My wife and I went to buy a new mattress set. I said lets go to Sleep Country. They are the Sleep experts. My wife wanted to check out the brick. I went with it because as the commercial says they will beet anyone's ad. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes with the guy at the brick. He took the time to find out needs, what concerns my wife had, and showed us the mattress that would best suit us. We thanked him for his time and said we wanted to get a second opinion. We crossed the road to Sleep Country. Once in, a salesladie introduced her self and told us to try any mattress we saw. If it felt good, that's the one we should buy. REALLY? Is that what they taught you at Sleep Contry school ? I told the lady some of the concernes and issues my wife has, one being she likes to sleep on her side, but If she does, and there is too much pressure, she won't be able to get up or move. To that she told us to try a mattress and stay on her side for 15 or 20 minutes, if that causes pain, don't buy that one. I said what did you not understand about she won't be able to walk ? Realizing what we were NOT getting from this store, we left in frustration and went right back to the Brick. I understand why he wasn't concerned about us checking out the competition ( there is none). I've tried twice now to let Sleep Country know what they have working for them. I would like to think not all of thier "Sleep Experts" are like this one, but now reading the reviews, maybe they are. 😒
