Shipping Address:*** Per Frontiersman this s specific style gun isn't legal in Minnesota, so they returned it to Sportsman Outdoor. I realized it was the wrong desired model and cancelled the order through their website and account I set up. My card was immediately charged 423.99 for product and tax. It stated to allow 3-5 days for cancellation, it has been 8 days. Once I cancelled my order my account information for said order was removed by the company along with my order number information.
I've sent two correspondence, one E-mail and called and got no response (least a voicemail).
The only record I have left is my receipt from VO online and my receipt of PNC bank transaction.
I would like to know if the order was in fact cancelled and why my account has not been made whole or are they sending the firearm to designated FFL dealer.

I placed an online order and created an account on a retail website. I did not receive an email confirming the order. They did immediately take $84.79 from my checking account. I called and was placed in a waiting queue. After waiting, it flicked me back to where I started. I called back, waited, and it did the same thing again. It sounded like I could leave a message, but am unsure if it did. I logged on the account I created with them, and it did not show any indication that an order had been created. I left two emails from the account log in, asking them to contact me. Later, I repeated this process. More calls, and more emails, but still no response. I cancelled my debit card just in case. The bank said I would have to wait 30 days, and then go through a process where I may still not get my money back. After going through this, I saw numerous review complaints that sounded very familiar.

I purchased a shotgun online from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. (the online name for Vance Outdoors) It was sent to the FFL dealer near me and I failed my background check, so now I need to return it to them with a refund. The FFL dealer needs Sportsmans Outdoors to send a return label to send it back. This is required by law. I have called their toll free number and left a message twice, and sent 3 emails over a 4 week span, with no response.
