They took the time to break it down for me and answer any questions I had. The materials they used and their workmanship were top-notch. They were always on time and kept me in the loop. These guys are amazin'! I don't write many reviews but these guys definitely deserve one for the effort they put into my home. When I first used 'em they patched a part of my roof that was leakin' but let me know that I would need to replace my roof pretty soon as well. I had 'em move forward with the patchin' which they did a great job with. I was so happy with my first experience that when I did need to replace me entire roof I had 'em come back to do that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that they explained everythin' so that I understood what they would be doin' and what to expect and they really over delivered with my roof! I can't say enough great things about this company and would recommend 'em to anyone!

I got a bid from *** to fix my roof after it got damaged by hail in August 2022. Their bid was like $3,000 more than the other bids I got, but I still went with them because they said they would do what the insurance adjuster recommended and give me $3,000 back if I gave them a good review on the Next Door app. They finished the work in September 2022, and it didn't rain for a few weeks. But when it finally rained, there was a leak in one of the vent pipes. I tried to contact Solar Panel Pros a few times, and they responded to my first text but didn't respond to my follow-up text. I had to hire another contractor to check the roof, and they found some problems. The flashing wasn't replaced like it was supposed to be according to the insurance, and there were a lot of nails sticking out of the shingles. Fixing the leak in the vent pipe cost me $800, and I'll probably have to pay another $2,000 to fix the flashing next spring. This whole experience wasn't good for me.
