I had Baker install the twelve solar panels on my roof. I wanted a company that would be in business as long as the warranty. Well Baker turned out to be the least expensive and their work has exceeded my expectations. Installation went off ahead of schedule, the final inspection and the turn on by SDGandE also went off without a hitch. Thank you for such a stress free process. To help save the planet too!

We recently had Tesla Walls installed by Baker Home Energy. The field techs were very professional, and friendly. They completed the job on time, left our garage cleaner than it was before they came, and did a wonderful job. This is the second time we have used Baker Home Energy. We had solar panels installed 6 years ago, and both times we have not be disappointed with the product or the service. I would highly recommend Baker Home Energy for anyone that is thinking about solar or Tesla Walls. The field techs we had were Tim, Bob, and Mike. They make a great team. We initially met with Randy I., from Baker Electric Home Energy, who is an incredible wealth of knowledge in explaining our AC/Heating system options and answering questions to our satisfaction. We never felt pressured to purchase but were won over by the product facts he presented based on our needs. In the end we were confident the Central Air system we chose was best for our situation and well worth the price. The installers, Jacob B & Eric B arrived on time each day, were courteous, informative, and respectful. Both my husband and I are working from home so we greatly appreciated their COVID-consciousness. When interrupting power or vacuuming at end of day, they informed us ahead of time. (Thank you Jacob for cleaning the bathroom sink! LOL). They were even mindful of our pets and completed work ahead of schedule! We greatly appreciated their hard work and taking the time to explain how our fabulous new Central Air system works. The Baker Electric office staff promptly updated us via email and text as to what next steps were and efficiently provided all paperwork and documents for the project. They all worked together as a great team! We highly recommend their services!

I found Baker through Lowe's, for an estimate on our furnace. Another company had said we needed it replaced, plus would need to replace the entire ducting because it was all asbestos? That guy didn't even go in the attic! The guy from Baker did, and confirmed it was not asbestos, just as our inspection had confirmed when we purchased the house. He concluded we didn't even need a new furnace, just a gas connection tightened, and new ducting only if we wanted AC. Their honesty saved us a fortune. We did need a new roof, and were considering solar. Their furnace guy put me in touch with Brian for roof and solar. Brian was very professional and gave us a better quote than anyone else could for individual roof plus solar. It was a bit challenging to get on their schedule, but when we mentioned our other summer plans, they got us in in about a month. The roofing crew was incredible, led by Alejandro. They stripped off our old roof and had the new roofing prepped within 2 days. Then 2 more days for the shingles and a few hours the 5th day for finishing touches. They checked to make sure we liked the color before putting on any shingles. They also asked if we'd like to add a new vent to the garage to allow better airflow (yes!) They did an excellent job wearing masks and keeping safe distance during the Covid pandemic. We felt very comfortable having them do the work, and it turned out beautiful. They also did an excellent job with the cleanup. Then solar took less than a day. We are very happy customers, and will surely use Baker for other home improvement needs.
