Shoppers Drug Mart review: foquest

I called my local Shoppers pharmacy to have my sons Foquest prescription filled and they informed me that they have none on hand and would not be getting any until late Monday afternoon possibly Tuesday, this is Friday evening that I called. The attitude I received was very unprofessional and the question was asked "if he needs it on the weekend! That is unacceptable to ask the question and that they have none on hand, regardless of the dosage amount. Their reaction to not having it was basically it's not our problem which is not good customer service at all! They are a pharmacy and they should have extra on hand at all times! If this was a life or death medication that was not on hand I would think there would be some serious repercussions! This situation should be treated no differently just because it's not considered a vital medication which in this case missing a day is not a good thing!
