SmartStop Self Storage review: Be smart, don't stop

I had rented at the Corinth location for years before smartstop took over. The last month before they took over my rent was raised to $199 for a 10x10 elevator access climate control unit, The list regular price is $120. So I decided to move the last day allowed by US storage, which is the 5th, which I did.
I was not on autopay, Smartstop used my credit card information from US storage and charged me without my authorization for the month, and refuses to give me any kind of refund. They are Thieves.
Also the phone number in the email they send you is bad. It contacts Income tax debt relief and then they won't stop calling you
