This was my order. I received only the car compressor in an ordinary paper box. When raised the issue to Saudi Souq .com they took few days then informed me I may return the product If I wish but they will verify the product whether it is in original condition. My question is how it can be in original condition?. I received in an ordinary box not in a specific product box, two items missing. They did not try to understand that I need other two items to be sent to me. Rather they told the same thing if you like you may return the product. I became worried that if I return it may be I will loose everything. Now my demand is to get the remaining two products which I bought.

I have written a complaint about the NIKAI TV on the 3rd of March 2018 and up till today no one of customer care bothered to call me, i must say AWOK gives much better feedback service. The tv has a line on the screen that i have complained to souq online email 5days after receiving the device no one replied, i have sent their supplier a online email via souq online services and no one replied until i called them they decided to collect the device. Now they will repair the device instead of replacing it.

I have received defective Item & used product from souq.com and I opened in front of the souq courier person, then I called Immediately to souq customer care for refund for me money. And they have mentioned over one more courier person will pick the delivery within 24hour they have told me has they told one more Person picked my defective item I have received even msg from souq saying that your product is received for return.
After 6days I am calling to souq customer to know about my refund today suddenly the customer service they are telling that u have different product and box.. this souq.con is cheating the customers like any thing I ll wait for another 2 day I will file a complaint in police against they.
Because I have open that box in front of souq courier per but today they are tell I have send worry product for return see how they are cheating the people's and making the money.

I bought a Nikai tv from souq.com however in the first week i noticed a line and colour change in the screen. I contacted souq.com via there online server, no one bothered to reply call or answer to the emails. I then called them to collect their faulty product and up till today this is now 2weeks later no escalation team member bothered to call me as that is what i was told someone will call me. Did they sell a secondhand product and advertised it as new now they have to fix it. This is ridiculous and the community needs to be very careful when buying things from them. Be prepared to sit without the item for a longtime and no one contacting you back, they send you emails saying the ticket is resolved but no one contacted you via phone or email.

The most unethical company i have ever come across, fraud commitments, never can count on this company for anymore service or purchase. I place my order on 23rd Feb only after confirming the delivery is next day but even after almost 10times follow up they haven't not delivered. Its already paid item. I have made a complaint but the so called customer manager was supposed to call me back which never happened! Today we stand @26 Feb. When i called courier service told that they handed over the things on 25th feb only so how could they commit for 24th feb delivery.
Never going to shop from this fraud company.
watch box did not deliver even after 15 days

I had ordered a watch box on 10th Feb and paid extra money for delivery on same day as I had next day flight to US. But the courier company asked me to meet him at 10:30PM at night at some mid point which was not possible for me. So I have requested them to deliver later on. As you can see on my below mail I have mentioned the other number of my brother to contact for delivery. But they did not call. I have to send several request with same details. And now got a below feedback from SOUQ. I am very disappointed with this kinds of service.
Hope not to shop from SOUQ any more and will advise all my friends/Family circle in UAE/Kuwait the same.

I bought bicycle cards in december that turned out to be fake so I returned them. They were picked up on 10 december 2017!
Until this moment, 12 february 2018, more than 3 months have gone by and the amount of the cards is still not settled in my account. I tried contacting customer service several times only to hear the same useless answers like we are sorry for the delay and we promise the amount will be released today! Of course the amount was never released and no one has contacted me to explain why or what should be done.
I am starting to doubt the money will ever be released and honestly will never deal with souq again. Not only do they sell fake products, they also have the slowest and most useless customer service on the planet.
My question now is what do I have to do to get my money back asap!
I really hope to get an answer as this matter is becoming ridiculous!

On the 4th of dec 2017 I ordered an iphone under order number [protected] from souq.com and as it came on the 7th its screen was faulty after make a video for refund proof I packed it agan and requested a new airway bill for a return on the same day dec 7 2017 at 3 pm I return the item by handing it over to the driver of qexpress, from that day till today its feb 1 2018 I have called daily and everytime its tomorrow or day after or some 48 hours sometimes they say the seller made a complaint that his product is okay well if its okay then whats the hush about refund it? And by the ways its been 60 days the seller could have gotten it repaired and then what about my video that I sent where the phone wasnot working? This is very bad after they website claims no questions asked, free returns etc this isnt exactly the case I have been a good customer to souq, com purchased many items but after such a loss I am thinking to turn away from souq after this matter is solved or if its ever solved, customers are always given a priority that if they are truth ful and given proof then whats the problem and by the ways the seller himself says his item is okay so it wasnot damaged during the return shipment, so now whats the issue? I placed order [protected]) on 25 November 2017 and till date the items are not delivered. As shipment was delayed, I informed souq on 12 Dec. 2017 to deliver immediately or refund the amount. on 14 Dec. 17 consignment was in Kuwait as per their courier website and it is lying with them since then. when contacted, postaplus (courier) informed that souq.com has instructed them not to deliver the item.
Customer care of souq does not respond and provide actual information. Always they told me that, tomorrow it will be delivered. There is no E-mail ID of managers, just in case if we want to escalate the issue.
Please help and resolve the issue immediately.

I made an order (iPhone 8 plus ) I received it used so I asked to return it, it took souq 3 days to take the phone back and 5 days to bring my money back after they convinced me that it was an uncommon mistake I made another order and I rushed the order as I needed my phone in 3 days max and till now I haven't receive my phone or even I didn't receive any apology all they did is they put me a voucher of 50 LE which is nonsense I am buying a phone that costs over 18, 000LE their 50 LE wont satisfy me the only way that could satisfy me is to rush my order as much as they can but they did nothing and it has been 6 days and I didn't receive it I hope my complain could reach the Manager their to let him know that their company is not working well...

I used kuwait.souq.com to buy a popcorn machine on Dec. 24, 2017 that was supposed to be delivered after 3 days. After paying, the delivery changed to more than a week, So I filed a request to cancel immediately as I wanted it as a Christmas gift. All my complaints and calls to cancel were ignored and failed until the item was delivered to me yesterday Jan. 15, 2018, which is 22 days later! There is no one listening on the other side; Service is just ridiculous. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves to be associated with such a low quality company.

I was supposed to get my iPhone 8 plus delivered between 13 th and 15 th jan 2018. Today is 14th jan and after multiple calls with souq customer services reps, I get to know that Iam not going to get my delivery as per the stated time... not only that but they can't even tell or estimate a time or even a date !
This is super pathetic and utterly disappointing!
