Skinny Fit review: Fraudulent scam company file a police report before requesting a refund

I ordered a trial with promise of a return after 21 days if not satisfied for a full refund. The company sent it late and I changed my mind on purchasing. The cancellation was made a refund was to issued after the item is returned. The company generated a fake label to show PayPal but refused to forward the label to me dispite several requests the company opted for a 1991 excuse for not receiving the label to” check your spam mail”. Who has spam mail? They’re refusing to give a refund nor send the label. I’m filing a police report.
