Really slow service. Staff are not even courteous.
2 days na walang signal indicator na nagsoshow sa cp ko. Puro reference number lang ang binibigay. 2 sim cards same issue. Big company but only have 1 supervisor. 1 hour call with customer service and still supervisor was on a meeting or busy. Duhhh. Nothing that they can do daw sabi ng mga CSR. Kainis.

Smart service is disappointing and I need my money back or else my data should be usable.
Since August 13 ,2023 I was not able to use the services. Keep calling the customer service but it seems that they are not welling to help, keep disconnecting the call put me on hold. I want compensation for days that I was not able to use the services and have the issue fix ASAP. Of ever you cannot fix this issue please escalate to NTC
After buying load for my smart broadband home wifi, the transaction pushed through but the screen showed "We're working on it! This service will be back soon." All while deducting the amount from my GCash wallet.
