Smoky Mountain guns and ammo, Cheated me! They sent me a used gun claiming it was new. It was all scratched up and even missing parts. Phone calls to their customer service go straight to voicemail and are never returned. When I contacted them to return it, they ghosted me. The top three manager were on the email, and they all ghosted me. They don't care about the customer or what we think of their service. Stay away or you will get burned like me.

Keep evidence of the scratches on the gun, missing parts as well as copies of the letters, telefaxes and emails sent asking for a reply as this will only strengthen your case. If needed, perhaps reach out to your local consumer protection agency seeking clarity regarding this matter.
