Skrill Skrill withdrawal not received

I have made an withdrawal on 18th June 2020 to my bank account. This money never been received due to incorrect bank details.

I have a number of query to Skrill, everytime I have been told the same thing. The money has successfully been processed. Please contact your bank, which I have done many a time, and they have no details of any payment received. At the same time I was also told to get the swift transfer number from the sender to investigate further, which I have requested many time from Skrill. Till date have not received any reply.

It is clearly mentioned, if for any reason any bank details are incorrect the withdrawal will be rejected and all effort will be make to credit the money asap.

Why are they not crediting my money or reply to any of the mail I have written then. If they are saying the money has left their system, there should be a swift transfer number they should be able to give me.

Skrill Money Transfers

About Skrill - looks fine fraud company to me. Tried to transfer my money after 2 attempts of verifications as its app, site and customer care tells you different stories. Transferred 1000 GBP and customer care told it will be done in next business days as everything is fine. But later received the mail that transfer has failed without any reason and money will be back. But while trying to contact them they are saying they never received the money which is not the case as I have given the bank's confirmation that money has been transferred to Skrill. Now my money is stuck, Skrill is not responding and looks a fraud to me.

Skrill Transfer

I opened a Skrill account with my standard bank account and now I am trying to transfere the money back into my account but Skrill keeps reversing the money back to their account. This is unacceptable. I want my money transfered back into my account as soon as possible. Please contact me Mr Solomon A Uzoigwe, +27 [protected].
I try to transfere money to my sons account and that transaction was also reversed. I felt for this trick because it says send money around the world for free and I decided to do that and with this Covit-19 all the banks are on lockdown and I needed to send this money to my sick mother. Only yo find out that I cannot send or withdraw the money.
I need your assistance in this matter.

Skrill Amount not reversed after account closure

Hi.Skrill are trying to steal my money after I asked for my account to be closed.They holded my money for months.Wasn't any possibility to send any money or withdraw any money from my account for months, but my account was fully verified.Skrill is SCAM
Any money are very important for people to survive in this period.Shame on you Skrill LTD...

Skrill International money transfer very long delay 8 days for small 60 euros transfer

Skrill transfer

Hi,

I have done 2 transfers on 3rd and 4th March but the beneficary has not yet received the credit. I have written to skrill but there is no feedback from them. I tried calling them but there is no reply- the standard recorded message is that all the consultants are busy. It seems they are least bothered about the frustration the sender suffers when there is no feedback in any manner from Skrill.

Skrill e-wallet

I have paid INR 47671.64 for deposit to my Skrill e-wallet account from my SBI account through d. local (Transaction Reference #: [protected]). However, I have seen only INR 41, 814 has been processed and after a deduction of their service charge of INR 1019.85, they have credited the rest of the amount to my Skrill account. Now they have decided to deactivate my account. Today they have deducted an administrative charge of INR 12128! What is this? Why Skrill is snatching money from me like this?
I want to close my account and want my remaining balance INR 28665 back to my bank account. Their attitude and communication is too poor. I want to take legal steps against them!

Same thing happened to me, i Sold a Game Account for 14, 687 and when i tried to withdraw money to my bank account via Skrill, they Charged 12, XXX as Administration Fee and Disabled My Account. When i Asked for Refund and Reactivation of my account, there are just replying with Auto Generated Messages. Skrill is A SCAMMER Website who Takes Customers Money of their own FREE WILL.

Skrill pending transactions

Hello,
I have done two transactions on 30th Jan 2020 and 31st Jan 2020, both the transactions are pending for missing of last name in beneficiary account and I provided all required details regarding beneficiary account on 3rd Feb and they agreed to process the transactions. But still the transactions are pending.
When ever I contact them just they are saying will be processed soon, which never happens. Could you please look into this issue.

Skrill transfer from my skrill account to visa card

Please I funded expert option from my skrill account using my laptop but after I was done trading I requested for a transfer using my phone unfortunately skrill refused to transfer it successfully and I need the money urgently. What I need to buy increases almost per day in price. Plz make access to funding my account feasible do I won't miss this opportunity to buy this item I intend getting soonest. Thx

Skrill money deducted but not received

I have made a transfer on 22 Nov 2019 of Myr1000 to Thailand, after waiting for 5 days and the money was no shown in the Thai account, I have decided to contact Skrill, after waiting and calling many times finally a guy operator answered. After 5 mins of identity verification I was told to be patient and wait for email as there was some details that was insufficient. 3 days passed, I received an email from skrill asking me for my full name! Which I had already given to the operator 3 days back and this is not how I expect from an international company as to prolonged the transaction till today is already 7th Dec 2019 and still I have zero respond from them and the money is still not received at Thailand even after I replied with my full name as requested. Skrill online money transfer issue

Last november 1st I transfer 2050 sar via skrill money transfer but unfortunately they cancelled my transaction but still now I didn't receive the refund money. Skrill refund policy

True I am dealing with this for a second time. first time for a car rental and now a ticket. it was automatically cancelled and its on pending. they can take 30-40 days to refund your cash. Last time the rental company told me they cancelled. this time they also tell me the booking got cancelled automatically. I even connected the card to paypal and even that is pending. and paypall always cancells the amount the same day. It sucks not beeing able to buy a new ticket cause they have the money on pending

Skrill money transfer

I made a mistake and gave the wrong account number to Skrill when doing a transfer from them to my Commonwealth Bank account in Australia. I have asked them 16 times now (inc phone calls and desperate cases opened on their site. They just keep fobbing me off and closing each online complaint submitted. The Commonwealth Bank cannot just drag the money out of someone else account due to my error. It is international law and basic procedure for Skrill to just simply request a reversal - very very simple procedure . Skrill refuse to do this for me - this has been going on since 5th November. They are a very unethical company based in the UK. They refuse to help me after 16 desperate pleas and just keep fobbing me off and don't care that someone else has my $5000. They refuse to undertake a very simple and basic internationally accepted procedure - I am on my last legs financially and this $5000 was supposed to be a life saving loan from a friend. Absolutely frantic - they refuse to help over and over and over - such a simple and basic procedure for them to help me. Beware to all Skrill customers - they are an unethical Company - Glenn

Skrill i'm trying to create a skrill account and country isn't on the country list.

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago and while trying to create a Skrill account I realized that Trinidad and Tobago isn't on the country list to state what country I'm from. I looked up on your website to see what countries Skrill is registered with and Trinidad and Tobago is on that list, so I really would like to know whats happening. I need a Skrill account as soon as possible. Please help.

Skrill skrill is a mega scam of untold proportions

Full Description of Incident: I uploaded USD 202 to Skrill 6 months ago hoping to do a quick transaction and thinking they were an alternative to paypal. Skrill very quickly took the money from my mastercard and when I wanted to do a transaction, all the nightmares started. I was asked to provide supporting documents to prove I am who I am, which I complied accordingly. Since they claimed they do not accept email documents, I was required to upload these supporting documents via their website. But every time I tried to submit these documents, they rejected them each time with some weird reason, I kept readjusting according to their instructions and again it was the same thing, they kept rejecting my documents. Eventually, after trying for a couple of days, I gave up due to the sheer frurstration and time wasted.

It has been six months now, my money is still stuck in Skrill, I cannot access the money, I cannot transact with the money, they cannot accept my documents and they cannot refund the money. In short I have been conned! I feel extremely frustrated and wonder how the British government would sanction such a fraud and scam service as Skrill to continue operating and fleecing the inhabitants of the whole world with some very stupid tactics...

Why didnt Skrill require that I comply with their documentation requirements first before I could send the money? Why not impose the same conditions BEFORE not after taking my money? This is so unlike a British company quality of service the rest of the world has come to expect for decades. UK was the SI unit for financial services excellence, I haven't seen such rubbish as Skrill and what surprises me the most is they operate in full glare of the British govt because now I know they are a fraud and if I know surely a govt such as UK govt must also know.

All I would request is that I get my money back. I do not even want to transact through them anymore.

Skrill withdrawal

I have withdrawn money on the 24 September till today I haven't received my money, the most irritating thing skrill claim that they send me money but the bank did investigation and the report comes saying skrill didn't send me money. REF NO
[protected].

I even emailed the report to the skrill and since they take my bank statement skrill but I haven't received anything from them.

I am kindly requesting my funds BACK WITHIN 72HOURS

Skrill unauthorized payment

I noticed that there was an unauthorized payment done from my skrill account, I have sent an email to help@skrill.com but they haven't replied back with a solution and this has now been 4 days.
Can Skrill assist with this urgently.

Skrill scam. skrill closed my account and took my money for no reasons

I could not use my skrill atm card which I paid £10 for anyways so I decided to login my mobile banking and it said "Account locked". I rang their customer service and after verifying it was me on the call they said they've closed my account because I've breached one of their terms and conditions. I asked what terms and conditions did I breach cos I've not even been using this account much so I have definitely not done anything and I was told they can't tell me what breach I have done for 'security reasons' but I've breached one of their terms and my money in the account is non-refundable. This is next level SCAM! I've just been scammed. How can u close my account saying I've done something but u can't tell me what it is but U've seized my money.
