I needed a dress for an event so ordered from Solado. This took nearly 3 weeks to come. A few weeks after ordering i requested a refund and they said they would deduct the shipping fee (even though on my order status they hadn’t shipped it!) . Days later this eventually arrived completely looked different to the photo bad quality dress. For some reason this isn’t like any other normal website, you can’t get a return label unless you get in contact with them. I have tried this NUMEROUS times and got no response. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. Disgusting service.
