There is raining in our village so the wapda electricity have some issues that's why there is no electricity on our village but operator provides petrol or diesal for tower shouldn't shut down but owner sell petrol or diesal that's why today is 2nd day tower is not functioning so kindly look into this matter or force owner to operate tower with diesal or petrol. We are facing indoor and outdoor problem of network signals, we various times complained to the tower management at dalipota, but they did not resolve our issue. Tower management of dalipota sell out the petrol of the generator, and they use for personal, and did not run the tower on it. After that we did contact at moro head of area tower office bearer, namely naseer, unfortunately he did not paid heed to it. He have go out of home for just sending emails and whatsapp. It has miserably affected, we did not have other way than complaining at this platform. It is greciously urged to resolve our problem.

I am as a Employ at Rustam Towel PVT Limited Witch is The Address 22K Rohi Nala Feroozpur Road Metro Last Stop Gajju Matta Lahore.
Well we are here & facing the mobile signal, call connectivity issue, that`s the problem from around 2.5 years we complain the mobilink un number but the problem are still. There are 1500 to 2200 workers using the mobile with multiple connection so please arrrange the visit and solve our signal problem.

I have been a Mobilink subscriber since 2016. No significant lapses of service occurred until October 2021.

In October 2021, I paid $350 for a required 4G unit to replace the 3G Model for which service would no longer be provided at year end. Since 10/30/22 there has been a notice of "No Cellular Service" from Mobilink on 6 instances for a total of 19 days Thru 12/21/2022. In addition, other unit activity is missing (weekly exercise) on numerous dates when Mobilink did not indicate there was No Cellular Service. I am writing this on 12/21/22, and Mobilink continues out of service since 12/18/2022.

I have Mobilink because I am out of town 6 months of the year and rely on it to ensure that my generator is operational during this absence. Mobilink first wanted me to ask a friend or neighbor to open the generator and execute a power reboot... which I reject for safety reasons. Mobilink then suggested I contact my generator installer to conduct a service call to see if a power recycle will rectify the situation. In contacting the installer, I was told this would result in a minimum $150 service fee. I asked Mobilink to cover this cost due to the lack of system reliability. Mobilink refused to pay the service fee, as "this is not Mobilink's responsibility". This fee would be over twice the cost of the annual Mobilink fees, and not money well spent considering the history of service lapses by Mobilink.

I initially requested that Mobilink contact their Cellular Service provider (Verizon) to verify that cellular service is continuing to our service location. Mobilink refused to contact Verizon, stating that they have no power to as Verizon to move their antennas.

I then Requested a refund from Mobilink for the $70 annual fee which was paid on 10/14/22. I would recycle power to the generator when I return in April 2023 and determine if this reawakens Mobilink. If yes, I would resume the Mobilink service. My request for refund was Denied by Mobilink because the unit continues to "periodically work". Further, Mobilink states that I am not cooperating with them in asking a neighbor to perform a service, nor paying a minimum $150 service fee to the generator installer.
