I have use sunlight Solar on several occasions and they have always been professional and completed the job completely to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services.

Ricardo & Ray did a fantastic job replacing my solar water heater. They were very pleasant. They made sure everything was working. Their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

This company was very prompt (within a few days) to come and replace my solar panels that were under warranty and fix or replace the other damaged panels. They explained to me where the leaks were and how the system would function. I would definitely recommend this company

My husband and I have been doing business with Sunlight Solar for at least 15 years and have never had a problem with their work. Jean *** came today to fix a panel. He arrived ON TIME, wearing a mask, very polite, did the job in a timely fashion, & left everything clean. This is a fine company and I highly recommend it.

08/13 The installation crew showed on time for the job. They worked all day long and completed an awesome job at my house. I want to name Rossi, Tarsis, Wensceslau and Arthur for their remarkable work. Neat and professional type of work. I definitely recommend SunLight for installation of Solar systems. The technicians showed up exactly on time with all of the tools and parts that they needed. They determined I had 2 panels leaking at the top header (replaceable under mfg. warranty) and they replaced them very quickly. They also provided me with a quote to replace my autopool controller and it was reasonable but I cannot do it now. Will try to fix the old one myself. Very pleased with the service.

I have used Sunlight Solar to troubleshoot our FAFCO SOLAR. They were able to determine my issue and make recommendations to get my system functioning correctly. Our Solar was reinstalled improperly after having our roof replaced by another solar company. The solution was reasonable and after install was complete, the invoice was lower than what was estimated. They were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and ethical. They have also followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. They've done things right!

Worst Company, they started installing panels on December and finally finish the work around March , by April dual meter was installed and I was paying already to the financial company, the chargers from FPL still $300.00 a month, no changes or solar energy on my favor, call customer service, the owner uses gross vocabulary and threat me if I call again, making complaint or if I make a bad review. Still waiting on FPL bill to get anything lower than $300.00 dollars a month, to make the comparable between with solar panels and not panels. DON NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The entire crew was very careful and followed all COVID guidelines during the installation. All the sales and service folks (thanks Nick, Dan, and Vinnie) were excellent and took care of all the details of the process -- phew! I was the "Karen" who kept asking questions and needing more info, and they were always very helpful, with no condescension at all -- I almost rolled my eyes at myself at one point! Thanks to everyone - the estimate was well documented and very reasonable -- the process for payment was easily accomplished, and the installation and inspection process, although with bumps, was well organized and professional. And clean-up was GREAT! Thanks --

Set appointment for Thursday July 1. The appointment was set for 9 - 10 in morning, time came and went so called service number and the new time was now going to be around noon. Time came and went called service department again to find out when they were coming and now the new time was sometime after 4. It is now 6:10 pm. Still no service and no call back to say when service would be performed. I set aside the whole day at get a 8x10 shed insulated. I'm starting to think I should not have agreed to hire this contractor. Very bad customer service. We will see what tomorrow brings. If same situation, then contract will be torn up and I'll find someone more reputable.

Just had a new roof installed I needed to have my solar system taken down and reinstalled. I contacted Sunlight Solar who quoted for take down and reinstall
They came on the day I requested took down my system after the new roof was completed I called for them to come out and reinstall they came again on the day I requested very helpful explained everything replaced the piping and throughly checked out my system. The crew were very knowledgeable and friendly , the day after I received a call from the local office asking if everything went ok and did I have any problems,I can say from my experience this company has Great customer service and would recommend them highly.

Dishonesty. I felt cheated as after spending $600.00 my pool water is still cold as ice. The technicians came out to replace 1 panel, after completion they went back on the roof and came back to tell me.i have 2 more panels leaking which the first tech did not tell me about. 5 days after and my pool is still cold because they did not turn on the system despite them telling me they did. They were quick to give me an estimate to.replace the other 2 panels which they told me did not require immediate attention. I am so disappointed and feel cheated. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone because of their dishonesty. Time is hard, dont try to milk people for mo ey whilst conducting sub standard work. Not to mention you send tech who chose to speak in a foreign language to a client who speaks English. I am totally disappointed, dissatisfied and upset.

We were expecting our installation of 10 300w panels to be a no brainer since we already had 27 panels installed by another company. On the appointed day the crew shows up in their neat orange shirts ready to install the new panels. When I asked about the scope of work they seemed confused. Apparently the instructions left by the now gone sales rep did not include some important details. 1. remove and repair roof where exist glass DHW collector and piping; 2. remover existing solar water tank in garage w/ associated piping. 3. replace water heater w/ hybrid water tank and piping. After a call to the office , the owner arrived and after explaining to him the situation, everything was set in motion . All the work has been completed satisfactorily. The guys were very competent and did a great job of the transformation. Everything is working as it should and the new panels and water heater are a plus to our home.

From the moment I reached out to the Company, which wasn't the first Company I called, I was greeted very nicely and professionally, BTW , I was pleased to find out that this is a family owned business and the person I spoke to was the owners son. I originally called because I saw a couple of my pool panels were leaking (15 years old) and another company estimated a lot more money to replace the two damaged panels. The two Technicians that came out (Ricardo and Cicero) were just as courteous as the owners son and they spent a little time up on the roof to see what was really broken and they took videos of the broken panels and the actual leaks as the water gushed out, so i actually saw the panels were damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced the estimates replacement cost they provided for the panels was several hundred dollars less than the other companies and this was for a better product A+ to the tenth power and the correct product I would need for my concrete barrel roof. I honestly was so impressed with the details the Tech's provided that I asked what it would cost to replace all the panels since again what is up there now is 15 years old, the estimate was so good (SEVERAL HUNDREDS DOLLARS LESS than the other companies estimated) that I decided to replace replace all which is scheduled for next week ( The Tech's did not try to pressure me or upsell me in any way), to the Owner: Thank You for providing excellent Customer service and being honest, I look forward to my new panels next week

Over a year ago, I purchased a solar array from Sunlight Solar through one of their "sales reps". After he reviewed a years worth of actual power bills, he stated I would need only 14 solar panels to reduce my monthly power bill to zero, with the exception of the monthly service fee charged by your local power company. As months went by, my power bill lowered to only half of what it once was, but nowhere near what I was told it would be. I was disappointed and upset that I had paid a large sum of money for a solar system that was not performing as presented by the sales rep. Over the past year, I met with the owners of Sunlight Solar and found them to be receptive and willing to meet and discuss my concerns. At one meeting, they reviewed my monthly power bills and stated that I would need an additional 14 solar panels to reduce my power bill to zero. Throughout this process, I got to know the owners and staff and saw that they were a family run business, doing their best and were honestly concerned with my situation. Within a few days, I received a call from the companie informed me that they would install the additional 14 panels on my roof at their expense. I was thrilled. The additional 14 panels have been installed at no expense to me. My power bill for the past 4 months has been zero ... only the power company service fee of $20.oo per month. Since the installation, Sunlight Solar has been to my house on two occasions... one to replace a leaking connection and recently to replace a blown fuse. Both visits resulted in no charges to me and were fixed on the day I called. I am thankful to Sunlight Solar and its staff for having the integrity to do the right thing. Thank you.

Sunlight Solar installed my solar system in April . I moved away for a year and returned in December . When I took back my electricity account I then realized that the person who was renting my house got zero benefit of the solar energy. That was knit the fault of Sunlight D did not advise that each time anyone changes account ownership there are a bunch of technical forms that are required to be completed with all the technical information that you provide on completion of the work. I also had a new Internet Service Provider so everything had to be changed so I could monitor this. My regular contact at Sunlight is Vinnie A He had a technician out to do this within 2 days of my call. When the technician was here he also checked over the whole system and found a fault. He called me immediately to advise that the part would have to be ordered and the system would only run at 60%. Vinnie also called me back to explain what they were doing so I was informed throughout the whole process. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for the part to come in. Within 10 days I got a call from Vinnie to let me know the part had arrived. The technician came the same day fitted the part and the system was fully functional once again. I was also emailed the details in order that I could monitor the system under my new ISP. All IO had to do was complete the required forms from D and get a Sunlight Person to complete the technical information and sign this. Once again Vinnie responded back to me with everything completed the same day so there was no delay whatsoever on then part of Sunlight. I returned the completed forms to D. I have found that everyone I have dealt with since my installation in April has been both professional and courteous and when ever I had questions I was always given a proper response in a short time frame. If the technician had not gone above and beyond when he was here and checked my system I likely may have not noticed. I am delighted that he did as it makes a huge difference to the energy production. I am very happy with the solar system that was fitted and I am glad to be back to continue the return on my investment. Would I recommend Sunlight Solar to any of my family or friends considering a Solar Installation yes I would. I would only recommend any company that I was completely satisfied with prior to and after installation.
