I ordered an ice maker and it only worked for a day . The fan stopped working. I contacted the company and I was told I would receive via email a return label so that I could take it to a UPS store. I never received it so I contacted the company again. Apparently, they had the wrong email so it was corrected and then they stated that I would receive a new one from Fed Ex. I never received one via email. Each time I have called I have received the run around. I am out $100.00
Desired outcome: I would like the ability to return the product and receive a replacement.
