While ago I made an account with Skrill to do ONE SINGLE online payment which I couldn't do by other means. Now months later I got an email from them that within a few weeks, they will start to "charge" me money each month for having an account, unless I make another purchase/payment once every six months.
Of course, I did not know this and do not want this, I do not even need Skrill account anymore, but after attempting dozens of times to close the account, I am still unsuccessful. My password is forgotten and every time I request a password change, by the time I get the email, it is expired. So I cannot change my password and cannot login to close the account.
Worst thing of this horrible experience is that Skrill themselves apparently do not even respond, even after several tickets and emails to them about this issue.
I want to make it VERY CLEAR TO THEM that I will NOT agree with this SCAM-like operation they are running, and I WILL file a complaint with the international consumer board if this is not resolved by them soon. I already spoke to my attorney and it is possible to take necessary legal steps if necessary. They MUST make sure their services work as advertized, and if not, they are legally responsible for any issues caused by their failing and lacking services.
With this, I hope they make QUICK WORK OF THIS and do as requested; shouldn't be THAT DIFFICULT.

Desired outcome: CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And LET ME KNOW when it is so done.
