Today Fri, Dec 8th I tried to subscribe for the advertised 30 day free trial subscription. As I clicked the button to subscribe I was notified I was not eligible for the free trial. I have never had a trial before with SoundCloud. I thought this was an error so I logged in through my Facebook and gmail. However, I was having the same issue both "not eligible." So at the very least false advertising.

Soundcloud refund due for charging my account
Emails back and forth have become very frustrating now and completely unnecessary.I get the impression that the customer support are being deliberately obtuse. I have requested that they return two months payments to me for March and April. They took £9.99 from my account and did not bother to validate that he is a student. I've given them all the information they need to refund my money - my son's details, my account details and screenshots of my bank statements and yet they keep coming back and asking for unnecessary information. Seriously, I have never experienced such difficult customer services ever and would discourage anyone from using their services. I have tried twice to cancel my subscription yet you continue to charge me for it. I can't contact anybody quickly to resolve so I have no choice now but to raise a complaint. I am requesting the last two payments to be refunded to me please of £10 per month for two months, total £20.

We tried to sign on to my soundcloud and noticed my account was deleted. We have never had any warning or flags about our tracks, so this comes as a big surprise to us. We have worked really hard on this page and the songs on our page in the last year. Soundcloud is our biggest platform and way of sharing our music so it was very hard to see our work be deleted. If there is anything we can do to resolve this problem we will take action immediately and be very appreciative of any help we can receive.

Monthly subscription for SoundCloud
SoundCloud keeps making unauthorized charges to my credit card. We never created an account or authorized them to charge us for a monthly membership subscription. There is no way to reach them by phone, you can only create an account and cancel online. Their Customer Service is non existent. I think it’s a scam and they count on you not bothering to dispute the charge since it’s only $10 per month. I’ve closed my credit card 4 times! I had to file a dispute each time to get the $9.99 charge reversed. Mastercard is not being helpful and permanently blocking them.

after doing so. Cancellation
I've been using SoundCloud for over a year now. I had a monthly subscription plan and decided to cancel two days ago. It is difficult as you have to cancel through desktop instead of mobile(which is RIDICULOUS), but I managed.
However, I never checked for the confirmation email and didn't screenshot the page(because I was on a shared desktop). I rarely ever have issues like this with any other streaming service. Everything is automated now and this leaves little room for unintentional error. I wasn't at all concerned.
I am in the process of switching banks due to a merger/transition I'm allergic to, so my account was empty. This is another reason I was cancelling, leaving no room for error, or so I thought.

Isaac Nicholls has put a nasty comment on my song called Dream Stealer, and unfortunately I cannot remove the comment.
This kind of comment is not constructive but purely abusive and uncalled for.

I've never ever heard about soundcloud and I didn't put my informations. I could see a bill in my account and I realised that my email was connected as well as my bank account. It's against policy for people to put tracks on repeat in a browser? Good to know. I will make sure I let as many people know about this as soon as possible.
The good news is that I have learned about distrokid and other companies that allow musicians to distribute their music and the musicians get to keep 100% of the royalties.
I would have been happy to continue with SoundCloud and repost, but you've tied my hands with your absolute inability to understand that I didn't have any bots doing anything. I've explained my side and you have come back with, "I don't understand how putting a 2.5 minute song on repeat can earn around 1100 plays a day because somebody else decided to use their own account to repeat the song on two browsers." There are 1440 minutes in a day and an average of 1100 plays during that time which lines up with two accounts playing Booze Sick on repeat. I've already explained this to you but you're not willing to accept that as a reality.
You know how I figured out how many plays there were a day and how to figure out how many minutes there are in a day? Well, you go to the "insights" section in SoundCloud and then you can see the plays. Then! This is the doozy... You have to use math. There are 24 hours in a day. There are 60 minutes in an hour. 24 times 60 equals 1440. Take that and divide it by 2. That is 720. I told you that two browsers were playing a 2.5 minute song so that seems to line up here with answering how that many plays were earned on a song.
Those plays stopped the moment you sent the termination email without any form of, "hey, something is fishy here. Could you explain what's going on?" Just a "you're fired" right out of the gate.
I've probably written to much for you to comprehend here so I'll cut it out here. You're horrible at your job and your company has the most pathetic forms of customer service I've ever experienced.
This has been a most unwelcome experience. Thank you for providing stress, annoyance, and the knowledge that SoundCloud operations are breakable by simply putting tracks on repeat.

I am fully cooperating with delivering any and all sources because the only source was my partner's streams. That is it.
You should see that my plays match the correspondence received from you and it is obvious that there was 2 accounts just repeating plays. That's it. There were no programs used besides the browsers Google Chrome and Safari. She simply repeated tracks. That's it. That has stopped from the moment of receiving the first email.
There is no language that I could find regarding other people choosing to repeat plays. That is all she did and that has stopped.
I can't provide anything further because there isn't anything further.

Google chrome and safari were used. That's it. There wasn't anything setup through any fancy marketing campaign or anything. I can't provide you those things because THEY DO NOT EXIST!
All that was done is my partner streamed my songs on HER account on our SHARED computer. That was done on Google chrome and safari. That is it. Put the tracks on repeat and listened to them all. The. Freaking. Time.
What else can I do? I have no proof because nothing was made or purchased or catalogued or anything because NOTHING WAS MADE OR PURCHASED! How could I have a receipt or details on something about which I know nothing?
This is very stressful and infuriating. I'd like to resolve this before I am past my 30 day money-back guarantee with SoundCloud proplus. Thanks for responding to me. I don't have any of those materials because I never had any campaign or marketing or service or anything I paid into or acquired or tried to obtain or anything of the sort.
My partner (common-law) decided she wanted to make her own SoundCloud account and wanted to loop my songs on her own account on our shared computer.
I also learned that she was "Season" and was also using our shared computer to play from that account. I told her about the email terminating my account and she stopped at that moment (though I just today learned about the "Season" account).
My plays on my account match this perfectly, so is there something else I can do to get back in good standing?
I have no proof I purchased anything because I didn't purchase or obtain any services of any sort.

What did I do? I only monetized my own material and my partner decided she wanted to listen to my tracks on repeat on our shared computer so I had no qualms against that as that is her choice how she operates her own SoundCloud account on our shared computer.
I will immediately get her to cease doing any plays like that if it's against standards and I have already blocked whoever "Season" is immediately as well after receiving this email to block any forms of faulty player/person/system/whatever.
I have some big releases just about ready to go and this will severely cripple my releases.
Is that a safe bet of what to do? How do I stop "Season" if I don't know who they are? I don't know or care to know how to get any bots going or anything so I want to get back into good standing somehow if that's at all possible.

incorrect billing price
I believe my account is SoundCloud go+ which should cost 9.99/mo. I originally bought this subscription through an apple account I have been charged 13.77/mo for about three years now. Hello im S Taylor Desforges complaining against an unauthorised payment used to purchase a yearly subscription on soundcloud which i didnt do or authorise. A payment of £90 was taken out my account yesterday which i will show in the pictures bit. I have tried to contact them but no response! I am now overdrawn in my account because of this!

After a certain time my bank will take deductions for being overdrawn aswell which is not fair as i diddnt authorise soundcloud that they could take that money out my account neither did i sign up for theyre subscription service.
I would like my money back asap please and any charges i get for being overdrawn or i will take as much action as i can get against them.

Good day help team.
My name is J.Thomas Zambrano and I am musical leader and producer of the well known music group and project 'Spooky Action at a Distance'.
Please help me to resolve this terrible royalty issue. The problem is simple to understand.
My general statistics for song plays that are produced by my promotional efforts
and the statistics and compiled on my behalf by SoundCloud headquartered
in Germany. Do match my efforts and are therefore considered the most accurate (please see the attached screenshots for proof and verification of what I am explaining here).
To go on however, the statistics presented to me by SoundCloud's subsidiary "SoundCloud Repost".That has the obligation to pay me my royalties on behalf of SoundCloud. Obviously do not match their mother company's (SoundCloud's) statistics. As shown in the attached screenshots I have sent along as proof that I am owed royalties for the month of February 2021.
I have contacted SoundCloud's ("SoundCloud Repost's") customer service team and have
explained this problem in detail. Yet they have failed to give me an explanation or to resolve the issue.
Instead they have replied to my email's insinuating that it is my fault that I do not understand their statistics that they have provided to me. They could not be more wrong!
The statistics from SoundCloud are VERY clear and have not been manipulated in anyway by me nor by them.
The statistics provided to me by "SoundCloud Repost" have been watered down to the extreme by them. In fact, so low and extreme by comparison to SoundCloud's original statistics. That they stick out like a soar thumb! This unfortunately and embarrassingly indicates to you me and everyone that they greedily do not wish to provide me (nor possibly anyone else) legal payment for the royalties I earned through hard work and diligence.
The other thing involved I should mention and that is probably most important. Is the fact that "SoundCloud Repost's" other statistics provided to me that have nothing to do with royalty payments are also corrupted and inaccurate!
For example, my song "It's Getting Louder". Counted partially by "SoundCloud Repost" has well over 400 likes and at least 40 comments. However according to "SoundCloud Repost's" game, there are zero likes and zero comments. There are just so are many examples of mistakes like this one everywhere. In fact as far as I can tell. ALL of "SoundCloud Repost's" counts are off somehow, some way from their originals tallied by SoundCloud their mother company.
Please take your time to examine the screenshots I've sent along, to fully comprehend with your own eyes what I have genuinely explained to you here.
Again please help me with this issue and thank you for this service.
It's difficult enough being a working musician relying on royalty payments to pay rent and eat. Whilst having to up with this type of incompetence from a popular company that is supposed to be a prominent and influential elemental in today's music industry and at least as professional as NASA!

Hello I join SoundCloud end of July are you fill out tax papers and quietly so I can get paid I haven't got paid from them yet it's November already I had 93,000 plays and streams I don't know about I keep trying to SoundCloud but they're not running back to me the only thing they're asking for us for their payment $16 haven't tell me nothing about my pay and have my PayPal account connected with my with them
I have same issue waiting on soundcloud to get their tax forms working as I goto Release album ... sent 10 emails ... they say their is a bug ... try next week
