In the ads its 9707 X4 but u gave me X2, 2 gb ram memory but you gave me 1 gb only also u mentioned a resolution of 2048x1536 but instead it is only 1024x768, also the camera 2 mp front and 5 mp back but u gave me .3 and 5mp only, everything in the ads are not the same of what you deliver to me.
The price was 499 SR but the actual item which was actually delivered was very bad quality was worth only 199..
The seller call me and arrange with me that we will not involve souq in this problem and promise to replace the item immedaitely...and they will call me that after 4 days i can pick up the replacement in their branch here in Jeddah..last thing i knew my complaint was already closed and they never replace the item until now. What a bad experience from this seller. They will put very nice ads but what the will give you is garbage.

I have purchased Iphone 5S on March and with in 1 month speakers are not working. I called customer service more then 3 times but they only say that their people will come and take the phone but its already 3 weeks till now there is no any response from there side. This was my first and last experience with souq and i have given many references for my friends, but from now one i will not purchase or refer anyone to purchase anything from souq. Give 100 extra to a reputed shop where we can get quick service rather then calling and begging them to take the phone for service. I have read many comments that if they take also there will not be any response from them for 10-15 days for the return of the phone.

I had ordered for 3 items on Souq and paid AED12 each on delivery. However, all the 3 orders came through "QExpress" on the same day.
Why did Souq charge me for 3 separate deliveries? I paid AED36 instead of AED12!
I have been using Souq for the past 4 years and this is the first time I got tricked into paying thrice.
I tried several times to contact Souq but can't get through.

Bought a One Plus X mobile phone from Souq.com in Dec 2015. Stopped working after 3 months, screen dead, and phone not coming on. Called Souq as there was a warranty, and they took the phone back, but sat on it for 10 days without any feedback. When I called to check, they said the warranty was voided because the phone had scratches (true, there were 2-3 scratches on the glass), bent (absolutely untrue) and dented (absolutely untrue). After repeated phone calls, I gave up, and asked for the phone to be returned to me. As this brand is new to Dubai, no other shop can repair it, and I am now the proud owner of a 1000 dirham paperweight that looks like a phone. I have learnt my lesson -- buy from a reputable company or shop.

My purchase with SOUQ.com is a real nightmare. Recently i brought one CK IN2u perfume from SOUQ but found it inferior product after usage. The cheap road side perfume fragrance lasts more than this product. Real fake product & everytime when you raise complaint they keep on sending unwanted mails claiming to prove it inferior. I advised them to come here with you entire team so that i could apply it on them as an proof. Then from the very next day no mails were found from their side.
Really they are cheating their valuable customers day by day & minting their hard earned money by selling INFERIOR & down to earth products thru their portal.

My name is daniel george. I have been a persistent buyer and customer of souq.com for quite a while now, but on the 31st of march I made an order for 2 tablet cases, and fortunately I received them the next day along with other items I ordered. But to my utmost amazement, when I opened the tablet cover, it was next to "rubbish" zibalaa like the arabic word. It was meant to be a universal cover with 3 strands to hold the tabs, but believe me, I received the 2 cases with the strands which were supposed to be firm, so weak and even falling off, to crown it all up, the tab itself was from an old stock and was already torn apart, I mean the 2. So I called them to get the items back, which they came back to receive it in a flash of light, and I was told by the agent tht my money will be remitted back into my account, can you believe that the same day I got my account remitted with 150le as "pending" and till this day I speak 13/04/2016... It's still on pending, I have called the cx care center more than 10 times, even wasting my own call credit calling them, but they never take any reasonable step, rather they claim to create a ticket and say they will call back in 48hrs, yesterday 12/04/2016. I called the cx care center again and a very good lady tried to help me out, she was understanding and called the seller, imagine the seller lied that I cut the item myself, please viewers, tell me, is it possible to spend your money buying somthing you so much need and cutting it. Well now as I speak, the seller with the name (Sayedmobarak) on souq.com. Is not even returning my item or having it changed, and also holding on to my money. Is this fair? Well souq claims that he is just a seller with them and they are taking no action. I rest my case and leave all to allah.

I am officially done with this horrible website! I ordered things from Souq about three times and every time it was a real nightmare. Some items were missing, they use the most ridiculous and cheap shipping service! Some things arrived broken! There is no point in contacting customer service because they never reply, these people don't care about anything, all they need is money. I'll never order anything from them again. I'm tired of wasting money on garbage!

I ordered 2 iphones from Souq with promised delivery of 5 days but still they are not able to ship my order. Disastrous customer services which are not able to tell the day when I will receive my order.
Most interesting is that when we put an order, there is a bar telling you about the stock which shows percentage of sold out items, and now after 8 days of taking order, they are simply saying that it is not available in stock and if you wish we can cancel the order.
I intend to take some legal action against Souq.com in KSA as it is pack of lies in the name of online business. No Sense of Customer Services at all.

I purchased this iron just before 3 months back and its not working at all... No power
I called their customer support, they said that it does not carry any warranty.
Whenever we purchase any item from any shop it carries a 1 year warranty then how come this iron does not carry any warranty.
When they advertise the product they mention everything in big letters then if the product does carry any warranty they should also mention it clearly.

I purchased new xperia z3 in august 2015.in february 2016, mobile suddenly stop working. Called souq.com and they asked if warranty card was with shipment. I thought proof of purchase is enough for warranty.
Souq asked to contact seller directly but his contact information is not available in order.
I would avoid online purchase of product through souq.com to save time on such warranty isssue. If I had purchased through local store, it would be easier to get it repaired.

I have ordered 2 Huawei P8 one gold and one black.
I bought the black phone as a gift to a friend therefore I didn't open the box. While checking the phone, we found a screen protector already sticked on the screen and sim card reader was not working. I called several times your colleagues responsible of warranty, they told me that thery gonna rise a complaint in this regard...but, until now nobody did even call or send an email neither from souq or from the supplier.

Next day I called souq.ae customer service and the item was picked up by the driver. The driver inspected the box and was the original box. Since 29 December the refund is still pending. I called souq.ae customer service, who raised two tickets, last one is ID: 4844100. I called 4 times every time is the same response that the seller does not want to return the money because the box was damaged. Also the call center manager will call me. Nothing happened so far. I had ordered a Lacoste watch. After 4-5 days, when it didn't reach, I started chasing them. First of all it took 2-3 calls to talk to Supervisor. Even after speaking to him (and he promised that he will call back), nothing happened. I wuld have called atleast 10 times and every time said that I need to talk to supervisor or manager, but the call center agent never transferred the call or made sure that somebody calls me. No customer service once payment is made!

Please, save yourself and your money from this horrible site. I bought a laptop on Souq. And when it finally was delivered, it turned out they gave me a cheap and damaged item. I paid money for great quality item, but received something horrible. It didn't look anything like expensive laptop, but like it was made in China. It looked nothing like the picture. So I must say that they have fake pictures on their site. Well, and all the positive reviews were probably written by the sellers and are also fake. And when I emailed them asking for a refund, they told „Okay, just send it back to us and we will give your money back.”. But they only took my laptop and didn't even return the money. Its now been three months and nothing yet. I tried to call them over 30 times and still, no sign of my money and no reply. So, don't buy anything, it an awful site. I hope I'll get my money back someday.
