We had these guys install our unit 3 years ago and during this winter storm our heat went out! We called them and they were out to our place at 8:00 at night and got us fixed up! Thank you so much for the customer service it’s rare these days!

I recently got my unit replaced by this company and gotta say, the price was awesome and the service was way better than what I'm seeing here. The guys who did the installation were super polite and did a bang-up job. Everything looked real tidy and they even went the extra mile to tidy up after themselves. I'm seriously stoked with SmartCool.

Very dishonest. I tried to get a quote for my unit replacement, but they gave me the runaround. I got tired of being ignored, so I said that if they didn't respond, I would have to find another company. Then, I received a response saying, "Thanks for considering us." What?! So, I made a comment about it on their Facebook page, but they deleted it. I made another comment to make sure they knew I wasn't going to be ignored. They contacted me and tried to "blame" everything on me, asking if I still wanted a quote. No, I can't hire people I can't trust. They lure people in just to make money for themselves. Stay away. I told them this would be my next stop...

I had my AC unit replaced inside and out. I told them there was a leak in the lineset, but they shrugged it off because they don't replace linesets with new units. Even after I mentioned that another company told me the leak was the problem, they were still hesitant to replace it. Eventually, when they agreed to replace it, they suddenly decided to bail on me because I had to have freon put in my unit multiple times. They knew about this issue but didn't seem to care. It's frustrating because they are never available when you need them. They just show up and then get upset because you're not home. I want people to know that they are not reliable. They are extremely short-staffed and not available 24 hours a day or on weekends. This is not good for customers who may need their services during those times and have to call someone else instead.

What a terrible shady company. The owners of the company micromanage everything and yet are never available to talk, so you get the runaround. I bought their one year home warranty coverage when I purchased my house. My A/C went out 9 months later and it took me calling morning and night for 2 1/2 weeks before we got someone to come out and look at it, even with my elderly parents health conditions. Then it took almost another 3 weeks before it was fixed. With the coverage I paid, plus the charge for the A coil which was not covered "I paid for a new unit" which I could have done with a more reputable company. What is worse is that they installed the unit incorrectly the safety device wasn't set and the new unit leaked all over my ceiling and walls for 5 weeks until it started to bleed into the inside of the house. Again with damage to my home they still gave me the runaround until I threatened legal action and called the Arkansas consumer affairs. They fixed the leaking unit but didn't repair the water damage until I again contacted legal and consumer affairs. I have no idea how this company is still in business unless they continue to prey on new customers or have changed their business name each time business dries up. Do not use this company!
