SmartFares.com They charged me after I canceled my tickets

hello,
at Nov 05 2020 i made a reservation of 4 tickets from Amman to Atlanta from SmartFare.com via Turkish Airlines. when finish, they charged me extra money which make me chat with them and cancel the the whole process, and the chatter told me we did not charge you any money because the card has been decline.
then i purchesed another tickets at the same day form TurkishAirline directely and i paid with different Credit Card.
Today my bank called me to tell me that SmartFares.com has been charged me the full amount as if i bought the four tickets from them.
i made a live chat with SmartFares.com to discuss that, they said i used the tickets according to TurkishAirline. but i did not use the ticket of their purchasing, i use the ticket of the second purchasing.
they said they will not refund the money for me.
i told them can you support me of the conversation copy of Nov 05 2020, they said we are not authorized to do so.
but the proof of canceling the whole purchasing was at that conversation.
I really do not know what to do now.

SmartFares.com Chasing a refund - stay away from them

For 3 months now I have been chasing them for $13,000. No refund info no one can tell you when or where. Next step lawyers! Save your money protect your vacation do not use them. I purchased the tickets in Jan. Airline cancelled the flight in Oct. I have spoken to them more than 20 times with Alicia and then escalated to corporate corporate customer service manager. No refund as of Dec 17

SmartFares.com book tickets from their website

Booked three air tickets from their website smartfares.com on 04/23/2019, but the flight what I booked was cancelled, I'm asking full refund on 06/18/2018, and I was told I would get my refund in 20-25 business days. I called them again after one month and I was told I have to wait up to two billing cycles! Called again after two months and I was told I have to wait other two weeks! Called again and was told I have to wait another 3 to 4 business days! Called today and was told I have to wait 7-10 business days! It takes almost three months but I still haven't received my refund! I asked them it's not my fault but why so difficult to get my refund! They told me they can not refund me because airline haven't refund them! I called air China and I was told they haven't refund because they never received any refund requests from smartfares! I have to contact them to send refund request to Air China because I booked tickets from smartfares. That means if Smart fares refused to send request to Air China, I will never receive my refund!

SmartFares.com airline ticket booking

I had booked an airline ticket through First Fare which took me to Smartfares which was selling ticket for Etihad Airways. I had paid an amount of $44.85 for seat booking without which Smartfares will not complete the flight booking process. Now I have written numerous mails and have been speaking to past 7 days, there has been no response to emails and phone calls. Probably they trade this money cheated from gullible customers. They dupe the customers through online portal, unethical in their dealings and take days to respond to an email. They should be banned from booking international flights as it costs a lot to make phone calls and explain the same story time and again. It is very irritating and you feel cheated by a fake travel portal which is allowed to operate with no control on their online cheating innocent customers who are not residents of US. Through your offices, can I expect a resolution so that my money is refunded earliest. I won't recommend anyone to book tickets through this fraud ticketing portal.

SmartFares.com wrong ticket issued and extra charges

The air ticket I bought through them turned out not to be available the next day, so they sold me on a phone a little bit more expensive ticket for a different date. I accepted and the month later, when checking in for the flight, it turned out the new ticket doesn't have any baggage allowance. The customer service representative didn't exactly know how to solve the issue and the manager decided to blame us because we didn't check the policy. He was clearly used to unhappy customers and just trying to get rid of us.

SmartFares.com tickets

I selected AND paid for an airline ticket. Several HOURS later I had not received an email confirming the flight. I called the airline to make sure they had the reservation. They did NOT! However, the airline worked with me to give me a satisfactory fare (although it was a little bit more than my original fare).

I was concerned about Smartfares having my credit card info and not providing the ticket. I called them directly and they would not provide me with a refund of the difference between the costs of the tickets.

Do not purchase any airline ticket from Smartfares. They are not a reliable company. If there is any purchase made that I don't recognize, I will use them.

SmartFares.com Fraud

I booked a flight through them for a Spirit airlines flight. They sent me an email that said a problem occurred during booking confirmation. I was on hold for about one hour while they contacted the spirit airs. Seemed like they had a hard time resolving this issue. They eventually confirmed my booking but I noticed that I had to pay more money. Even though their policies say a different thing.

SmartFares.com This company is a scam

Their service is inattentive when filling the forms. I once booked a ticket and after receiving it saw that my name was wrong, even though they used information from my ID. After showing them THEIR mistake they said I had to pay $60 for the correction. How's that? It's THEIR mistake! Why does the easiest action like changing the name actually cost money?
Be aware and never use them!

SmartFares.com I was not notified about a declined card

I booked a flight to Charlotte NC, on April 21 2017, confirmation number OAEPBJ, name Sandra Hernandez. When I checked into the airport, I was told I wasn't issued a ticket number, and could not board the plane anyways because it was full, and my seat had been sold. When I called, that's when they decide to tell me, it was due to one of my cards being declined. One card I used, was an international card, but I can not remember for what reason the representative told me it was declined. It was a close relative's card that had offered to pay for half my ticket, so I could attend our grandmother's funeral/burial, therefore I couldn't pay when I was told that it would be cleared up as soon as I paid. I no longer had the card info. I missed that flight to make it on time to my destination, due to the fact that I was NOT notified that one card had been declined! I was told that I was called, and had emails sent, but when I checked my email, there was nothing from you! Just an email saying I was booked and CONFIRMED! When I called again to see what had really happened with the whole card processing, the excuse was that I wasn't notified, because the person who booked me, had finished their shift. Therefore he couldn't tell that one card was declined. Really? Don't you have a data base that tells you when a payment was not processed, so that you can fix the problem?! I feel this wasn't held profesionallly at all! I went about to the airport, with out having a ticket waiting for me at the airport. Sadly, I would always find the best deals with you, but no longer feel like I can safely, without any concerns book with you again!

SmartFares.com Unauthorized credit card charges

Purchased travel tickets(Airline) from them .Purchased round trip tickets for wife and myself. Wasn't for a couple of days later that i noticed and extra debit taken from my account that should not have been taken. Have contacted smartfares call centre heaps of times(Over 50 times) to work this over debit out but they just refuse to assist in any way, been over 6 months now(I am persistant over the 350usd theft) have contacted them by phone from australia as they are based in the mighty usa and keep get putting on hold for over 45 mins until i get peeved and hang up, they actual rang my wife and told her they would ring back to speak to me about debit but up until now over a month no call. I keep sending them emails but nothing comes from them. I know 350usd isn, t a great amount but when you havn't got the dollars to spare in the first place that's why you look for cheaper tickets.
So i would be very cautious about this company and would never deal again through them, wish i would have read feedbacks first as they would never had the chance to steal my money.

SmartFares.com False advertising of full refund if cancellation within 12hrs of purchase

Nov 9, 15 11:51a purchase airline ticket. Nov 9, 15 9:55p call to cancel ticket for refund as website stated. I was put on hold 10 minutes then told I couldn't have refund due to airline said no. I said website doesn't say based on airline rules. Nov 13, 15 call to cancel flight again. Ask if I could at least have credit for future ticket. This Customer Service agent said, "if you would of called within first 12 hours of purchase you could have had a refund." I told him I did call within first 12 hours. He looked at my booking notes and hung up on me. I called back and explained the situation to yet another Customer Service agent and he said if the travel was within 7 days of purchase I could have had a refund. I will never use this travel agency again. Completely misleading.

SmartFares.com the company has ruined our vacation

I have contacted the company www.smartfare.com and asked to book 5 adult and 1 kid seats. I thought that it was strange that the company hasn’t confirmed the booking and hasn’t provided further details. When 2 weeks left before the departure, we called to the office and asked about us. But the rep was very busy and couldn’t find our details. He promised to call back and hasn’t done it. Don’t waste your money.

SmartFares.com Flight overcharge

Smartfares organized the worst flight for my mother who is 80 years old, making her travel from LaGuardia to NewarkLiberty airport by FOOT! This was not noticed until after the payment. I am not familiar with New York and didn't know that it was two different airports, and that she would have to travel from one airport to the other on her own accord. I had asked for wheelchairs for my mother on all flight changes. I called immediately to change/inquire what this was and they charged $593 to change it to only three stops to Frankfurt — instead of four! The day before my mother was to fly I called the airline directly (United) and they managed to change to both direct flights! Never again will I go through anyone but the airline. United was amazingly helpful. I have not yet asked for a refund. I would like to inquire about one. Here is the direct wording of the response of their mistake:

As per our conversation and as agreed, we have made the changes to your Booking Number 4M9Z97, with an additional charge of $592.92USD per passenger, including the airline penalty, difference in fare and fees
(Confirmation of your Flight Change 4M9Z97)

On may 18th, 2023 i booked a ticket same day got an email said spirit canceled my reservation i called spirit.com spirit say not them. Smartfares.com scammed me never refund my money everyday say 24hrs should get my money refunded it's been 15days nothing yet.
