics twice. The large was too small and the extra large was too big. Sizes vary, I returned both with no problem at all and got my credit back on my card within several days.
I hate that anyone has had a problem with the GreaterGood site. It truly is a great cause.
Glad to help support
I have been quietly supporting and buying from this group for years. It's a daily way that I can help animals in need. Always happy with the quality and speed of shipping of the things I've ordered, and excellent customer service. I was not so happy with masks I ordered recently that shrank in the wash -- after all, you have to wash them frequently. However, that is the only thing I have been unhappy with in more than a decade. And even then, the masks are still cute and soft on the face and ears, just rather tight. GreaterGood does everything they say they are doing. It's not just a 'save the pets' group, but all encompassing, including charities for groups of people in need, wildlife and the planet. I love what they are doing, I enjoy reading the website updates, and I am glad that when I need to buy an item, I can shop here for it first and help someone else out in the process. The masks, for example, were 'buy a mask, donate a mask to a health worker, and donate several bowls of pet shelter food' with the single purchase of the mask.
Disappointing Experience with GreaterGood.com: Inefficient System and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on GreaterGood.com for a pair of Paw Print rain boots for my wife. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that I had ordered the wrong size. I searched for a way to cancel the order online, but couldn't find any option to do so. I decided to send a message to their customer service team requesting to cancel the order, but it was a Sunday and I wasn't sure if anyone would be available to help.
To my surprise, I received an email from GreaterGood.com the next morning, stating that my order could not be stopped because they are so efficient. They did offer me the option to return the boots after receiving them, but I would have to pay for the return shipping, on top of the rush shipping I had already paid for. I found this to be quite frustrating, as I had given them plenty of notice to stop the order before it was shipped out.
To make matters worse, I received shipping notices about two hours later, but the shipper hadn't even received the boots yet. This seemed very unusual to me, and made me question the efficiency of their system. I feel like they have built in a problem into their over efficient machine, which is not customer-friendly.
As a business owner myself, I always try to do what is right for the customer, even if it means leaving a few dollars on the table for next time. It seems like GreaterGood.com could learn a thing or two from this approach. I will now have to spend more money on shipping both ways than the cost of the boots I wanted to buy, which is very disappointing. I am not sure if they care that I will never do business with them again, but I hope they can make it up on volume.
Overall, I found the name of the company to be misleading, as my experience with them was not "greater good" at all. I would caution others to be careful when making purchases on their website, and to be aware of their return policy before placing an order.
GreaterGood's Email Marketing is Overwhelming and Shameful
I gotta say, I made a purchase from GreaterGood a while back and the items were pretty decent. No major complaints there. But let me tell you, the emails started pouring in like a monsoon. I'm talking 5, 6, 7 a day. And let's be real, we're already drowning in emails as it is. It's just ridiculous.
I tried changing my subscription settings multiple times, but nothing seemed to work. I even unsubscribed a few times, but the emails just kept on coming. Eventually, I had to resort to marking them as SPAM. But even now, when I check my SPAM folder, I still see just as many messages from them over a year after unsubscribing.
It's just shameful, I tell ya. SHAMEFUL. How can a company that claims to be all about making the world a better place treat their customers like this? It's like they're trying to guilt-trip us into buying more and more and more.
Sure, they may be donating a lot of money to good causes. But with tactics like this, I can't help but wonder if someone's pockets aren't getting lined as well.
Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't buy from them. But if you do, I highly recommend setting up a throwaway email account that you'll never look at again. Otherwise, you'll be bombarded with emails until the end of time.
Great Products, But Customer Service Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of GreaterGood. The stuff they sell is top-notch, and it's great to know that the money I spend is going towards helping animals. That being said, their customer service could use a little work. I had a bit of a mix-up with my order - I accidentally switched the ship to and bill to addresses when I hit the send button. I tried calling and emailing right away, but it took me a while to get through to someone. When I finally did, they told me it was too late to fix the mistake. I wasn't having it, though - I threatened to call my bank and cancel the order, and that seemed to get their attention. They finally called the warehouse to see if they could make new labels, but it took forever to explain what was going on. Even after they got it sorted out, they never bothered to let me know if the labels had been made or not. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, it went to the wrong address! Now I have to go through the hassle of reshipping everything. I don't think the mix-up was my fault - I'm pretty sure I checked the right boxes - but I guess it's always a good idea to double-check your order before you hit send. All in all, I still love GreaterGood, but I wish their customer service was a little more on the ball.
Terrible Customer Service and Questionable Reputation: My Experience with GreaterGood
I recently had an experience with GreaterGood and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I attempted to make a purchase on their website, but unfortunately, my order was declined. I tried several times, but to no avail. However, to my surprise, the money had been deducted from my available balance. I was quite concerned and decided to contact their customer service for assistance.
It took a while before I received a response, and when I finally did, I was disappointed. The customer service representative, Bashie English, was not helpful at all. In fact, I found him to be quite incompetent and useless. He told me that there was nothing he could do to help me, and that was the end of the conversation. I sent several follow-up emails, but they were all ignored.
I must say, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was completely at a loss as to how to resolve my problem and get my money back. It was frustrating to see that the company had not officially taken any money from me, but the money was no longer available for me to use.
After doing some research, I discovered that I was not the only one who had experienced such issues with GreaterGood. There were several negative reviews and suggestions that the company was a scam. I was quite disappointed and decided that I would never deal with them again.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from GreaterGood to think twice. It is better to donate to local charities that you know are genuine than to risk losing your hard-earned money to a company with terrible customer service and a questionable reputation.
Make a Difference for Free with GreaterGood: A Review of the Ultimate Charity Website
This website is totally awesome for helping out without it costing you a dime. I first heard about it from our local humane society and I was blown away by all the good they do. When you go to their homepage, you'll see a bunch of charities you can click on. Let's start with The Hunger Site. When you click on it, you'll see a bunch of tabs at the top of the page that you can click on to go to each site. There's also a box that says "click for free to give". When you click on it, sponsors donate money for each click. It's totally free for you and it helps people in need. The Hunger Site feeds people who are hungry and need a good meal. The Breast Cancer Site provides free mammograms for women who can't afford them. The Animal Rescue Site helps homeless animals find loving homes. They even have a Shelter Challenge contest a few times a year where you can vote for your favorite shelter and they give out cash prizes to the winners. How cool is that? The Veterans Site helps provide meals for veterans who have served our country. The Autism Site provides therapy for kids with autism. The Child Health Site provides medical care for children who need it. The Literacy Site provides books for kids who love to read. And The Rainforest Site helps preserve rainforest land so we can all enjoy it for years to come.
I make it a point to click on all of these sites every morning when I go online. It's such an easy way to give back and help people and animals in need. Plus, there's a store where you can buy things and a percentage of what you spend goes to the charity you choose. How cool is that?
So, if you're looking for a way to make a difference in the world, check out GreaterGood. It's totally free and it's a great way to help out without spending any money.
Terrible Experience with GreaterGood: Poor Quality, Delayed Delivery, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently bought a 7 strand bracelet from GreaterGood as a Christmas gift for my sister. I placed the order on 12/9/21 and according to the tracking information, it arrived at the USPS destination location on 12/20/21. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order kept saying it would be delivered that day, but it never did. This continued for several days, and I had to reach out to customer service on 12/26/21 to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, I received no response, and the same thing happened the next day. I was getting frustrated, and I checked every day, but the package never arrived.
Finally, on 12/30/21, I was issued a replacement, and I thought all was well. However, on 1/8/22, the bracelet was delivered, and I was excited to give it to my sister. But when she tried it on, we were disappointed to find out that only 3 of the 7 strands fit her wrist, and one of the strands was too small even for her petite 7-year-old daughter. I was shocked that I paid almost $40 for the bracelet, had to wait for almost a month, and still received such a poor quality product.
I contacted customer service about the problem, and in my email, I explained that I no longer had access to the card I used to purchase the bracelet. I requested a refund, but I was unable to receive one to that card. After several days, I received a response that said they had issued a refund, but to the card I told them I could not receive a refund to. I was confused and frustrated by this response.
Overall, my experience with GreaterGood was terrible. The product was of poor quality, the delivery was delayed, and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants quality products and good customer service. If you want to avoid shoddy products, long waits, and horrendous customer service, stay away from GreaterGood.
Disappointing Experience with GreaterGood: Missing Items, No Refund, Poor Customer Service
I'm a big fan of helping out animals in need, so when I stumbled upon GreaterGood, I thought it was a great opportunity to support a good cause while also getting some Christmas gifts for my loved ones. Unfortunately, my experience with this website was far from positive.
Out of the four items I ordered, I only received one. To make matters worse, the bill of lading had paper stickers attached to it for each of the missing items, stating that they were OUT OF STOCK. Another sticker said that a refund had been issued for each sold-out item (and shipping where applicable).
But guess what? I never received my refund. I exchanged several emails with a customer service representative named Bashie English, who told me that there was a misunderstanding and that all items had been shipped, so no refund would be issued. I was getting frustrated, so I sent another email to Bashie, threatening legal action if I didn't see a refund in my account by the end of the day.
Luckily, I found a phone number at the end of Bashie's email and decided to give them a call. I spoke to a guy named Sherick, who was the only positive thing about this whole experience. He apologized for the out-of-stock situation and for his co-worker's lack of follow-up on my order. He promised that my refund would be processed that day, and it was.
However, I was disappointed to learn that I wouldn't be getting a refund on the tax or shipping fees. That just added insult to injury.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with GreaterGood. I don't think I'll be supporting any charities through this website again, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.
Horrible Customer Service Experience with GreaterGood: Rude and Unhelpful Supervisor Refuses to Assist
I recently made a purchase on GreaterGood for a pair of paw print shoes as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day. I was willing to pay almost three times the price of the item just to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the expected date. I tried to contact the customer service team via email five times before Mother's Day to get an update on the delivery status, but I received no response.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to try the online chat feature the following Monday. However, I was repeatedly disconnected from the chat. When I finally got through to a supervisor named David, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to connect me to anyone above him and asked me to forward the email proving that I should have received the package on Friday. After I sent the email, David told me that he didn't care what I sent him and that he wouldn't refund me my shipping costs. He even went as far as to say that he was the ultimate word and that he wouldn't connect me to anyone else.
I tried to disconnect myself and speak to someone else, but David told the three people working below him to refuse to put me through to anyone else. He even told me to stop contacting them, as he had already explained that he was the ultimate word there and wouldn't assist me any further.
The customer service experience I had with GreaterGood was absolutely horrible. I would never buy from them again, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to either. It's disappointing to see a company treat their customers in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.
Disappointing Experience with GreaterGood: Poor Customer Service and Mistakes
I recently bought two pairs of black shoes with paw prints from GreaterGood, one for myself and one for my friend's birthday. However, when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the shoes were black with purple seams and way too big for me. I usually wear a size 7 or 8, and I ordered an 8, but these shoes were clearly not what I had ordered.
I immediately contacted GreaterGood to rectify the situation, and they responded promptly, saying that they had noticed the mistake and would either refund me or send the correct item. All I wanted was the shoes I had ordered in the correct size, but I was worried that my friend would receive the same wrong pair.
When I emailed them again, thanking them for their response and providing my order number, I mentioned that I had also ordered a pair for my friend. They asked for her order number, saying that she would most likely receive the wrong shoes too.
However, today I received an email from GreaterGood saying that the item I wanted was out of stock, so they would be refunding me. I can't help but feel that this was a purposeful mistake on their part, as if they were willing to send the wrong item and only refund if the customer complained.
What bothers me the most is that GreaterGood made no effort to get me the shoes I had ordered, and they were very casual about the whole situation. It seems like they just wanted to make a sale at any cost, without caring about customer service or satisfaction. When I mentioned that I would write a review, their response was simply, "We're sorry you're not happy with our company."
In conclusion, I would not recommend purchasing from GreaterGood. They make mistakes and don't try to fix them, and they clearly don't care about customer service.
Disappointed with Recent Experience with GreaterGood: Expired Products and Missing Items in Package
I have been a loyal customer of GreaterGood for quite some time now and have always been satisfied with their products and services. However, my recent experience with them has left me feeling quite disappointed.
I had ordered a pair of flip flops and a matching shirt from their website, which were both in stock at the time of my order. However, a few days later, I received an email stating that the flip flops were no longer available. I was quite confused as I had checked the website after placing my order and they were still listed as available. To add to my frustration, I have yet to receive the shirt and was told that I would have to wait until next week to cancel my order if it doesn't arrive by then. It's quite frustrating to have to wait so long to find out what's happening with my order.
But that's not the worst part. I recently ordered a box of masks, a welcome sign, and a poop bag set for my dog. When the package arrived, I immediately noticed that the box had been tampered with and re-taped. Upon opening it, I found that the packing slip was torn and missing information. To make matters worse, the box of masks that I had ordered was torn and the masks were loose. Upon inspecting the box, I found that the expiration date was April 10, 2020 - over two months before I received the package! The other two items that I had ordered were missing entirely.
I immediately called the company and spoke to a manager about the situation. While he did agree to give me a refund, I was still quite upset about the entire ordeal. It's not the company's fault that the package was tampered with and items were missing, but it is their responsibility to ensure that the products they send out are not expired. Most people wouldn't think to check the expiration date on a box of masks, so I hope that this hasn't happened to anyone else.
Overall, I have had positive experiences with GreaterGood in the past, but this recent experience has left me feeling unsure about continuing to place orders with them. While I understand that mistakes can happen, sending out expired products and having items missing from a package is simply unacceptable. I hope that the company takes steps to correct these issues and ensure that their customers receive the quality products and services that they deserve.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! H. O. R. R. I. B. L. E!
I purchased 2 pair of the black with paw print, shoes. One for me, one for my friend for her bday.
I received mine yesterday. They were black with purple seams and VERY large (I can wear anywhere froma 7 to an 8. I ordered an 8).
Clearly not what I ordered. Then I became concerned that my friend will be getting the same pair, I emailed GreaterGood, they said that it had came to there attention and corrected the issue and then said they'd refund or send the correct item. All I wanted was what I ordered and the correct size.
I email again, tell them thank you for rectifying the situation and sent off my order number.
I mention I ordered a pair for my friend, they send me an email back asking for her order number, as "it's most likely shell receive the wrong ones too"
I then receive and email from them today telling me that the item I wanted is "out of stock" so they are refunding me.
I feel this was all a PURPOSEFUL "mistake" or "problem" or "issue"!
My take is... we will send them the wrong item, if the $#*! well refund them their money, if they dont, it's a win.
The fact that they have made NO EFFORT to get me what I ordered. The fact that they were very flippant about the whole situation, is what makes me believe they just wanted to make a sale at any cost. I also, mentioned that I was going to write a review, the response was "we're sorry you're not happy with our company".
All I'm suggesting is. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SCREW UP, AND THEY DONT TRY TO FIX IT, AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE... AT ALL!
Very upset
I have ordered from Greater Goods many times before and have been satisfied with the service & products.
I unfortunately, can not say that now. Recently, I ordered flip flops and a shirt to match. After I ordered this and it was in stock, got a letter that the flip flops were no longer in stock. I had looked at the site a few days after I ordered this and it was still in stock, so don't understand how this happened. I have not received the shirt yet, and was told that I have to wait until next week, Tuesday to cancel order if not received by then. It is very frustrating since I got them to match and have to wait 2 weeks (business days) after the shipping date to know what is happening with shirt. This was frustrating but my recent experience was extremely upsetting!
I ordered a box of masks, a welcome sign, and a poop bag set for my dog. Today, I received a box at my door.
The box was obviously tampered with, as the tape looked like it was re taped. When I opened the cardboard box, I took out the packing slip. The left hand corner of the slip was completely torn off, where information was supposed to be. Inside the cardboard box was a torn box that the masks were supposed to be in and the masks were loose. I looked at the torn box and to my dismay, there was an expiration date on, what should have been the bottom of the box, The expiration date was April 10,2020. Today's date is June 11,2020 so the box of masks that were sent were expired!
The other 2 items were not there. Only the ripped box with the expired date and the loose masks. I called and spoke to the manager and told him the situation. He agreed to give me a refund, I received a refund letter and hopefully will get a refund on my credit. I understand that it is not the companies fault that the box was tampered with and items were missing, but it is the responsibility of the company that sent the masks to have seen that they were expired! Most people, would never think to look at an expiration date so I hope this has not happened to anyone else.
As I said at the beginning, I did have positive experiences with ordering from this company, but this experience has me so upset and unsure of continuing to place orders any more. I was upset about the flip flops and shirt, but sending something that is obviously EXPIRED and having a packing slip ripped and items missing needs to be corrected!
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GreaterGood: Refund Denied for Simple Mistake
So, I was trying to buy some stuff from GreaterGood, and I accidentally ordered three of the same thing instead of just one. I realized my mistake pretty quickly and sent them an email asking for a refund for two of the items. But, guess what? They said no! Apparently, my order had already been processed in their system in just a few minutes. I mean, come on, can't they just cancel it? And then they told me that I could return the items, but I would have to pay for tracking. That's just not fair, man.
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever shop at GreaterGood again. There are plenty of other websites out there that sell stuff for animals. And you know what? I think they should change their name. How can they call themselves "GreaterGood" when they won't even give me a refund for a simple mistake? It's just not right.

Disappointing Experience with GreaterGood: Misleading Website and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from GreaterGood and I have to say, I am quite disappointed with my experience. I saw that they had a sale on a set that included a tank top with a zippered hoodie, so I decided to buy it for my daughter and niece. However, when I received my order, I noticed that the hoodies were missing. I immediately called their customer service to inquire about the missing items.
To my surprise, I was told that there was a drop-down box during the checkout process that I didn't check in order to receive the hoodies. I was informed that the special was no longer available and that I would have to pay the full price if I wanted to get the hoodies. I was quite upset about this and expressed my frustration to the customer service representative. They told me that many others had complained about the same issue and that the website was very misleading.
I have ordered from GreaterGood many times before and have never had any problems until now. I am very discouraged by this experience and I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Their customer service is not up to par and I am not happy with how they handled this situation. I feel like I was ripped off and it's a shame because I thought GreaterGood was a reputable company.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from GreaterGood. Their website is misleading and their customer service is lacking. It's a shame because I have had good experiences with them in the past, but this recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their services in the future, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Greater Good's Customer Service and Return Policy
I've been a supporter of Greater Good's work for over a dozen years because I like the idea of also supporting charities when I shop. They've lost my business as of today, however, and I'm spreading the word why you shouldn't shop with them either. Or at least be very, very careful with your order!
I ordered an item that - when I received it - was very different from what was described on the Greater Good site. When I called about returning it, I was told I'd have to pay for the return shipping - which would come to more than the cost of the item. What the heck?! No other reputable company requires customers to pay for return shipping on items that aren't as described on their website. Even companies that provide free shipping. It's a total rip-off!
I was really disappointed with the customer service I received when I called to complain about the item. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, and seemed like they didn't care at all about my issue. It was really frustrating and made me feel like my business wasn't valued at all.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping with Greater Good. While their mission to support charities is admirable, their customer service and return policy are not up to par with other companies. If you do decide to shop with them, be very careful with your order and make sure you read the item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Otherwise, you might end up with a product that's nothing like what you expected and be stuck paying for return shipping.
Disappointed with Shipping Time from GreaterGood.com
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to place an order on GreaterGood.com. I mean, they've got some pretty cool stuff on there, and I was in the market for a new tunic and a couple of purses. So, I placed my order on May 4th, 2017, and got an email saying that it had been shipped via DHL on May 6th, 2017. According to the tracking information, it was in Stow, OH on May 10th, 2017.
Now, I had the items sent to my PO Box, and I've been checking it pretty regularly since May 11th, 2017. I checked again on May 13th, 2017, and still no order. I mean, what gives? My husband is going to the post office today, May 15th, 2017, to see if the package is there, even though the tracking still says it's in Stow, OH as of May 10th, 2017.
Honestly, if it's not there, I don't think I'll be ordering from Greater Good ever again. It'll be like that one time I ordered from Dresslily and didn't realize until it was too late that they were in China. It took forever to get my refund back from them. But, I mean, Greater Good is in the U.S., so it shouldn't take this long for my order to come.
I'm just hoping that this is all some kind of mistake and that my order will show up soon. I mean, I really want that tunic and those purses. But, if it doesn't, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GreaterGood: Boots Out of Stock and Rude Representatives
I had a not-so-great experience with GreaterGood when my son ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas in the wrong size. When I called to exchange them, the woman I spoke to was not very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping me out. Despite this, I was able to find the boots I wanted in the correct size on sale and in stock, so I returned the original pair on my own dime.
However, I ended up waiting for two whole weeks before calling to inquire about my replacement pair. The man I spoke to on the phone was just as rude and uninterested as the woman I had spoken to before. He informed me that the boots were now out of stock and that they had simply refunded my money. To make matters worse, I noticed that the boots were now double the price and all sizes were marked as out of stock.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from GreaterGood. They were downright rude and made no effort to try to resolve any of the issues I had encountered. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about their products and mission before this experience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through what I did.
Mixed Feelings About GreaterGood: Poor Customer Service and Low-Quality Products
I recently made a purchase from GreaterGood, specifically from The Rainforest Site and Animal Rescue, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. I bought two items from The Rainforest Site, which is a part of GreaterGood, and two other items from Animal Rescue and Greater Good itself. The Animal Rescue and Greater Good gifts I purchased came with cards that showed where the costs of these items were applied, which was a nice touch.
However, I had a frustrating experience when I called GreaterGood to ask for two Rainforest Site cards to include with my gifts for my granddaughters. I spoke with a man named Cole, who was very rude and seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. He eventually agreed to send me an email with information about where a portion of the costs went, but then he abruptly hung up on me. When I received the email, it was actually about The Animal Rescue, not The Rainforest Site. This was very disappointing and made me question the quality of their employees.
To make matters worse, the items I purchased were not of good quality either. I have decided to return them and will not be making any future purchases from GreaterGood. It's a shame because I really wanted to support their causes, but their poor customer service and low-quality products have left a bad taste in my mouth.
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with GreaterGood
I recently made a purchase from GreaterGood and I must say, I was not impressed with the quality of the clothing. I ordered 1 coat, 6 tops, and 3 dresses, but when I received the package, I noticed a strong smell of cheap dye and the clothing lacked quality. I was disappointed, so I contacted the company to return all of the items.
After waiting for a month, I realized that the credit for my return had not been issued to my credit card. I contacted the company again, but they claimed that I did not return anything. I was frustrated, so I emailed them a copy of my return postage receipt and the tracking information to prove that the package had arrived. However, they did not call me back as promised.
I decided to call them instead, but they informed me that they had only received 2 shirts back. This was strange, as the whole shipment was together. They then told me that they would only give me store credit due to the length of time that had passed. I was not happy about this, as it was their fault, not mine.
When I tried to use the store credit, they told me that it didn't exist! I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend using this company unless you have money to burn and enjoy talking to crabby employees in the return department.
Overall, my experience with GreaterGood was not a positive one. The quality of the clothing was poor, and the customer service was lacking. It was frustrating to deal with the return process, and I was not satisfied with the outcome. I would advise others to be cautious when making purchases from this company.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GreaterGood: A Review
So, I decided to give GreaterGood a try and placed an order in the evening. However, when I received the confirmation email, I noticed that one of the items I ordered had been changed from black to purple. I immediately tried to call their customer service, but they were closed. I went online to check the item again, but to my surprise, it was no longer available. The item in question was a Black or Purple Paws slap watch, and I was really looking forward to receiving it.
The next morning, as soon as they opened, I called GreaterGood to inquire about the watch. The representative, Alex, informed me that the black version was sold out and that I had taken the last purple one. I requested that they credit my account since I didn't want the purple watch, but Alex informed me that the order was already shipping. I was not happy about this situation. It's not about the money, but the fact that they sent me a color I didn't want just because the black one was sold out. Now, I have to send it back, which will cost me money.
I must say that I was disappointed with the customer service I received from GreaterGood. This is not the way to treat customers, and I will never use this company again. It's a shame because I donate hundreds of dollars yearly to Pet Rescue, and I was hoping to support a company that shares my values. However, after this experience, I will have to look elsewhere for my pet-related purchases.
In conclusion, I would not recommend GreaterGood to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused company. Their poor customer service and lack of consideration for their customers' preferences are unacceptable.
Disappointing Experience with GreaterGood: No Option to Change Order Size and Costly Returns
Yo, so I saw someone else talking about GreaterGood and I gotta say, I had a pretty similar experience. Like, if you wanna change the size of something you ordered, you're pretty much screwed. Even if you try to do it right after you place the order, there's no way to make it happen. I hit up customer service a bunch of times right after I ordered something and they straight up told me there was no way to change the size, even though the order hadn't even shipped yet. They told me I had to send it back for an exchange, but they wouldn't give me a return label. So I had to pay for the shipping myself, which was a total bummer.
Anyway, I sent it back and they told me the item was out of stock, which was a huge letdown. They gave me a refund, but it was only for the cost of the item itself, not the tax or the original shipping or the return shipping. So I ended up paying more than the item actually cost and I didn't even get to keep it. It was a total waste of time and money.
I really hope they figure out a way to let people change their orders before they ship them out. If they don't, I'm never gonna order from them again. It's just not worth the hassle and the extra expense.
GreaterGood.com Exploits Tiananmen Tragedy for Profit: A Warning to Others
I recently stumbled upon GreaterGood.com and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with what I found. It seems that this for-profit business is using the tragedy of the Tiananmen Massacre for their own marketing purposes. As someone who values respect and empathy for victims and their families, I find this behavior to be quite distasteful.
It's a shame that even after 26 years, the Chinese government continues to whitewash the history of Tiananmen and prevent the victims' families from having a proper memorial. And now, to add insult to injury, GreaterGood.com is using this occasion of sorrow to take advantage of good people's good will and entice them to submit their personal information.
I urge you not to submit your name to them. It's important to warn others about this site and expose them for who they really are - an unscrupulous business using others' misery to make a quick buck. It's truly sad that in today's world, nothing seems to be sacred anymore.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone who values respect and empathy to steer clear of GreaterGood.com. Let's not support businesses that victimize the victims and their families for their own gain.
I ordered a face mask at GreaterGood the code listed in the advertisements with each mask did not work and customer service would not honor it.
On July 1, 2020, I ordered a face mask through GreaterGood and the code to give a ventilator face mask to front line workers GIVEAMASK would not work. Customer service told me that they would not honor the GIVEAMASK to front line workers as advertised on the site because I had not entered the code when ordering which was impossible to do. It is false advertising.
Never received order
I bought two pairs of pajamas and a face mask off the Rainforest site at GreaterGood.com. I paid for them. They said they were shipped. But they never arrived. I've tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of them. I've never received any communications from them whatsoever. No explanation, no excuse, no offer of a refund. They just took my money and disappeared. I will never support them again.

Worst ever!!
Please don't order from this site www.greatergood.com they are the worst ever! I tried to make an order here but it was cancelled within first 10 minutes. Then I tried again and the same thing happened. Well, I decided that was not a big deal but when I checked my bank statement I found out they actually charged me for those two orders! I contacted them via email and in total sent about 10 messages. When they finally replied they said they did not take my money and that's actually it. After that they did not reply and never gave my money back, this website is an absolute fraud! Please avoid!
Never again!!
I used GreaterGood and ordered a pair of flip flops from them and the ones I received were too small. I just tried them on and returned to the package. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a refund and they said yes.
I sent the flops back and later they contacted me and said that shoes came in a bad condition and were obviously worn! And they refused to refund my money. Then I asked them to send me those flip flops back but they said that these were already thrown away! How dare they?
Never again!
Necklace broke on the next day
I bought necklace from the company www.greatergood.com. I got it and the necklace looked great as on the picture. But when I first wore it, the necklace broke. I have no idea how it has happened. I only heard some strange sound and the necklace was in my hands with the broken clasper. The seller of course refused to change it and told that I broke it on purpose. So, be careful if you buy from this company. Not durable products.
